Usage: in an automated Assembly-line production during the pressing in the automatic mode of thin-walled sleeves or rings in body parts based on the outer diameter, in particular for pressing the valve seat in the cylinder head. The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in an automated Assembly-line production.

The invention solves the problem of creating a device for mounting in an automatic mode of thin-walled sleeves or rings in body parts with implementation based on outside diameter, in particular, for pressing the valve seat in the cylinder head.

Valve seats is thin-walled (wall thickness 3 mm) ring whose inner diameter is treated with large tolerances. In the cylinder heads of the distance between the axes of holes, into which are pressed valve seats are performed with large tolerances.

This known device is not sufficiently reliable in operation and does not provide the necessary accuracy-based surfaces of valve seats in the cylinder head of the internal combustion engine.

Technical problem on which the invention is directed, is to increase device reliability and build quality surfaces of valve seats in the cylinder head.

The problem is solved in that known device for pressing parts, containing mounted on the frame feeder in the form of a vertical store with the trimming and the node basesection valve seats in the cylinder head, the device has mounted on the frame flange, the guide is made in the form of a hollow cylinder whose inside diameter matches the outside diameter of injected parts, placed in the flange and a spring-loaded relative to the latter by means of the elastic element, and a latch-stop, the flange and the guide are made with top transverse grooves for feeding parts from a feeder and respectively a through hole and a longitudinal groove for installing lock-limiter attached to the flange, the punch is made in the form prescribed in the cavity of the guide coaxial her plunger with an outer cylindrical surface and a stepped cylindrical cavity with a conical transition surface between the parts of the cavity, ball, located with a gap in part of the cavity of the plunger, which has a larger diameter, with the ability to interact with a conical transition surface, the pusher associated with the movable element of the actuator and the head placed in part of the cavity of larger diameter plunger and bushing mounted on the pusher, this guide is made with longitudinal slots located at the end of the hollow cylinder remote from the actuator, the latter is a lever, spring-loaded relative to the store, and the sleeve is spring-loaded relative to the rod by means of an elastic element stiffness than the stiffness of the elastic element installed on the rail.

Constructive performance and the relationship of the elements in this unit provide the possibility of basing injected parts od machined with high precision. When this misalignment of inner and outer diameters of the injected parts does not affect the accuracy of locating surfaces. In addition, performance on the working end of the guide slots, and the separation power of the device from a portion of the clamping and feed compensate surfaces error of manufacture of Cabinet parts.
