SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of light volume fillers made out of the laminated materials for sandwich panels and may be used in production of aircrafts. The filler represents a volumetric construction in the form of a base made out of a polymeric paper and a binding substance applied on its both sides. The paper base of the filler is perforated, and due to that the binding substance layer depth is reduced, and the value of reduction, the number of pinholes of the perforation and their diameter meet the conditions of theformula: where: nholes - a quantity of holes of perforation;dholes - diameter of the holes, ▵b - reduction of the binding substance layer depth, F - the area of the surface of the filler, δp - the base layer depth, ρp - density of the paper base material, ρb - density of the binding substance. The given engineering solution improves profitability of an aircraft.
