(57) Abstract:

Use: machines for excavation and loading operations. The inventive carrier frame includes longitudinal and transverse beams, supporting the head with bushings rotary column and the cylinders of its management and brackets under the outriggers. Bearing head is made of the side sheet racks, cheeks, stripes and eyes. Racks feature a perpendicular cross-member and welded thereto and to the inner sides of the rear ends of the longitudinal beams. Each cheek rests the lower edge on the upper side of the rear end of the longitudinal beams, welded thereto and has front and rear. The front part of the cheeks is parallel to the rack, and the rear is welded to the rack. Each sheet strips placed between the stand and cheek and is welded to the rack, the cheek and the upper side of the rear end of the longitudinal beams. Sheet eyelets are placed between the posts. Sleeves for hydraulic cylinders control column are placed on all the eyes. Sleeves for rotary column is placed on the upper and lower lugs. 7 Il.

The invention relates to machines designed for excavation and the General frame work equipment hydraulic excavator on the basis of a wheeled tractor. It contains longitudinal beam elements to attach the frame to the tractor, a transverse beam supporting the head with bushings rotary column operating equipment and hydraulic drive units of its rotation and is welded to the outer sides of the rear ends of the longitudinal beams of the brackets under hydraulic outriggers [1]. With proper reliability design of this frame, first, can not be used under operating equipment, rotary column which is operated by hydraulic cylinders, and, secondly, it contains many details that in the manufacture require fairly accurate operations for bending sheet material.

The aim of the invention is to simplify the technology frame work equipment with its control rotary speakers with the help of hydraulic cylinders.

This is achieved by the fact that in a frame containing the longitudinal beam, cross beam, a support cylinder with bushings rotary column and waterworks management, and brackets under the outriggers, the reference head is of the side sheet racks, which have a perpendicular cross beam, install it with coverage through cutouts in their osnovale with the outer sides of the uprights and curved vertical side cheeks, each of which rests the lower edge on the upper side of the rear end of the longitudinal beams, welded thereto and has a front part that is positioned parallel to the rack, and the rear part that the rear edge is welded to the last sheet strips, each of which is placed between the stand and cheek and is welded to the rack, the cheek and the upper side of the rear end of the longitudinal beam, and placed between the uprights of the upper, middle and lower sheet tabs. Sleeves for hydraulic cylinders control column are placed on all the lugs and under the rotary head on the top and bottom.

The supporting frame work equipment hydraulic excavator contains the longitudinal beams 1 and 2 with elements 3 and 4 for mounting the support frame on the tractor, a transverse beam 5, a support cylinder 6 and the bracket 7 and 8 to install hydraulic outriggers. Bearing head 6 has a sleeve 9-13 to install turning to the 16 and 17, sheet strips 18 and 19 and lugs 20, 21 and 22. Sheet racks 14 and 15 are perpendicular to the beam 5 and installed it with coverage through openings 23 in the bases 24 and 25 of the uprights 14 and 15. The side cheeks 16 and 17 are arranged vertically with the outer sides of the uprights 14 and 15 and curved vertically. Each cheek 16 (17) has a front part 26 (27) and the rear part 28(29). Each strip 18(19) is placed between the corresponding counter 14(15) and cheek 16(17) near their front edges. The top 22, medium 21 and the bottom 20 of the lugs are arranged horizontally and placed between the posts 14 and 15. All bushings 9-13 supporting head 6 mounted on the lugs 20-22 with the location of their axes on the middle vertical plane of the supporting frame. Sleeve 13, 12, 11 under the cylinders of the steering column is placed coaxially on the respective upper 22, medium 21 and the bottom 20 of the lugs. Sleeve 9 and 10 under the rotary column located in front bushings 11-13 and posted on the respective bottom 19 and the upper lugs 21. The brackets 7 and 8 under the outriggers are located on the rear ends 30 and 31 of the beams 1 and 2.

When the Assembly of individual components and the supporting frame as a whole is the following. The transverse beam 5 is welded to the inner sides of the rear ends 30 and 31 of the longitudinal beams 1 and 2. Supporting goal of the ri Assembly supporting the head 6 of the front part 26 and 27 of the side cheeks 16 and 17 have in parallel uprights 14 and 15, and the rear 28 and 29 parts are welded rear edges to the uprights 14 and 15. Sheet strips 18 and 19 are connected by their edges to the posts 14 and 15 and the cheeks 16 and 17. Lugs 20 to 22 are welded to the uprights 14 and 15. When assembling the frame of the rack 14 and 15 their bases are welded to the beam 5 and the inner sides of the rear ends 30 and 31 of the beams 1 and 2. The side cheeks 16 and 17 the lower edges rest on the upper side of the rear ends 30 and 31 of the beams 1 and 2, and are welded to these ends. The front edges of the strips 18 and 19 are also welded to the upper sides of the rear ends 30 and 31 of the beams 1 and 2.

The SUPPORTING FRAME WORK EQUIPMENT HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR ON the BASIS of a WHEELED TRACTOR, comprising a longitudinal beam elements for mounting the support frame on the tractor, a transverse beam, which is welded to the inner sides of the rear ends of the longitudinal beams, a support cylinder which is welded to the cross beam and has a sleeve for installation of rotary speakers working equipment and waterworks management and welded to the outer sides of the rear ends of the longitudinal beams of the brackets for mounting hydraulic outriggers, characterized in that the supporting cylinder is made of the side sheet racks, which are located is welded bases to the beam and to the inner sides of the rear ends of the beams along, of vertically from the outer side sheet racks and curved vertical side cheeks, each of which the lower edge supported on the upper side of the rear end of the respective longitudinal beams, welded to it and has a front part located parallel to the sheet rack, and the rear part that the rear edge welded to the latter, sheet strips, each of which is placed between the corresponding counter and lateral cheek near their front edges and welded to the edges of the rack, the cheek and the upper side of the rear end of the respective longitudinal beams, and horizontal, placed between the uprights and welded thereto, the upper, middle and lower sheet eyelets, all bushings supporting head mounted on the lugs with the location of their axes on the middle vertical plane of the supporting frame, sleeves for hydraulic cylinders for steering column is placed coaxially on the respective upper, middle and lower lugs and sleeves for rotary column located in front bushings for hydraulic cylinders and placed on the respective upper and lower lugs.

SUBSTANCE: loader is designed for farm tractors furnished with standard hydraulically controlled, parallel lifting levers 1, 2 pivotally mounted on tractor rear part and equipped with central connection device 3 in tractor between two lifting levers. Loader has two parallel levers 5, 6 for connection to respective levers 1, 2 so as to extend rearward, generally in longitudinal direction of axes of lifting levers 1, 2. Central tie-rod 7, which may be hydraulically extended during operation, protrudes to the outside from central connection device 3, in parallel with lifting levers. Levers 5, 6 and outer end of central tie-rod 7 are adapted for connection to working tool or device 12.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of machines intended for performance of earth and loading works, namely to machines such as single-bucket hydraulic diggers. Bearer frame of loader-digger working equipment comprises longitudinal beams with elements of bearer frame fixation on tractor, cross beams that are rigidly connected to longitudinal beams, bracket installed on upper bases of longitudinal beams with lugs that have openings in bushings for installation of rotary column of excavator equipment and hydraulic cylinders of its rotation, and brackets for installation of outriggers and hydraulic reservoir. Bracket is arranged from two vertical sides installed at the angle to each other, between which lugs are installed. Base of the lower lug is located on the same vertical level with lower edges of sides and is rigidly connected to upper bases of longitudinal beams, and also by means of two ribs with side surface of cross beam. Upper and middle lug are connected with rib, which is rigidly fixed to lower plane of upper lug and its bushing, and on the other side - with upper plane of middle lug in zone of openings for hydraulic cylinders of column rotation, at that bent sheet stands are connected to external sides of longitudinal beams, and these stands are also connected to sides of bracket, creating rigid space structure.

EFFECT: simplification of design and technology of loader-digger bearer frame manufacturing technology, reduction of nomenclature of roller stock rigging used in bearer frame design.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: snap-change device for fixation and forced leading, with automatic connection of tools with force closure to bearing implements and excavators includes one part of snap-change device, for instance fixture, where aligning disks are attached on fishing pins or in comparable centre of rotation across their axis. Aligning disks, at least partially, have curved, angular or straight peripheral line, which is distanced differently from axis of fishing pins. On mating part of snap-change device, for instance tool holder, there is at least one control plate attached, which enters zone of aligning disk motion, and curved peripheral line of aligning disk moves along its surface in process of entering. Shape and location of aligning disk relative to control plate are selected with the possibility of complete force or geometrical closure of snap-change device due to rotation around fishing pins only when they have achieved the lowest point in fishing hook.

EFFECT: prevention of warp or inclined position of snap-change device, damages in process of connection.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: support unit comprises the main body, having an upper end and a lower end, a hole for a shaft of a loading mechanism, stretching via the lower end of the specified main body, and two holes arranged at the distance from each other for eccentric fingers located in the specified upper end. Besides, the support unit comprises two eccentric fingers, every of which is placed into one of the specified holes, an accessory for synchronous rotation of the specified eccentric fingers and a cast item having an upper end and a lower end. At the same time on the specified lower end of the specified cast item there are upper trimming pads installed, being arranged as resting against the upper part of the bucket handle. The support unit also comprises two holes to receive threaded tubes located at the distance from each other in direction of handle displacement, two threaded tubes, every of which is inserted into one of the specified holes for receiving the tube, an accessory for rotation of the specified tubes and an accessory for fixation of the specified tubes. Besides, on each of the specified threaded tubes there are trimming pads installed.

EFFECT: reduced labour intensiveness and time for maintenance and extended service life of support unit assemblies.

SUBSTANCE: proposed connector comprises retainer for attachment of working tool to the machine. Said retainer comprises retaining element and safety element. Said retaining element can displace from free position into locked position and vice versa. Safety element can displace retaining element from free position to locked position. At least, two hydraulic joints to be jointed together to make working fluid channel between the working tool pressurised fluid main line channel and machine pressurised fluid main line channel. There is a drive to displace said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint. Said drive is separated from the main pressurised working fluid main line. Machine comprises above described connector. In compliance with proposed method, working tool is attached to the machine so that hydraulic joints are leveled. Attachment by means of retainer including retaining element an safety element. Said safety element displaces retaining element from free position to locked position at pressure decreased by aforesaid drive and vice versa. Said drive displaces said retaining element from free position to locked position and to drive, at least, one of said two hydraulic joints to connection with the other hydraulic joint.

The first part comprises a tray-shaped holder, installed as capable of insertion of the other part under the shaft, which has an expansion in the form of a hook equipped with at least one side finger for passage into holes of grooves in the first part and a locking plate sliding in the middle part of the first part for insertion under the hook under action of springs. The locking plate is equipped with a stop element, which limits the reverse travel of the specified plate so that matching of the specified holes of the grooves is prevented.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an antenna of GPS/Glonass systems or a photodetector installed on a vertical rod fixed on a work tool with the help of a bracket with a biaxial hinged joint. Hinged joint axes are equipped with units of rotation with sensors of turn angle and units of braking with electromagnets. A counterweight is fixed in the lower part of the rod. As position of the road building machine or work tool changes relative to the horizon, the rod under action of the counterweight is turned on axes of the biaxial hinged joint and preserves its vertical position. The device is equipped with a system unit supplying control pulses to electromagnets of braking units. The system unit may receive data from sensors of turn angle, has a differentiating link in its composition, a relay link with an area of insensitivity, a unit of pulses generation and an amplification link.

EFFECT: reduced additional error of measurement, higher accuracy of works carried out with a road-building machine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and construction. Mine excavator comprises rotation and rolling support device for connection of upper and lower mechanisms. Rotation and rolling support device comprises roller device, ring gear wheel and upper roller path, lower roller path and independent side roller path to limit roller device rollers rotation. At that, upper roller path is fixedly attached to upper mechanism main rotary platform lower part, and lower roller path and side roller path are located on ring gear wheel upper part, located below roller device. Ring gear wheel has upper flat part on upper surface of which lower roller path and side roller path are located, annular toothed part and lower flat part fixedly fixed to lower mechanism bearing frame beam. At that circular toothed section is located on ring gear wheel side surface and relatively outside of upper flat part. Side roller path is connected with possibility of disconnection with lower roller path upper flat part upper surface. At that, upper roller path, lower roller path and side roller path are composed of segmented roller tracks, and contact surfaces between adjacent segmented roller tracks are inclined surfaces.

It is determined whether the first power generation device or the second power generation device is operating at the drive shaft speed below the threshold speed value. It is detected whether the diagnostic fault code is active with respect to the fan control device. The signal is sent to the fan control device. The fan control device is activated. Hydraulic power to the first cooling fan and the second cooling fan is provided depending on, whether the first power generation device or the second power generation device operates at the speed of the drive shaft above the threshold speed value. Working machines are also proposed.
