(57) Abstract:

Use: hydropower, in particular a device for converting wave energy into electrical energy. The inventive system includes a support frame, a float movable frame, a shaft on which the rotating and reciprocating motion set to float. The shaft in the zone of movement of the float plate has a screw section, the upper and lower parts which have opposite spin. Ratchet mechanisms are made in the form of a cylindrical casing connected with the float and provided with transverse partitions, which is rigidly fixed coupling hrapovic mechanisms. Coupling mounted on the shaft can move along it. Coupling provided with a slit-like slots corresponding to the profile of the screw. Each coupling half is placed with the opportunity to interact with only one part of the screw section of the shaft. 2 Il.

The invention relates to the field of hydropower and can be used to convert wave energy into electricity.

Known wave power installation comprising a support frame, a floating camera that is installed with the possibility of the Lenna, respectively, on a support frame and a floating camera, a generator mounted on the shaft.

The disadvantage of this solution is its structural complexity and lack of power on the generator shaft.

Also known wave power installation comprising a shaft kinematically connected with the generator, and the float is fitted with ratchet mechanism and attached to the shaft for rotation and reciprocating movement relative to the shaft, which section in the zone of movement of the float is made in the form of a plate screws.

The disadvantage of this technical solution is that the lack of efficiency of the installation related to the fact that the work of the inertial element does not provide a substantial increase in power on the shaft of the generator, since the pulses of the rotational motion of the inertial element (float) receives from the waves acting on its external projections, however, the magnitude of the inertia of the float may not be significant because the increase in the size (diameter) of the float may not be significant because of the inevitable while reducing the angular velocity of the rotation.

The purpose of the invention is the increased efficiency and plant capacity by providing opportunities to increase capacity of the switchgear, fixedly mounted in the support shaft kinematically connected with the generator, and the float is equipped with two rapovymi mechanisms and attached to the shaft for rotation and reciprocating movement relative to the shaft, which section in the zone of movement of the float is made in the form of plate screw screw section of the shaft is divided into two parts, which spin performed in opposite directions, with ratchet mechanisms implemented in two ratchet placed inside the float with the opportunity to interact only with each one of the parts of the screw section of the shaft, while the float is rotatably mounted in covering his mobile frame, which, with the possibility of reciprocating movement is set on the vertical guides, the rotor of the generator is placed on the float, and the armature winding is placed coaxially to the rotor on the movable frame.

Coupling 13, in "the bottom" which is made of a round hole with a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the circle describing the cross-section of the shaft 4, is rigidly fixed to the partition 9 and coaxial with the Central hole 10 of these partitions.

Wave power plant works as follows.

During the excitement of the float 2 performs reciprocating motion of the plate relative to the screw section of the shaft 4. Thus, when the float 2 is up, it works the upper sleeve 11, both coupling halves 13 and 14 which are coupled, thereby coupling 11 transmits the rotation of the float 2, untwisting it. The lower clutch 11 is not operating, because the coupling 14 goes down the spiral part 6 from its upper coupling 13 and rotates freely on the shaft 4.

When the float 2 goes down, continuing to rotate in the same direction as and when the course up and the top of the clutch 11 unlinked, as part 5 of the shaft 4 during the down-spin coupling half 14 of the upper clutch 11 in the direction of eliminating the clutch teeth 12 of the coupling 13 and 14. The lower clutch 11 is engaged in work: palumpolum 2 continues down the spin float in the same direction, as and when the course up. Thus, the float 2 is operating as a rotor, all the time podrachivany to one side.

The resulting electric current through cable goes to the consumer.

Top protective cover 17 is made of elastic material and eliminates the possibility of water damage inside of the float 2 through the Central hole 10.

The bottom protective cover 18 is made in the form of a rigid skirt and eliminates the ingress of water inside the float 2 and the generator through the gap of the bearing 22.

Compared with the prototype of the claimed solution provides the possibility of increasing the power of the generator, without reducing its angular velocity of rotation, because the larger diameter of the float, which allows to increase the inertia of the float does not entail a decrease in the angular speed (in the prototype, this reduction would be inevitable due to the fact that the angular speed of the generator was set linear velocity of wave motion, impacted shaped protrusions of the surface of the float).

SUBSTANCE: proposed wave energy plant has supporting frame with vertical guides, float installed for vertical reciprocation that accommodates ratchet gears provided with coaxial central holes, shaft passed though these holes and fixed in supporting frame to laminar screw section whose top and bottom parts are twisted in opposition and contact ratchet gears disposed in cylindrical casing with through holes; it also has electric generator. Float is mounted for displacement along vertical guides and has inertial member disposed inside for rotation and displacement together with float; inertial member contacts inner surface of float casing through rollers. Cylindrical casing is joined with inertial member; electric generator is disposed within supporting frame and kinematically coupled through extensible joint between inertial member and drum installed for joint rotation with the latter and with gear transmission.

EFFECT: enhanced power output of wave energy plant generator.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for conversion of wave energy into electric energy. Proposed converter contains mechanically coupled fixed post, float chambers, frame, shaft, step-up gear and electric generator. Moreover, converter additionally contains relatively interacting second shaft, first and second gears and at least two motion converters. First and second gears are fixed on corresponding shafts and engage with each other. Each motion converter has vertical rod installed for vertical vibration on upper end of which first block is installed, and on lower end, third sprocket engaging with first and second float chambers. First and second overrunning clutches with sprockets are installed on shafts and they engage through first and second chains with third sprocket.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is designed to convert energy of waves into electric energy. Proposed device contains pontoon, anchor chain and anchor, electric generator and drive including working and support sheaves over which flexible tie with weights o each end is passed.
