Usage: for towing cargo platforms, mobile cottages, etc., the inventive trailer hitch of an automobile includes hitch ball mounted on a bent pin, connected with the flange. The flange is bonded with prolley beam. The beam is bent at 1/3 - 1/4 of its length in the direction transverse beams and bonded with her several triangles connection with cylindrical samples on the hypotenuse, the mating with the cross bar and the legs of large - longitudinal beam, two amplifying elements, fastened to the cross bar and triangles communication with stud fastening a safety device and plug. The operation of the device is as follows.

Mounting triangles 7, in addition, reduce the surge voltage when the transmission of forces from the reference sphere 2, bonded to the cantilever part of the beam 5, the transverse beam 6 and several times longer cantilever portion of the beam 5.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train draw-and-coupler gear has ball head consisting of upper and lower parts intercoupled by means of boss and recess made on head parts and provided with vertical coaxial holes in which cylindrical connecting pin is fitted by round slot with lock in lower part of ball head whose upper part is arranged in drawbar body. Vertical hole in lower part of ball head is provided with longitudinal slot changing at end into round slot. Connecting pin in this section is provided with projection of shape identical to said slot and at other side, semispherical cavity for lock. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ball-type coupling gears and it can be used for towing light-weight single-axle trailers. Proposed trailer-train coupling gear contains ball support with retainer pressed to support and arranged in housing. said coupling gear is provided with locking mechanism which cuts in piston and locks found in vertically arranged axial space of ball support. Locks are fitted in holes whose axes are arranged in one plane and plane of their arrangement coincides with diameter plane of ball support. Upper part of piston is made in form of conical surface. Locks are spring-loaded relative to ball support and are made for engagement by some ends with relatively perpendicular slots found on inner surface of lock housing and on surface of retainer. Device is furnished with hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, piston-pusher with smaller diameter section in upper part to act onto said piston. Underpiston space of piston-pusher is connected with main line of prime-mover brake system. Device is provided with bracket of ball support to move support in direction of longitudinal axis of prime-mover with action of lower part of ball support onto hydraulic cylinder rod drive lever, with possibility of displacement of hydraulic cylinder rod and action of liquid pressure built, in said hydraulic onto piston to move the piston.

EFFECT: improved stability of trailer-train at application of brakes and prevention of jack-knifing of trailer in case of delayed operation or failure of main line connecting brake system of prime-mover and locking mechanism.

Proposed draw-and-coupling gear, mainly of passenger car, includes ball head consisting of two parts-lower one made integral with bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear and upper one, installed for movement in pole body and locked relative to each other. Bracket of draw-and-coupling gear of car is provided with mating channels, longitudinal one in which rod is fitted for movement being hinge-connected with bell crank with cam on end arranged in vertical channel and engaging with slot made on rod of upper part of ball head. Other end of said rod is connected with like bell crank installed inside body of car, being locked relative to car body. Mating surfaces of cam and slot have curvilinear and straight-line surfaces arranged in vertical longitudinal plane of bracket of car draw-and-coupling gear.

Design peculiarity of device is draft pole made in form of flat truss triangular structure whose load-bearing members are made of tubes with square cross section, and coupling forks are made for displacement along side of draft pole adjoining trailing vehicle with possibility of adjusting space in between. Proposed automatic device to decrease course drift of trailer has operating members in for of hydraulic cylinders mounted on trailer chassis, electromagnetically controlled hydraulic system, hydraulic pump and distributor with bypass valve. Device is furnished with additional independent operation distributors controlled by solenoids arranged on trailer chassis, transistors forming power circuit including solenoids and lamps showing direction of trailer drift arranged in driver's cab and control circuit including contact group which controls operation of operating members and being essentially sealed contacts controlled by permanent magnet and arranged on chassis of trailer between trailer slewing circle and load platform. Placed in control circuit is sealed contact operated by permanent magnet and located on steering column which controls operation of automatic device reducing drift of trailer at cornering.

EFFECT: increased speed of train and capacity, reduced tendency to jack-knifing when negotiating slopes, simplified design.

SUBSTANCE: proposed trailer-train consists of semi-trailer with support gear and support sheet of frame step in contact with turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover equipped with grips engaging with pivot of semi-trailer. Turntable of fifth wheel coupling of prime-mover is provided with vertical hole accommodating movably fitted-in pin spring-loaded relative to turntable, one end of pin has flat to engage with support sheet of semi-trailer frame step, and the other has conical section to engage with grips spring-loaded relative to each other by extension spring. Spring-loaded lock is installed for movement in horizontal plane of turntable, engaging at one side with circular recess of said pin, and at other side, carrying curvilinear rod whose radius of curvature is identical to radius of generatrix of end face surface of turntable and which is mated with spring-loaded stop installed for movement in slot made in support sheet of semi-trailer frame step. Said spring-loaded stop engages with one arm of spring-loaded bell-crank hinge-mounted on frame of semi-trailer, other arm of bell crank being coupled by means of flexible tie with frame of semi-trailer engaging with bracket rigidly secured on one of posts of support gear of semi-trailer.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to trailers of trailer-trains and can be used to increase maneuverability of trailer-train by increasing length of draft pole at considerable angles of jack-knifing. Proposed adjustable-length draw-and-coupler gear has draft pole consisting of separate links hinge-connected to each other, gear rim secured on frame of trailer, gear wheel installed on subframe being in meshing with gear rim, accelerating mechanism made in form of two gear racks in meshing with gear wheels, each being rigidly connected with crank hinge-coupled with one of links of draft pole. Device is furnished additionally with connecting rod, one end of which is hinge-coupled with racks of accelerating mechanism, and the other, with gear wheel installed on subframe.

EFFECT: increased speed of action of accelerating mechanism, improved reliability and simplified design of device.
