The purpose of the invention is the increase of storage duration bones and keeping them from thermal overload in the packaging process. Obtained from a cadaver bone mechanically cleaned of soft tissue, marrow and periosteum, is treated in dezinfitsiruyuschim solution and subjected to well-known sposobem immunological treatment. Next, the bone moves in a sterile package and cover the insulating inner sheath. After hardening of the bone is placed in the bowl of hardened plastic, which is then filled with molten plastic, which, after drying, forms the outer case. Method allows drying process to be reduced to 6-9 days depending on antler size and weight parameters.

EFFECT: reduced loss of biologically active substances during reprocessing and preservation of antlers, reduced time for drying of basic material and reduced labor intensity.
