Usage: for application of the pattern by a stream of abrasive material through the stencil mask sheet product large area. The inventive device includes a stencil mask with ferromagnetic and resistant to abrasive material coating, a support in the form of a guide with suction cups and a groove with a rail, a carriage with a vertical stand and a tool for installation of the stencil mask. The tool is made in the form of a sleeve with a rod passed through the sleeve and through the vertical groove of the rack with a handle rigidly connected to the pivot plate with the electromagnet DC, having means for changing the direction of the magnetic field, and installed the ferromagnetic plate. The carriage and the rod are stoppers for the installation of the stencil mask in the specified coordinates relative to the product. 6 C.p. f-crystals, 6 ill.

The invention relates to a device for applying a pattern on flat products a large area, such as glass.

The horizontal guide is circular in cross-section beam, the ends of which is equipped with vacuum suction cups 6 and along its surface formed by the toothed rack 7 slot 8. The stencil mask is made of at least a single layer of sheet 38, coated on one side with a layer 39 of ferromagnetic, and the other layer 40 resistant to the abrasive (carbon) material. The sheet has a guide bushing 41 for the installation of the stencil mask on the pin and the box 42 to process through it the product of the air-abrasive stream.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stencil master for use in printing conductive paste for simultaneous generation of bus electrode and a plurality of finger electrodes on solar element. Said stencil master includes an opening for bus electrode and multiple openings for finger electrodes, and the hole widths for finger electrodes is less than 80 mcm, and the stencil master has multiple blocked zones in the hole for bus electrode, formed only in positions aligned with holes for finger electrodes.

EFFECT: use of this stencil master for stencil screen printing method allows to cut the cost of solar cells, to protect connection between the bus electrode and a finger electrode against damage causing no increase of loss because of solar cells shadowing or loss of its aesthetic quality, and to make high-reliable solar cells of high capacity.
