SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiolocation and radio navigation and may be used as a radar navigation marine buoy operating in decimetre and metre wavelength ranges. The radar marine buoy is a hollow metallic cone (HMC) with a right taper angle, the vertex of which faces the sea surface, which is the second reflective element, and a floating support, which is the HMC part at its vertex side. When the HMC is installed on the sea surface, with its vertex to the surface, an equivalent biconical radar reflector is formed, providing scattering indicatrix uniformity in the azimuthal plane. The HMC is open at the round base side and the whole its internal cavity is filled with a radio transparent material with a specific density 15...40 times lower than that of the sea water. The technical effect is the expansion of the marine buoy scattering indicatrix to 90° in the elevation plane and increase in its scattering cross-section (with a probability level of 0.5) to 4.3...14.2dB, in the wavelength range from decimetres to metres. The radio-transparent material prevents from the sea water ingress to the internal HMC cavity, also providing buoyancy and stability of the whole structure.

Said dampers have hole to receive two air tubes for compressed air to pass from air chamber to turbine wheel blades.

The latter comprises capacitive molecular electric power accumulator(two-layer capacitor), charging device including DC generator with voltage generator relay with axle rigidly engaged with air turbine (for example, Wells turbine), turbine vaned wheel drive, cylindrical air chamber rigidly secured to tail section top bulkhead. Said air chamber houses inertial piston rigidly secured by spring dampers to air chamber top and bottom sections. Two air tubes are tightly jointed to chamber openings for compressed air passage from air chamber to turbine vaned wheel. In closed ice, power accumulator is charged by generator and/or windmill. Optical radiator is built around LED crystal integrated in modules to allow light transmission at frequencies of 460 to 633 newmen.

In compliance with the second version, stabilisation ballast is attached to cylindrical container. One end of the rod is secured to buoy sealed housing. Thrust flange is rigidly secured at the rod. Spring is fitted atop the rod between upper guide and thrust flange.

A support arm with a hinge, enabling rotation and fixing the water pipeline in the direction of flow of water, allows for using the power installation as a flow power installation or as a wave power installation. Functional capabilities of the power installation are widened due to use of water pipelines with orthogonal turbines and an electric power generator under water on the support arm. The amount of electrical power generated can also be increased due to that, the blades are oriented in opposite directions for rotation of orthogonal turbines in opposite, unchanged directions, independent of the direction of flow through the orthogonal turbines. The inductor coil of the electric power generator is immoveable, has two-directional operation and is between neighbouring short-circuited rotors, each connected to its axle of the orthogonal turbine. The short-circuited rotors rotate in opposite directions, are fitted with small clearances from the inductor coil and are fixed using lining made from material with low sliding friction. As a result, there is increased efficiency of using energy of water passing through the flow part of the convergent-divergent water pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: generator set for power generation by water movement, particularly tidal movement, comprises long basically terete buoyant cylinder 1, supporting facilities coming from its bottom, and rotor 2 connected with generator with blades 3. Rotor 2 through supporting facilities 5, 6 is connected to cylinder 1 via pivot joint 7 on keel side 8 of cylinder 1.
