(57) Abstract:

Usage: the invention relates to paper production, namely, the production of office paper for printing, writing and copy. The inventive paper produced from substrate containing, by weight.h.: fibrous semi-finished product 100; filler 0,7 - 40; starch binder 0.3 to 4; bactericide - polydimethyldiallylammonium of 0.01 - 5; antistatic agent is chloride or bromide, alkali or alkaline earth metal or a mixture of 0.005 - 10; optical bleach stellantriebe type of 0.005 to 0.8 and dye purple 0,0006 to 0.2. The substrate contains a filler, starch binder, polydimethyldiallylammonium, the static and optical bleach in bulk and/or on the surface, and the dye purple - in mass. The substrate may contain on the surface of the white pigment. The invention allows to improve the consumer properties of paper: to increase the rigidity required for the automatic sheet feeder, to increase the bactericidal properties, to reduce eyestrain when working with documents. This improves working conditions when working with the proposed paper because there is no possibility of contact predecessorsin paper materials, which can be used for printing, writing and copy.

Known material for the manufacture of electrophotographic copies, consisting of paper coated on both sides with the coating containing the acid modified starch, stabilized by alkali, and optical bleach [1].

This material is suitable for printing, writing and copy. The antistatic properties of this material are provided by sodium chloride and other salts formed in the process of modification of the starch.

Due to the fact that the whiteness of this material is achieved by impregnation of cellulosic fibrous substrate a composition containing starch and optical bleach, the latter can only increase the light brightness of the image, but has little effect on the contrast.

In addition, this material does not prevent contact transmission when working with him.

The closest analogue of the invention is the paper for printing, writing and copy produced from substrate containing fibrous semi-finished product, filler, starch svjazujushee bactericide, an antistatic agent, an optical Brightener stellantriebe type and dichlorid or polystyrenesulfonate.

As the antistatic agent, it contains inorganic salts such as sodium chloride or calcium, powders of metals such as aluminum, Nickel, copper or organic polyelectrolytes, including the above-mentioned bactericides.

As effluorescence pigment it contains kaolin, calcium carbonate, silicon dioxide, barium carbonate, zinc oxide, titanium dioxide or powders such polymeric materials such as polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene or cured melamine resin.

Processing of this paper antistatic agent, a biocide and an optical Brightener may be carried out either in bulk (impregnation) or applying appropriate coating.

The combination of effective optical brighteners and effluorescence pigments can increase not only the brightness and contrast of the image on it, and the use of bactericidal substances reduces the risk of contact of the transfer of pathogenic microorganisms during the work with this paper.

However, increasing the contrast of this paper inevitably requires and increases its brightness by introducing large amounts of optical Brightener, which increases eyestrain when using the used in this paper, have insufficiently balanced spectrum of activity on pathogenic flora.

New technical result is the improvement of consumer properties of the proposed paper and the improvement of working conditions while using it.

This technical result is achieved in that in the paper for printing, writing and copying, is made of a substrate on the basis of fibrous semi-finished product, filler, starch binders, bactericides, antistatic agent, optical Brightener stellantriebe type and effluorescence pigment according to the invention as bactericide substrate contains polydimethyldiallylammonium, and as effluorescence pigment - dye purple color in the following ratio of these components, wt. hours : Fibrous semi-finished product 100 Filler 0.7 To 40 Starch binder 0,3-4

When the above combination and ratio of components is achieved by the additional effect of increasing the contrast of the image, antystatychnosti and bactericides due to the synergistic effects of the following factors:

reducing the color distance between the paper and the standard reference white by moving the color coordinates of the paper containing the composition of purple dye and optical Brightener selected components strictly in the direction of the center of the color of the body;

the increase in fluorescence optical bleach due to the interaction not only with starch, but with its complex with polydimethyldiallylammonium;

the increase in conductivity due to fixation in the polymeric matrix of the starch conductors, what are the halides of the alkali and alkaline-earth metals and polydimethyldiallylammonium;

increase bactericides without increasing the contact of the concentration of the bactericide due to the appearance in the paper hygroscopic moisture and salt (osmotic) effect.

The order and place of dosage auxil the strata as a fibrous semi-finished product may include wood pulp and/or bleached as sulfite, and sulphate softwood and/or hardwood. It can be filled by any known fillers and problematise both in acid and in a neutral environment appropriate sizing materials. It is permissible to use any noun, disperse and direct dyes, including optical whitening agents. The degree of cationization starch, quantity and nature of cationization starch (Monomeric or polymeric) are not limited in the proposed paper.

The treated surface of the particles gains the sizeable cationic surface charge. The salt represents the metal salt of the Group II or the Group III of Periodic table. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper and may be used in pulp and paper industry at production of the filled paper, the coated paper and the cardboard. In the water at intense stirring feed powders of calcium hydrate and calcium carbonate at the ratio of the indicated components accordingly from 1.0:2.2 up to 1.0:12.9. The produced suspension is gradually added with aluminum sulfate at its ratio to the total mass of the calcium hydroxide and calcium carbonate from 1.0:0.85 up to 1.0:4.30. Then the temperature of the mixture is increased up to 8О-85°С and the produced reaction mixture is kept at stirring within 90-180 minutes with formation of the dispersion of the pigment with the share of the dry substances in it equal to 20-35 %. Then the dispersion is dried and grinded into the powder. The powder is dispersed in the water containing the given amount of the dissolved coolant and-or binding - starch or polyvinyl alcohol. The technical result of the invention production of the pigment with the new properties, that allow to expand the field of its application at manufacture of various types of the cardboard and the paper.

FIELD: pulp and paper industry; methods of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of production of the pigment for manufacture of the cardboard and paper and may be used in pulp and paper industry at production of the filled paper, the coated paper and the cardboard. Calcium carbonate is treated with aluminum sulfate in the aqueous medium. The treatment is conducted at aluminum sulfate consumption of 25-105 % to the mass of absolutely dry calcium carbonate at the temperature of 80-85°С during 90-180 minutes with production of the suspension containing 25-35 % dry substances in it. At that they use the aqueous medium containing the binding chosen from the group, which includes starch and polyvinyl alcohol in the amount of 0.5-3.0 mass % from the mass of the absolutely dry pigment, and-or the water soluble colorant in the amount of 0.1-0.5 mass % from the mass of the absolutely dry pigment. The suspension is additionally dried and grinded. The technical result of the invention is the improved quality of the pigment as well as expansion of its field of application.

FIELD: papermaking industry.

SUBSTANCE: paper is produced from matrix obtained from composition containing pulp fibers, filler particles and retention system for said filler based on composition comprising complex of granules of ionic non-destructed swelled starch and ionic latex in aqueous carrier. Said composition contains from 60% to 95% by weight of said granules and form 40% to 5% by weight of latex of total 100 wt% on the basis of total content of solid substances of granules and latex. Granules are latex particles carriers in said complex. Processing of carrier involves producing composition of swelled starch-latex prepared in the presence of combined-action admixture or in the absence thereof, and adding said composition to filler suspension for producing of paper having improved retention of filler and allows paper to be produced, which contains filler wherein filler admixture produces minimal negative effect upon strength characteristics. Starch-latex composition may be used with compositions free of wood or with wood-containing compositions. Processed filler is readily retained in paper web in the process of paper making, improves dehydration and creates well-formed sheets. Sheets manufactured with the use of processed filler have higher adhesion strength and tensile strength as compared to sheets containing filler processed with the use of only swelled starch or only latex.
