The invention relates to the field of transport engineering and can be used to provide towing trailer attagasam.

Known coupling with the drive brake, comprising a housing in which is mounted a spring-loaded rod, one end of which is connected kinematically with the brake cylinder and the other with a lug, and a spring damper.

The disadvantage of this construction is that when towing a trailer in cases of inactive braking, apimodules of the trailer, reduce the reliability and efficiency of the brakes coupling devices.

The purpose of the invention is to enhance reliability and efficiency of the device.

For this coupling with the drive brake, comprising a housing in which is mounted a spring-loaded rod, one end of which is kinematically connected with the brake cylinder and the other with a lug, and a spring-loaded shock absorber equipped fixed in the housing and is made with a cylindrical guide cone sleeve, in which is placed a spring-loaded collet with thrust collar in contact with mounted through the axis of the cone sleeve two shoulders lever that interacts with the plunger, mounted at the base of the tapered sleeve, and the rod is located inside the collet, and a glass for spring shock absorber, through which rod is connected with an eye, installed with the possibility of longitudinal displacement in the cylindrical guide and interact with the plunger when the occurrence of extreme efforts to ensure the free movement of thrust inside the collet under the influence of the spring shock absorber and spring draught.

Coupling with the drive brake is a housing 1, in which the fixed cone sleeve 2 with a cylindrical guide 3. The sleeve is mounted collet 4, the spring 5, which is at the end of the thrust flange 6. Inside the collet installed rod 7 with the spring 8, one end of which is connected with the lever 9 of the control of the brake cylinder 10, and the other is inserted into the Cup 11, which is connected with a lug 12, which interacts with the towing device 13 of the tractor.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear contains ball head made up of upper and lower parts provided, respectively, with recess and boss, and coaxially arranged vertical holes accommodating connecting pin and pin position retainer. Connecting pin is rigidly coupled with upper part of ball head and is provided with thread interacting with mating thread made in vertical hole in lower part of ball head. Thread cut on side generating surface of boss in lower part of head is in meshing with threaded surface of recess in upper part of said ball head.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of upper and lower parts intercoupled by means of boss and recess made on head parts and provided with vertical coaxial holes in which cylindrical connecting pin is fitted by round slot with lock in lower part of ball head whose upper part is arranged in drawbar body. Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Connecting pin in this section is provided with projection of shape identical to said slot and at other side, semispherical cavity for lock. Cross slot is found in upper end face part of connecting pin, and drawbar body in zone of slot is provided with cylindrical hole.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball-type coupling gears and it can be used for towing light-weight single-axle trailers. Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.

EFFECT: possibility of locking of car and trailer from driver's seat.

Round slot is made on inner vertical surface of round cavity of upper part of ball head. Said round slot is semicircle in cross section. Pair of ball-type solids of revolution is arranged in said slot when car and trailer are coupled. Solids of revolution are arranged in cylindrical channel made in diametric plane of circular projection of lower part of ball head. Said solids of revolution engage through compression springs and pushers with cylindrical generating surface of pin. Pin is arranged in vertical channels of upper and lower parts of ball head.

Lower part is made integral with drawbar bracket and incorporates circular ledge. Upper part is arranged to move in trailer gooseneck casing. Lower part circular ledge represents a rod with multi thread engaging with mating thread made on its upper part. Square hole is made on top part outer face. Said hole interacts with spring-loaded pin of similar section furnished with handle and fitted to move in gooseneck opening. Face surface of said top part of ball head has diametrically opposite semi-spherical recesses in contact with bal stops. Said stops are arranged on bal head lower part face surface.

EFFECT: higher reliability due to threaded joint made on lower and upper parts of drawbar.
