The invention relates to rolling production, namely, to the designs of devices for the longitudinal separation of the roll and can be used on billet rolling mills, using the technology of rolling-separation. The inventive device consists of a working cell that contains a frame, work rolls, the Brooks, which form a groove to receive undivided multi-line piece of circular cross section, and a separating cartridge. The cassette contains two horizontal dividing roller, made in the form of bodies of revolution with crests in their Central part, forming the dividing caliber. The disadvantage of the prototype is to reduce the quality of the rental with the separation from his stranded, for example, built-in rumble round cross-section. The technical result obtained by solving the given task, is to ensure the required quality of finished steel by separation of built-in roll of circular cross section while increasing the efficiency of use of the main technological equipment merchant bar and wire mill.

Device for the longitudinal separation of the roll consists of a working stand, containing a frame 1 with roll bar 2, installed on the discharge side of the cage, the work rolls 3, the streams which form the caliber (Fig. 2) to receive undivided stranded (built-in) piece of round cross-section and the cartridge 4 for the longitudinal separation of the roll mounted on the roll bar 2. The device operates as follows. SUBSTANCE: deformation of a peripheral part of a billet is performed by rolling with rolls at the superplasticity temperature in the deformation zone so that a sheet is formed. The central part of the billet is cooled down prior to rolling-off to the elastic deformation temperature. During the rolling-off process, the central part of the billet and the sheet subject to non-contact deformation is cooled down by action of a cooling medium on the central part. Cool-down of the sheet to its elastic non-contact deformation temperature is provided in a zone adjacent to the central part. Between the specified zone and the deformation zone, an intermediate zone is formed, in which temperature obtains an average value between elastic deformation temperature and superplasticity temperature and/or values close to the specified average value. In the rolling-off process, cooling medium pressure is increased with expansion of the cooled zone of the sheet. Intermediate zone temperature is maintained.

EFFECT: improving quality of manufactured parts and enlarging technological capabilities of their manufacturing method.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and can be used for production disc-type parts from multiphase hard-to-strain refractory alloys.
