The invention relates to adhesives for labeling and can be used on high-speed automatic production lines, such as factories Pepsi-Cola, with a speed above 25,000 bottles per hour. The invention allows to obtain adhesive, stable for up to 12 months, the creep strength 28 - 56 PA, suitable for gluing paper to cardboard, glass, metals, polystyrene, polyethylene. The effect is achieved through the use of adhesive on the basis of 100 wt.h. urea binder and 0.3 to 4.0 wt.h. sodium salt of carboxymethyl cellulose as a binder of the product of the interaction of 1 wt.h. urea resin, 0.05 to 0.7 wt.h. caprolactam, 0,002 - of 0.015 wt. including oxalic acid and 0.0025 - of 0.025 wt.h. alkali and optionally from 1.0 to 6.0 wt.h. dextrin, and these components are mixed and incubated at 45°and 95 ° C for 1,0 - 3,5 h 2 S. p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to adhesives used for gluing paper labels to glass, plastic, metal containers, can be used on high-speed automatic production lines.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the glue composition of labeling, in particular, to the glue composition designated for sticking of the glue impregnated-paper labels to the glass, plastic, metallic, ceramic and wood surfaces. The invention allows to produce the glue compositions, which are distinguished by the increased frost-resistance: withstanding the multiple freezing and defreezing. The composition is produced by combination of two compounds preliminary heat-treated at the temperature of 80-90°C and their subsequent heat treatment together with the modifying agent - Amylum at 90-95°C, and bring up to pH=7.0-7.5 IN by KOH or NaOH solution. At that the composition 1 contains: dextrin, gum-arabic pretreated at 130°C and under the residual pressure of 05 mmHg, water; the composition 2 contains: colophony, glycerin, borax, water. At that the first composition was thermotreated in presence of several drips of antifoaming liquid. The labels gain positive stability against a shearing within 10 seconds and after 5 minutes can be torn-off only with a break of the paper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing glue Stein hall with the high content of dry matter by using a single mixing capacity and comprising the following steps: 1) preparing a carrier by gluing the first part of starch in medium containing part of alkali necessary for preparing the glue; 2) diluting a carrier with water followed by addition of at least lesser part of the second part of starch; 3) addition of remaining part of the second part of starch and remaining part of alkali in diluted form that is necessary for preparing the glue. SUBSTANCE: composition contains carrier starch and secondary starch. The carrier starch contains (in terms of dry mass), less than 50% pre- gelatinised starch and has higher sensitivity to alkali than the secondary starch. The secondary starch is selected from a group comprising maize starch, potato starch, wheat starch and a mixture of two or more of the said types of starch. The carrier starch is selected from a group comprising wheat starch, potato starch, cassava starch, barley starch and a mixture of two or more of the said types of starch. The composition contains (in terms of dry mass) 0.5-60% carrier starch, 40-99.5% secondary starch and 1-8% alkali. The composition also contains (in terms of dry mass) 0.1-3.5% boron compound. An adhesive is obtained by adding the composition to water and stirring while adding a sufficient amount of alkali. The adhesive is used to make corrugated cardboard and multilayer materials. The advantage of the adhesive composition lies in that it can be easily prepared with low expenses on time and equipment.

EFFECT: use of the adhesive improves quality of cardboard, reduces adhesive consumption and increases rate of production.

SUBSTANCE: method involves depositing an adhesive system onto one or more pieces of wood-based material and joining one or more pieces with one or more additional pieces of the material. The adhesive system contains one component which contains starch, and another component which contains one or more polymers belonging to a group comprising polyvinyl amine, copolymers poly(vinyl alcohol-co-vinyl amine), poly(vinyl alcohol-co-vinyl formamide), polyallyl amine, polyethylene imine, polyamido amine and polyvinyl formamide. The two components are deposited on the wood-based material as unmixed separate components. The adhesive system further contains one or more polymers containing acetoacetylated polyvinyl alcohol.

EFFECT: use of the adhesive system enables to produce such wood-based products as boards based on chips, particles or fibres or boards based on aligned long chips.

Aqueous adhesive composition contains at least 7 and mot more than 30 wt % of adhesive component. Adhesive component includes at least one polyvinyl alcohol, and/or at least one dextrin, and/or at least one starch. Adhesive composition additionally includes carbomer and in case of necessity boron compound. PH of adhesive composition constitutes not more than 13.0. In case if starch and boron compound are present in adhesive composition, more than 91.0% of the total starch in composition are in form, non-soluble in cold water. In accordance with invention obtained are: solid dry premix, suitable as base for adhesive composition, and methods for obtaining solid dry premix or adhesive composition and product, in which all of them are used to form adhesive connection with substrate.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prepare adhesive composition, viscosity of which is easily predicted and regulated, which makes application of starch more effective, demonstrates Newtonian rheology, preferably in the process of corrugating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an adhesive composition which does not contain formaldehyde, for mineral fibres, for sound-and/or heat insulation products based on mineral wool, particularly glass wool or rock wool, and to a method of producing sound-and/or heat-insulating product. Adhesive composition consists of at least one nonreducing sugar and ammonium sulphate in an amount of 3 to 20 wt% of total weight of mixture. Adhesive composition can additionally contain following additives: silane, in particular amino silane, oil, glycerol, silicone, "expander", and water.
