Device for filtration treatment of fibrous masses

(57) Abstract:

The invention relates to a device for the filtration treatment of the fibrous mass and can be used in the pulp and paper industry. The inventive device includes a cylindrical housing with connections for supply and drainage of the fibrous mass to supply the processing liquid and filtrate discharge. The building has a tubular perforated valve manufacturing fluid and filter retainer. The device is attached to the dispenser and located coaxially to the casing auger belt. The filter septum is made of a set of cylindrical rings, mounted with a gap between them on the body at its height, and flat rings, mounted on the auger belt, each of which outer edge is located in the gap between adjacent cylindrical rings. When this tubular dispenser is mounted for rotation. When the device is provided to prevent clogging of the filtering partition fiber and solid sediments due to the movement of leachate through the gap between the elements of the filter walls and the rotating flat disk, the outer edge of which Naham for filter processing, for example for washing the pulp, and can be used in the pulp and paper industry in the production of paper and cardboard.

A device for washing and thickening of the fibrous suspension, comprising a vertical housing with connections for inlet and exhaust suspension, coaxially located filter sieve, liquid distributor, and means for eliminating clogging of the sieves fiber [1]. This tool is made in the form of a flexible septum mounted on the outer surface of the filter screens from the side of the pipe for removal of the suspension and forming with the sieve closed chamber. Having flexible walls, a shutoff valve and a valve for draining filtrate create when the device is cleansing effect that helps prevent clogging of the holes in the sieve.

However, this tool cannot prevent clogging of the perforations of solid sediments deposited from the liquid phase of the suspension.

As the closest analogue taken the device for filtration processing - sealed, diffusion apparatus for washing fibrous mass containing a cylindrical housing with connections for supply and drainage of the fibrous mass, feed obrabatyvajushhee fluid and filter wall [2].

In this device, the filter septum is made in the form of a perforated cylinder mounted between the walls of the casing and the tubular valve manufacturing fluid. The surface of the filter septum when the device is cleared from the fibrous precipitate due to the return movement of the sieve relative to the weight and due to the reverse current of the filtrate.

The device does not prevent the clogging of the perforations of the filter septum solid deposits that can cause the unit to break down and stop to release the perforations from deposits or to replace the filter septum.

The problem to which the invention is directed, is that through constructive solutions to ensure that when the device is preventing the clogging of the filtering partition fiber and solid sediments to filter wall during operation of the device remained efficient and provided together with other essential characteristics of effective processing of the fibrous mass.

In Fig. 1 shows a device, a General view of Fig. 2 - section a-a in Fig. 1; Fig. 3 - node I in Fig. 1.

The device is logging to feed 4 of the processing liquid and the inlet to the outlet 5 of the filtrate, located in the housing 1 a tubular perforated distributor 6 of the processing liquid and the filter wall 7. The distributor 6 is made with hollow shaft 8.

The device is attached to the tubular distributor 6 and situated coaxially to the housing 1 auger belt 9. The screw 9 is adjacent to the inner surface of the filter septum. Filtering partition 7 is executed (Fig. 3) from a set of cylindrical rings 10, mounted with a gap between them on the housing 1 at its height, and flat rings 11 mounted on the auger belt 9, each of which outer edge is located in the gap between adjacent cylindrical rings 10, with the tubular valve 6 is installed with the possibility of its rotation. In the lower part of the housing 1 is mounted a scraper mechanism 12 for removal from the device of the treated fibrous mass. In the upper part of the housing 1 has a drive shaft 8 with the valve manufacturing fluid 6, belt screw 9 and the flat rings 11 a filtering partition 7. The actuator includes a transmission 13 and the motor 14 with variable speed.

The operation of the device is presented on the example of washing the pulp.

The mass is fed into the device h is ing fibrous mass is removed from the device through the pipe 3, and the filtrate away through the pipe 5.

The fibrous mass is held in the annular space between the outer surface of the tubular valve 6 of the processing fluid and filter wall 7. The processing liquid through the perforations of the distributor 6 penetrates into the fibrous mass, exposing her washing. The filtrate exits through the gap between the cylindrical rings 10 and flat rings 11 a filtering partition 7 into the space between the partition 7 and the wall of the housing 1 and is removed from the device through the nozzles 5. Washing fibrous mass to occur during the time it moves down along the filter walls 7.

When the device is prevented from clogging fiber filtering partition with the passage of the filtrate through the gap between the rings 10 and 11. Rotation of flat rings 11 mounted on the auger belt 9, prevents the appearance of solid deposits on the edges of the rings 10 and 11 of the filtering partition 7, because structurally the outer edge of each flat ring 11 is located in the gap between adjacent cylindrical rings 10, which ensures the preservation of the health of the filtering partition 7 and effective treatment Molochniy housing with connections for supply and discharge of the pulp, supply of the processing fluid and filtrate discharge located in the housing tubular perforated valve manufacturing fluid and the filter wall, characterized in that it is attached to the tubular distributor and located coaxially with the housing of the tape worm, and the filter septum is made of a set of cylindrical rings attached to the housing with a gap relative to each other, and in each of the gaps between adjacent cylindrical rings are flat ring mounted on the auger belt adjacent to the inner surface of the cylindrical rings, with tubular dispenser is installed with the possibility of its rotation.
