Use: in the production of securities, namely, for self-adhesive materials based on paper. The inventive composition contains a film-forming component is a copolymer of ethylene and vinylacetate or its mixture with styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer at a ratio of 1:1 to 2:1, the agent stickiness - product of esterification of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms at a ratio of 1: 0.1 to 1:0.5 glycerol or pentaerythritol in the presence of desulfobacteriaceae resin, taken in an amount of 0.2-0.4% by weight of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms, and a plasticizer. The composition contains the above components in the following ratio, wt.h.: film-forming component of 24.5 64; agent stickiness 100; elasticator 6,1-40. 1 C.p. f-crystals, 2 tab.

The invention relates to the production of adhesive compositions used in the manufacture of materials with a layer of permanent stickiness, and can find application in the production of sticky tape on a paper basis.

Known adhesive composition comprising a film-forming component is a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, agent stickiness and the plasticizer (U.S. patent N 3838079).

The disadvantage of such compositions is that when using rosin, ester, or other known resins having a high softening temperature, requires increased consumption of plasticizer, which in turn reduces the cohesive and adhesive strength.

The closest analogue to the technical nature of the proposed technical solution is adopted for the prototype of the adhesive composition, mainly for self-adhesive materials based on paper containing film-forming copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, agent stickiness based resin and the plasticizer (USSR author's certificate N 861380, 1981).

As agent stickiness based on rosin, a mixture of glycerol ester of rosin and the extraction of rosin with a softening temperature of 25-35aboutC.

A disadvantage of the known compositions is that during storage, as well as products with it, is the migration of plasticizer, i.e., its wypadanie that causes loss of adhesion and the second tape.

The result of the proposed technical solution is the increase of adhesive and cohesive strength due to the full compatibility of the components of the adhesive, as well as increasing the stability properties of the adhesive during storage and products with them.

Achieved a new technical result of the fact that the adhesive composition containing film-forming component on the basis of a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, agent stickiness based resin and plasticizer, as agent stickiness contains product etherification mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms at a ratio of 1:0.1 to 1:0.5 glycerol or pentaerythritol in the presence of disulfide - phenol-formaldehyde resin, taken in an amount of 0.2-0.4% by weight of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms, in the following ratio of these components, wt.h.: Agent stickiness 100

As a film-forming component of the composition contains 100% of a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate (smilin) or its mixture with the best choice of thermoplastic elastomer DMST-p, DST-30-p at a ratio of 1:1 to 2:1. As the plasticizer, the adhesive composition may contain mineral oil, dibutyl phthalate, dioctylphthalate, etc.

Offered as agent stickiness of the product of esterification of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms glycerin or pentaerythritol in the presence of desulfobacteriaceae resin obtained by the esterification of a mixture of gum rosin, tall oil, extraction, and polyterpenes, in primary forms polyhydric alcohol (glycerol, pentaerythritol). The ratio of the rosin and polyterpene resins derived from monoterpenes or turpentine from 1:0.1 to 1:0.5 in. Glycerol or pentaerythritol take in the amount of 12% by weight in the presence of a catalyst Octorara 10S in amount of 0.2-0.4% by weight of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms.

The composition is applied to siliconized paper at 110aboutWith and duplicate the main paper. Adhesive and cohesive properties of the adhesive are shown in table. 2.

From table. 2 shows that the proposed composition has improved adhesion and cohesion properties. In addition, it has improved stability during storage due to a significant reduction in the migration of the plasticizer agent and the stickiness of the adhesive layer. The composition is effective as ispsa materials on a paper basis, containing film-forming component on the basis of a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, agent stickiness based resin and the plasticizer, characterized in that it contains as an agent of the stickiness of the product of esterification of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms at a ratio of 1 : 0.1 to 1 : 0.5 glycerol or pentaerythritol in the presence of desulfobacteriaceae resin, taken in an amount of 0.2 - 0.4% by weight of a mixture of rosin and polyterpenes, in primary forms, in the following ratio of these components, wt.h.:

2. The composition according to p. 1, characterized in that as the film-forming component, it also provides the best choice of thermoplastic elastomer in a ratio of copolymer to thermoplastic elastomer, respectively, from 1 : 1 to 2 : 1.

FIELD: construction industry; the methods of production of the silicate-based cements.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the silicate-based cements and may be used in construction industry for gluing together of the cellular cement concretes and the light wood concretes. The technical result of the invention is the improvement of the quality of the gluing composition. The problem in view is being solved so, that the composition contains the liquid sodium glass, the divinyl styrene latex, the hardening agent - sodium silicofluoride and the filling material - the powder of the hydrolysis lignin. The method of production of the gluing composition provides for introduction into the mixture of the liquid sodium glass and the divinyl styrene latex of the sodium silicofluoride mixed with the finely dispersed powder of the hydrolysis lignin taken in the ratio of 2:. At that the mixture of the sodium silicofluoride with the powder of the hydrolysis lignin is introduced in the mixture containing the half of the calculated amount of the liquid glass and the divinyl styrene latex, and then after the even distribution of the powdery mixture of the sodium silicofluoride with the hydrolysis lignin in the indicated liquid part, then in it add at stirring action the second half of the calculated amount of the liquid glass.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of the quality of the gluing composition.

FIELD: tire industry; mechanical rubber industry; production of the glue composition.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the glue composition made on the basis of the chloroprene rubbers and may be used in the tire industry and the mechanical rubber industry. The engineering problem of the invention is to increase adhesiveness and the holding power of the rubber mixture on the basis of the chloroprene rubber to the rubber-coated cord made out of the rubber mixture on the basis of the general-purpose rubbers. The given problem is solved due to the fact, that the mixture contains the chloroprene rubber, zinc oxide, nephras and the ethyl-acetate, and it additionally contains the heightened contents of the colophony and the colloidal silicic acid and also the molecular complex of resorcinol with urotropine, with the stabilizing agent and the plasticizer.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased adhesiveness and the holding power of the rubber mixture on the basis of the chloroprene rubber to the rubber-coated cord made out of the rubber mixture on the basis of the general-purpose rubbers.

FIELD: gluing materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gluing compositions of constant stickiness and self-gluing materials based on aluminum foil, polymeric films and other backings designated for exploitation aircraft technique, automobile manufacture, ship building and others fields of technique at temperature from -60°C to +80°C. Proposed composition comprises isoprene rubber-3,4-polyisoprene rubber of molecular mass 120000-240000 Da with the content of vinyl links 83-88%, vaseline oil or low-molecular polybutadiene as a plasticizing agent, terpene-phenolic resin as an adhesion additive, and nefras as a solvent. Invention provides enhancing cohesion strength - resistance to dynamic and static shift - and adhesion - strength at separating to aluminum foil and aluminum alloys of the claimed composition, and enhancing shift strength and separating self-gluing material.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the essentially anhydrous sizing composition and an aqueous sizing composition used in sizing paper and cardboard. Essentially anhydrous and an aqueous sizing compositions comprise gluing substance, non-ionogenic surface-active substance, an anionic surface-active substance and a monohydric alcohol. Method for preparing an aqueous composition involves homogenization of gluing substance in the presence of surface-active substances and monohydric alcohol. Invention provides preparing sizing compositions that can be homogenized easily, i. e. they represent dispersions or emulsions formed by application of insignificant shearing forces, for example, such as stirring and provides preparing sizing compositions that are stable in storage.

The composition additionally contains dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene or dichlorocyclopropanated syndiotactic 1,2-polybutadiene in an amount from 1 to 15 wt.p. Dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene with the weight average molecular weight from 8000 to 120000 is used. A degree of dichlorocyclopropanation in dichlorocyclopropanated 1,2-polybutadiene constitutes from 2.5 to 35.9%.

EFFECT: increased adhesion of an adhesive PVC tape to a metal surface.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase adhesiveness of rubber mixtures in duplicating and adhesion of rubber to metal, with resin-containing vulcanisates containing high protective action against thermooxidising and ozone ageing.
