The invention relates to pulp and paper production and concerns cardboard paper tubes for winding role of paper and toilet paper.Known two-layer paper glued material, including elementary layers located between adhesive layer of lignosulfonate (1).The disadvantage of this material is that the adhesive over time oxidizes and turns into dust-like state, causing glued layers are stratified.Known multi-ply paper glued material for the manufacture of cartridge cases, including elementary cardboard and paper layers with raspolozhennoi or spiral wound paper or paperboard coated with the adhesive and the subsequent drying of the paper liners.Known material has good performance characteristics, but with cold glue causing the trouble.The closest analogue of the technical solution is multi-ply paper glued material for the manufacture of cartridge cases, including elementary layers located between the intermediate layer containing the adhesive agent (3).Known material get straight or spiral wound paper or paperboard coated with the adhesive and the subsequent drying of the sleeves.The elementary layers known material contains paper; as a sticky agent is sodium silicate. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-insulating and sound-suppressing materials of reduced inflammability, namely to materials based on radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene. Reduced inflammability is provided by addition of antipyrens of radical-inhibitory type wherein bromo-containing compounds with additives or without additives of antimony oxide are used. Additives are added between fragments of milled radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene by addition of glue layer comprising antipyrene followed by lamination of fragments of milled foam polyethylene treated by such manner. Prepared material based on radiation-cross-linked foam polyethylene possesses the reduced inflammability, small specific weight and low heat conductivity coefficient.

FIELD: building materials industry; methods of production of the of the curvilinear composite structural components.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of production of the composite structural components made in the form of the curvilinear cant with the rectangular cross section. The purpose of the given invention is creation of the light-weight composite structural component made in the form of the curvilinear cant with the intricate shape, which could be used at the erection of the quick installed and demountable building constructions. The technical result achieved at realization of the given invention is the significant reduction of consumption of the timber due to manufacture of the curvilinear cant of the intricate shape, which internal volume is filled in with the frothy filler. At that the curvilinear cant strength characteristics do not yield to the analogous characteristics of the curvilinear cant, which has been made out of the whole natural timber; and also the development of the method of manufacture of the curvilinear composite component with the intricate shape realization of which ensures production of the curvilinear composite components with the high accuracy at simultaneous simplification of the production process.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the significant reduction of the timber consumption; the strength characteristics of the manufactured curvilinear cant do not yield to the analogous characteristics of the curvilinear cant made out of the whole natural timber; realization of the method ensures production of the curvilinear composite components with the high accuracy at simultaneous simplification of the production process.

The first component includes complex of organoborane and amine comprising trialkylborane and one or some compounds comprising at least one heterocyclic fragment with an opening cycle. The second component includes Lewis acid able to initiate polymerization of compounds comprising heterocyclic functionality with opening cycle. These compounds are able to take part in free-radical polymerization wherein heterocyclic fragment with opening ring represents a substituted three-membered ring with oxygen atom as a heteroatom. Also, invention relates to a method for polymerization of abovementioned composition, to method for gluing two or more substrates each with other, to method for modifying a polymer surface of low surface energy, to method for applying cover on substrate using the claimed composition, and to composition for applying a cover comprising abovementioned composition, and to laminate. Invention provides preparing adhesive compositions able providing adhesion to substrates of low surface energy and to glue their to other substrates without carrying out the vast preliminary treatment. The composition possesses improved stability, strength and adhesion at increased temperatures.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesive epoxy coating of metallic substrate, to layer structure containing such coating and also relates to the method of metal paper reinforcement. Coating is prepared from two-can epoxy composition. The composition contains epoxy material with 25% of total solids and hardening material with 32% of total solids. Epoxy material contains the following components: 3-35% of liquid diglycidyl ethers diphenol-A, 35-60% of solid diglycidyl ethers diphenol-A, 10-30% of epoxy novolac resin and 5-18% of solid butadiene acrylonitrile resin elastic with terminal carboxyl. Hardening material is chosen from a group including up to 0.2% chrome octoate and 4.4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone or its blend. The method of metallic element reinforcement includes preparation of metallic element surface and application of above mentioned epoxy composition.

An additional film layer is adhered to the one side of the first film layer by a glue; the glue and at least one of the two above polymer PET-film layers contain fire protective material. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction branch of industry, in particular to manufacture of panels of "sandwich" type used as external envelopes of buildings and structures. Method includes turn of bar from previously cut mineral wool plate with width equal to panel thickness around its longitudinal axis by 90°. Bar is placed on delivery table. Additionally prior to cladding layer of mineral wool heat insulation material is treated by single-component glue along its whole width. Process of glue polymerisation is intensified by means of water supply into area of glue supply. Then carpet of mineral wool heat insulation material treated with glue is covered with foam polystyrene and passed through pressing rollers. After that combined carpet is sent to milling unit, where disk cutter is used to give required width to the carpet with strictly vertical longitudinal end perpendicular to panel plane. Then one bar with thickness equal to panel thickness is placed on both sides of carpet. Produced carpet is clad with galvanised metal on both sides.
EFFECT: creation of method for manufacture of "sandwich" type panels with combined heat insulation material, with higher heat insulation and strength characteristics.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention covers the method of producing sandwich material for aircraft fuselage panels. The sandwich panel consists of a pack of alternating layers of the material and binder courses of plastic material. The first row of layers is laid into the mold, one above the other. Then, at least, one the second row of layers is laid on the first one to make a pack of layers. Note here that, at least, one row of layers is displaced, in a reverse-step manner, relative to the first row layers on edge of the pack. Nearby the aforesaid displaced layer, an auxiliary tool is arranged to make a gap between the former and auxiliary tool side facing it. Now, the temperature and pressure onto the pack are increased to allow binder mold flow in the plastic binder courses and accumulation of a certain amount of binder from the aforesaid reverse-step layer in the gap. The invention covers also the aircraft fuselage sandwich panel produced by above described method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to adhesives, particularly, to the adhesive two-component systems intended for production of lignocellulose composites, to the method of producing the adhesive composite and to lignocellulose composite. The adhesive production method includes interaction (a) of soya flour with (b) the pitch containing (i) epoxide adduct with polyamine pitch, (ii) epoxide adduct with polyamide amine pitch, or (iii) epoxide pitch with polyamide pitch.

The method comprises the following stages: providing the presence of at least one tape of a water-soluble binder in the form of a dry film, providing the presence of at least two tapes, each of which is formed from at least one layer of cellulose fibres, placing the said tape of water-soluble binder between the said two tapes of cellulose fibres, moistening, connection and compression of the said three tapes, drying the composite tape thus obtained. The sheet thus obtained may be used for manufacturing the core which is a support element for the roll, for which one or more tapes made from the said sheet are wound along a helical line on the cylindrical mould-core.
