The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry.

A known method of manufacturing a liner for the shell of sausages, in which the main composition component is Manila hemp. The composition of the pulp following, wt%:

Manila hemp 70 Cotton 10

Staple fiber 17

Polyvinyl alcohol

(in the form of fibers or powder) 3 Mass 1 m2paper 14-20 g [1].

There is also known a method of increasing the absorbent capacity of the fibrous materials used, in particular, for casings of sausages. As the fibers used Manila hemp, cotton, sisal and other profilesthe, binders are diluted viscose or heat-resistant cationic polymers and polyvinyl alcohol [2].

Known continuous method for the production of paper from fibers of different types: sulphate pulp bleached and unbleached, Manila hemp, jute, synthetic fibers, including nylon, polyester fiber, copolymers of vinyl, textile fibers, offered by the company Dexter. The method is intended for the manufacture of casings of sausages. Additives to the fibrous materials can be natural and synthetic resins, mainly polyacrylamide. Is a closed cycle of water use [3].

Analysis of the composition of the paper base to shell sausage company Dexter showed that the base paper contains 100% cellulose from Manila hemp (fiber). In addition, paper pulp contains a wet strength additive (resin) 1%.

The technical characteristics of the base paper are the following: the thickness of 82 μm; weight 1 m2paper 23 g; density of 0.28 g/cm3; blagorodnost 27%; air permeability 1360 l/m2.

The aim of the invention is to achieve a high rate of permeability of the base paper while maintaining ravnopravnosti base paper using the composition, consisting of cellulose from bast fibers, cotton cellulose, viscose fibers and cationic resin comprising a grinding of semi-finished products, the reflux of the compositions of the canvas paper, dehydration and drying it as a pulp from bast fibers used bleached flax and/or hemp (cannabis) cellulose in the form of a harness with a density of 30-35 g/m Pogue., then the Assembly is subjected to cutting by the cutting device on the length of 4-6 mm, followed by dispersing and grinding of the cellulose fibers of semi-finished products to the degree of grinding 17-25aboutSHR, and after drying, the paper base it is impregnated with polyvinyl alcohol and calendarbut. Based on the above studies have established that to obtain a long fiber base paper for shell sausage products with a uniform distribution of fibers, good ground clearance and a high permeability, it is necessary the use of flax and/or hemp cellulose in the form of a harness with a density of 30-35 g/m Pogue. with subsequent cutting into a length of 4-6 mm (original length 24-34 mm). This should take into account the natural characteristics of flax and hemp fiber, which is different from the same characteristics Manila hemp, used in the known method. Pokazateliakh bast fibres differ significantly from each other. This difference is caused by the morphology of the fibers, their chemical composition and processing methods in the bleached pulp. It is known that cellulose fibers from Manila hemp are the most technologically advanced in the production of long-staple highly porous paper. Fibers have the greatest strength in the range of bast fibres, have an optimum length that does not require artificial shortening (ratio of fiber length to diameter is 200:1-250:1). This ratio determines the good formation of the paper web and does not give in the processes of preparation and molding flocculation of the fibers in clumps and filaments. Fiber flax and hemp (hemp) are harder to process because they are easy to form clumps and filaments in the sheet of paper (the ratio of length to diameter is: flax 750:1-2250:1, hemp 300:1 to 1,000:1).

Despite differences in the chemical composition and morphology of the fibers, due to the method of preparation of a semifinished product, the permeability of the base paper from flax and/or hemp cellulose can be obtained even somewhat higher than in the base paper from Manila hemp, which is confirmed by the examples. Thus, a joint operation by cutting the original linen and education, allowed to obtain a base paper with a uniform distribution of fibers (good level) and high permeability. In this case, the degree of grinding of semi-finished less than 17aboutIt was not possible to obtain base paper with a uniform lumen of the fibers that provide the necessary high air permeability, and with the degree of grinding more than 25aboutSHR excessive compaction of the base paper, reducing significantly the permeability, which leads to the inappropriate use of base paper for the production of sausage casings.

The method of obtaining long-fibre base paper for shell sausage is as follows.

In the composition of paper pulp are bleached flax and hemp pulp, cotton bleached cellulose, viscose nesvita BCF fiber.

Preparation of cotton bleached pulp according to GOST 595-79 exercise in rolls or other grinding equipment. At maximum load produce grinding cellulose at a concentration of 1.5-2.6% to the degree of grinding mass 17-20aboutSHR. Then the weight of the grind on hydrofiner to obtain a homogeneous fibrous suspension, characterized by the degree of grinding 17-25aboutSHR. Nesvita chords viscose fibre OST 6-06-5-80 cut on the cutting machine on the length of 4-6 mm, dissolve in the pool and mixed with milled cotton, flax and/or hemp mass in the line of the mixing pump of the paper machine.

To provide wet strength in paper weight serves polyamide-aminopyrrolidine resin [Lorain KU firm BASF (Germany)]. Ebb paper carried out on a paper machine with an inclined grid (the angle of inclination of approximately 15about), equipped with a special inlet device at a concentration of 0.05-0,008%. Dehydration is realized by the system suction boxes. Drying is carried out on the drying cylinder hot air that is fed through the paper web. Drying the paper web passes through two areas: 1 - drying cloth at 200-250aboutC; 2 - heat treatment at 150-170aboutC. After drying, the paper is impregnated with polyvinyl alcohol according to GOST 10779-78, dried and calandrino is Then rolls Packed in plastic film and Packed in boxes made of corrugated cardboard, who pasting it over the adhesive tape.
