(57) Abstract:

Usage: the invention relates to the construction of the packaging and method of packaging and aimed at improving the usability and best use of space during storage and transportation. The inventive container has a housing consisting of two parts 1 and 2, and two covers. Each part of the body is in the form of a hollow truncated cone with a correspondingly annular flanging 3 and 5 opernymi projections 4 and 6 having opposite threaded surface. The invention relates to packaging and can be used for packaging, transportation, storage and sale of liquid and bulk cargo. Known packaging package for liquids [1]. It is made in the form of a cardboard tube covered with a thermoplastic. The invention aims at simplifying the manufacture and increase the degree of sealing.

The disadvantages of this invention are the complexity of the design and the low degree of useful use of space when stacked.

The aim of the invention is to improve the usability, preservation of integrity with repeated use, as well as samopoczucia containers in a horizontal plane and a more complete use of space during storage and transportation.

The objective is achieved by the fact that the case of containers made of composite of two parts, each of which is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone with a circular and coaxial crimping and the supporting protrusion on the outer surface having opposite threaded fasteners, each loaded part of the body pre-tightly closed made of elastic material cover flange with the annular flange, and final packaging of the two housing parts are connected to each other so that the main and additional cover facing each other, forming a closed chamber capacity, sejnost pallet transverse rows in multiple layers with staggered arrangement of the containers.

Containers for liquid and bulk cargo includes a housing composed of two parts 1 and 2, each of which is made in the form of a hollow truncated cone (Fig. 1,2). Part 1 of the casing has an annular flared 3 covering the screw surface and located on an outer surface parallel to and coaxially with the frame supporting the annular protrusion 4 C covering the screw surface. Part 2 of the housing has a frame 5 and the support ring lug 6 covered with the opposite threaded surfaces. In flanging 3 and 5, parts 1 and 2 of the case is made of the inner cylindrical socket 7, which is firmly connected to the cover 8 (Fig.5), with the flange 9 and the annular flange 10.

For a tight connection and disconnection of the parts 1 and 2 buildings on their flanging 3 and 5 are made radially spaced deaf socket 11 to facilitate a tight contraction of the composite parts of the body using, for example, an auxiliary pins.

The use of containers is carried out as follows. Parts 1 and 2 of the casing is filled with cargo, closed the two-chamber container. Thus the flanges 9 of the caps 8 are tightly pressed against the ends of the flanging 3 and 5, parts 1 and 2 of the casing and to each other, which ensures the tightness of the tank.

For stacking loaded containers connect at least three two-chamber containers with opposite threaded surfaces for supporting the annular protrusions 4 and 6, parts 1 and 2 of the housing (Fig.3). The compounds obtained are placed on a horizontal surface of the pallet, the bottom of the box or container in parallel rows without moving the containers in a longitudinal direction relative to each other. SUBSTANCE: cardboard has one of layers containing additives of metal salt, metal oxide or enzymes for decomposing of disinfecting composition, in particular, hydrogen peroxide, or reacting therewith for obtaining of gas serving as barrier for penetration of the given disinfecting composition through edges into cardboard.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in protecting of cardboard from penetration of disinfecting composition into cardboard and, accordingly, into liquid food.

SUBSTANCE: food slice consists of two or more products, for instance, nut paste and jelly. Proposed method provides simultaneous and separate transfer of each of two or more products to place of extrusion, control of water activity of two or more products either before and after separate transfer of products, simultaneous and separate extrusion of each of food products and injection of food products into tubular film web which is sealed in longitudinal direction. Food products are combined into preset portion of food using method of portion control which changes speed of extrusion basing on amount of available portion of food product. Food products inside packed portion preserve their identity. Then portion of food products is sealed inside flexible film. Invention provides slice in form of cohesion mass containing two or more different food products with possibility of simultaneous complete release of food products from wrap by hand which is sufficient for holding, handling, eating or using food products in other places as need be.

SUBSTANCE: proposed container for solid, pasty and also liquid and loose products, particularly, food products, contains lower part to receive product and upper part made in form of container cover. Film is applied to lower part to be separated when opening lower part of container closed by upper part. Lower part of container has closed projecting edge passing around hole of container on which upper part is secured with possibility of disconnection. Circular recess is made on section of edge in upper part of container to receive edge of container lower part. Bottom of recess is formed by film applied to upper part of container. Recess is made in form of slot, and edge is made in form of ridge in cross section, so that when edge is fitted in recess, "slot-ridge" joint is formed. Proposed container is easy to open, breaking of film when opening container cover is prevented, and cover itself is not damaged at opening. Such container is easy to manufacture and is not expensive.

SUBSTANCE: work piece is provided with two panel sections from flexible packaging material, which adjoin each other. Besides, panel sections are limited by rim and interconnected along the rim length to form closed compartment. Besides the container work piece has the first end section, which is implemented so that at least one angular section of the container work piece could be bent inside to form the bottom surface as container work piece is filled up. The claimed group of inventions is also referred to a method of container production from the above-mentioned work piece. The claimed group of inventions provides for producing cardboard work piece, which can be made and delivered in the form of roll being wound-up equally along the whole its length. At the same time equal welding parametres are involved along the connection ensuring reliable joining.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensuring work piece production using existing but slightly modified equipment, low cost of work piece production and low container price.

Container has inner vessel with filler neck and pour-our branch pipe for jointing intake valve assembly, outer facing made from metal mesh or sheet steel and pan-like support made from metal or at least partially, electrically conducting synthetic material to accommodate inner vessel. Valve assembly comprises jointing flange made completely or partially from electrically conducting synthetic material and representing threaded flange with valve body screwed therein. Said flange with valve body are welded to inner vessel our-out branch pipe. Intake valve assembly is grounded by means of grounding conductor. Jointing flange is connected with the support or container outer facing by conductor.

EFFECT: safe and reliable transportation of fluid due to ruling out of fluid contact with metal elements, reduced costs of manufacture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of manufacturing package for preserved food and is aimed to prevention of customer misinformation on package contents. The method stipulates can labeling with labels made of composite material with temperature resistance that is higher than sterilisation temperature, with label placement on can surface including seaming zone, filling cans with product, can sealing and sterilisation.

EFFECT: when a label is removed cutting tool leaves a trace on can surface and label material comes out of seam; this prevents traceless replacement of labels on cans and excludes customer misinformation on can contents.

SUBSTANCE: coating composition contains a polyvinyl chloride polymer, an acrylic resin which is preferably a polymer obtained from monomer acrylates or methacrylates, such as acrylic acid, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, propyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, pentyl acrylate, hexyl acrylate, methacrylic acid, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, propyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, pentyl methacrylate, hexyl methacrylate resins, copolymer resins of said components or mixtures thereof, a cross-linking agent which is obtained from phenol, para-tert-butylphenol, xylenol or mixture thereof, and formaldehyde, an additive, a dye and a solvent component, and the composition essentially does not contain bisphenol A diglycidyl ether (BADGE) and bisphenol A resin. The coatings are suitable for containers made from three parts, as well as for metal cans made through deep-drawing. The coatings are particularly useful for covers which are torn in order to open due to their unusual flexibility and resistance to sterilisation.

EFFECT: composition provides coatings for metal cans which have suitable flexibility, resistance to scratching, adhesion and sterilisation during processing while in contact with food.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of packaging materials for food products and beverages, particularly barrier films, laminated packaging materials and packaging containers. The barrier film has a base polymer film and a barrier layer containing an inorganic oxide deposited on the base film via gas-phase deposition. The layer of inorganic oxide is additionally coated with a healing layer of cross-linked organopolysiloxane which is covalently bonded with the inorganic layer. The laminated packaging material has a barrier film. The packaging container is made from said barrier film.

EFFECT: packaging material has good barrier properties with respect to oxygen and water vapour, improved strength and softness.
