The invention relates to machines-amphibians for underwater excavation and can be used during the execution of dredging and cleaning work on the canals, rivers and reservoirs. The purpose of the invention is the enhanced operational capabilities. The device includes made in the form of a tractor drive mechanism 1, the pontoon 2, the working equipment 3 with interchangeable working bodies 4 and running equipment in the form of outriggers 5, 6, 7 and 8. The outriggers pivotally attached to the pontoon 2 by hydraulic cylinders 28, 29, 30 and 31 and is made in the form of tracked propulsion drive which made from separately managed axes 17 and 24.
