The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a press composition comprising polymethylsilsesquioxane (15-30 wt.), ceramic filler (70-85 wt.), dialkyldithiophosphate zinc DF-11 (0.1 to 0.4 wt.) and hardener (0.05 to 0.2 wt.) [2]

However, processing of this material requires the introduction of hardener, which reduces its strength. The material is characterized by a small time viscoplastic state and has a long enough shelf life.

The precipitation is filtered, washed and dried. The obtained salt is used either in solution of an organic solvent (ethanol, benzene and so on) or in dry form.

As filler in the press of the composition used fiberglass m KN-11 (OST 6-11-389-74), m BS (TU 6-11-240-77), polytetrafluoroethylene (GOST 10007-80), asbestos (GOST 12871-73 ISM. 2), quartz powder (GOST 9077-82), boron nitride (TU 6-036-707-77), oxide Aluminy red (TU 6-10-602-86) or black (TU 6-10-602-86), chromium oxide (GOST 2912-79), titanium dioxide (GOST 9808-75), ground mica (TU 21-25-209-73), soot (GOST 3340-71), aluminum powder (GOST 5494-71). Technology of preparation of press-composition can include two options for mixing the components, namely lacquer and dry.

In the first embodiment is prepared 50-70% solution polymethylsiloxanes or polymethylphenyl siloxane resin in an organic solvent (ethanol, acetone, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and others). Then it is injected fillers, pigments, zinc stearate or calcium and ORGANOMETALLIC compounds and mix until smooth. Then dried at a temperature not exceeding 40aboutC.

According to the second variant of the inventive components of the press composition is loaded into a ball mill and mixed to obtain a homogeneous mass. Next, the resulting mixture rolls at 80-120aboutC until ready sheet.

For experimental verification were prepared fifteen samples of mixtures press compositions, the compositions of which are given in table. 1. In table. 2 presents the properties of the known and proposed press compositions and press materials based on them.

the decrease in the ratio of content of the mixture FS-1 and FS-2 content 1:3 leads to reduction in time viscoplastic state and retention time (part 14);

the increase in the ratio of content of the mixture FS-1 and FS-2 to the content of 10:1 does not improve the desired properties (composition 15).

As can be seen from the test results time viscoplastic state offered a press of the composition increases by 3-6 times, shelf life is increased 1.5-4.5 times (see part 8), extended operating temperature range from 300 to 400aboutC.

Composition of present invention is useful in production of thin-layer polymeric articles.
