Usage: fur industry. The inventive machine has a receiving table, a pair of feed rollers, namasivaya body made in the form of two brush rollers, belt conveyor and drainage system. Namasivaya authority provided in parallel over it located a perforated feed tube with two-way network connection to the working fluid. In the area between the second brush roller and belt conveyor placed a pair of crimp pressing rollers. One of the last covered by a porous shell to absorb excess fluid and evenly distribute it over the surface of the skin, and the other is made with a smooth hard water-repellent surface to ensure indentation of fluid in the skin and improve transportation. 1 Il.

The invention relates to light industry, in particular for the fur industry, i.e., to the equipment for spreads hairline or the opposite side of the pelts.

Known namana machine type "NM-1200" [1], comprising a supporting table, a pair of feed rollers, namasivaya feeding, rubbing brush that removes the belt conveyor and recirculation, among which the most important are the following:

the lack of a reliable supply of operating fluid from the supply rotating brushes to namasivaya the brush;

the machine is applicable for spreads of up, because there are no elements (rails or reflecting) prevent leakage of the working fluid on the front side of the fur, which is unacceptable (to moisturize skin before stretch), because it negatively affects the quality of fur, ie spotting.

In both cases, fur skin is skipped with respect to the rotating namasivaya brushes, which have a system of working fluid and carrier.

Analysis of significant engineering developments such appointment showed a very narrow range of options and complete unreliability of the structures. The study of the old analogue and relatively new prototype showed that both of them are unreliable, i.e., do not provide high-quality spreads only one side fur skins (hair or up), which leads to great losses of the working fluid and spoil the quality of the products, or torn skin when jamming of the machine because of the shortcomings of the conveyor.

This was achieved by the fact that in the car for spreads furs, containing the receiving table, a pair of feed rollers, namasivaya body made in the form of two brush rollers, conveyor and drainage system, namasivaya authority provided in parallel over it located a perforated feed tube with two-way network connection to the working fluid, and the area between the second brush roller and belt conveyor placed a pair of tube-pressing rollers, one of which is covered with a porous membrane to absorb excess fluid, and the other is made with a smooth hard water-repellent surface for pressing the liquid into the skin.

Comparison of proposed together with the known solutions showed that the new proposal meets the criterion of "novelty".

Association for sustainable forced supply of the working fluid namasivayam body with the subsequent removal of excess liquid by applying a new pair of rollers with different special coatings has allowed to obtain an effective quality improvement process and provided the proposal of acquisition of new properties and compliance with the criterion of "significant differences".

The machine operates as follows.

The treated skin is manually placed on the receiving table 1. Its edge is captured by the feed rollers 2, 3 (the bottom of which the drive) and sent to the zone spreads. Shaft-brush 4, rotating towards the manufacturing skin, wet the hair by coating uniformly wetted by the liquid, sent a strong jet from the riverine drainage through the holes of the tube 12 above the brush 4 and the receiving power from the network at both ends of the tube 12, covers the surface of the processing of skins fluid of the corresponding composition (in C is that the brush 5, rotating in the same direction and using excessive fluid conducting its rubbing in the surface spread of skins. After that, the skin gets into the zone of pressing rollers 7 and 8. The bottom of these rollers 7 having a porous membrane that absorbs and accumulates in its surface layer a certain supply of the working fluid. Upon contact with the treated skin (under the action of the upper roller 8 with a smooth hard water-repellent surface) of the platen 7 provides a uniform distribution of fluid across the surface with the effect of the indentation in the surface. Moreover, the rollers 7, 8 at the same time perform the function of the Transporter, because one of them is the roller 7 drive. Because of this, the skin goes directly in the direction of movement of the tape removable conveyor 6. The plate 17 is designed to remove fluid from the surface of the roller 2, and the strap 18 prevents the skins in the Assembly casing 13.

The working fluid circulates in a closed circle under the action of pump 10. At idle, i.e., by direct contact rollers 2 and 3 (when the skin between them there) drainage system stops the flow of operating fluid from the tube 12.

The technical effect of the invention dostigaet the soup tube with two-way network connection to the working fluid (this ensures reliable wetting of the first brush of the working fluid without splashing);

that rubbing the area between the shaft and the conveyor belt placed a pair of tube-pressing rollers;

one of the rollers is covered with a porous membrane to absorb the accumulation of excess fluid and uniform distribution over the surface of the skin;

the second roller has a smooth hard water-repellent surface to ensure indentation of fluid in the skin and improve transportation; hard surface for indentation, and a water-repellent surface to eliminate sticking to it working fluid and thereby eliminate unnecessary coating on the side opposite the hot side of the pelts.

FIELD: bird skin dressing processes.

SUBSTANCE: method involves strictly observing succession of performing operations for preliminary processing of skins including steps of bird skinning in single sheet by cutting it along line running from region above beak on upper side of head and spine line to tail base; impregnating feather cover with absorbing powder; degreasing and cleaning skin by scraping with obtuse-angled knife from tail to head while adding absorbing powder; washing skin in detergent solution and adding washing degreasing means; drying skins in desiccant powder medium; knocking out desiccant powder from skin by means of spade; fixing skin by means of pins and preserving with the use of acidic-saline solution. Starch is used as absorbing powder and desiccant powder. Wide range of aquatic bird skins are suitable with regard to strength of flesh side, density, strength and beauty of color of bird's feather cover for dressing into fur articles. Method allows settling of fat and other contaminants onto feather cover to be prevented and bird skin drying process to be performed under predetermined conditions with the use of starch as absorbing powder and desiccant for imparting initial appearance to dressed feather cover with regard to direction of feathers and natural color.

EFFECT: increased physical-mechanical properties of dressed bird skin as compared to skins of fur animals dressed by way of standard processes.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of light industry, in particular, to the method of treatment of the furry semi-finished products. The furry semi-finished product is treated with the low-temperature plasma in the vacuum chamber under pressure of 25-30 Pa in the medium of the argon gas. The treatment is conducted at the oscillator frequency of 13.56 MHz, with the current strength on the anode of the oscillation valve of 0.65-0.8 A within plasma action time of 3-5 minutes and at the rate of argon consumption of 0.03-0.05 g/s. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the fur abradability, the increased strength of bonding of the fur side with the skin tissue and strength of a hair at stretching.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the fur abradability, the increased strength of the fur side pelage with the skin tissue and strength of the fur at stretching.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises forming elements on the fur article with the use of auxiliary material and drying. The auxiliary material is made of a composition containing 6% of collagen mass, 9.6-12% of glycerin , 0.78% of oak extract, 0.6% of fish oil, and the balance water .

FIELD: light industry, in particular, fur industry, more particular, hair cover cutting off equipment for fur skins.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has transportation mechanism, strip knife positioned above transportation mechanism, aspiration device located in working zone and adapted for removal of cut hair, control means, drive, and is further equipped with shaft to which card belt is fixed. Card belt is provided with curved needles arranged above strip knife for rotation in direction opposite direction of fur skin for carding and raising of hair perpendicular to surface of fur skin and for preventing axial deviation of hair along cutting line under the action of strip knife. Apparatus is further equipped with fur skin feeding device made in the form of prism having corner wherein hair cover at fur skin twisting site is discharged and raised. Fur skin feeding device is positioned for movement in horizontal plane in order to provide feeding of fur skin from charging zone into cutting zone, with skin cloth side of fur skin being oriented downward and hair cover being oriented upward. Pressing and transportation of fur skin is enabled by means of shaft equipped with stakes, said shaft being mounted above fur skin feeding means, in front of shaft equipped with card belt.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of apparatus, high quality of cutting hair cover as to its height at different portions of fur skin, in particular, when fur skin of irregular shape is processed, and simplified maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, concerns treatment of sea animal fells. Fell is subjected to tanning and treated in aqueous solution of enzyme preparation exhibiting proteolytic andelastolytic activities, its consumption being 0.1-5.0 g/L at pH 3-8. Fell is the dried and greased, after which follow rolling-shaking, straitening-stretching, chipping, rolling, and stretching.

EFFECT: improved strength and elastic-plastic properties of fell tissue of fur semi-finished product, reduced process cycle duration, reduced consumption of greasing substances, and avoided use of organic solvents.

SUBSTANCE: method involves spreading skin on respective carrier plates and introducing carrier plates with skin spread thereon into vessel; hermetically sealing vessel and creating low pressure therein; introducing liquid solution into vessel for treatment of skins to wet state; transmitting vibrations to vessel in order to provide continuous and uniform movement of treating solution contained in vessel. According to another version, method involves cleaning animal skin by introducing aqueous solution containing hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydroxide into vessel. Apparatus has number of plates on which leathers are spread, hermetically sealable vessel into which plates with skins spread thereon are introduced, device for creating low pressure in said vessel, at least one mixing reservoir for introducing therein of water and respective active substances for the purpose of producing liquid solution for skin treatment. Mixing reservoir is adapted for communication with hermetically sealable vessel, wherein low pressure is maintained for introducing therein of liquid solution, and vibratory member for transmitting vibrations to vessel for providing continuous and uniform movement of liquid solution introduced into hermetically sealable vessel.

EFFECT: reduced unfavorable effect upon environment of skin treatment procedure, in particular, elimination of necessity for utilization of chemicals, simplified, useful and compact construction of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of tannery or furry production and may be used for a piece by piece treatment of a tanning, furry semi-finished product with emulsions of "water in oil" type. The device for impregnation of sheets contains a mounted on the frame bath with a working compound, in which a corrugated roller is dipped, and also a feeding and auxiliary conveyers and a smoothing roller, a supporting means with a resilient counterbody, an actuator, a tool for removal of a finished semi-product, a device for creation of a hydrodynamic wedge and a pinch roller for engagement of the ribbed roller with the feeding conveyor. The problem of the presented invention is - development of the device simple in its servicing with a high reliability allowing to realize the process of impregnation more efficiently with a possibility of its installation in an automatic production line.

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises drying chambery communicating with pneumatic system and consisting of top and bottom sections arranged on the frame. Aforesaid sections have their open parts arranged in opposition. Heaters are arranged between housings of every section. Movable cover is arranged between sections for them to be sealed. Vessels intended for cyclic dynamic feed of compressed air into detachable pneumodynamic chambers are arranged on the cover to move from one section to another. Aforesaid pneumodynamic chambers are rigidly fitted onto sleeves arranged on the surface of every vessel. There are fans to uniformly circulate hot air inside every section that can be turned off after opening the sections. Aforesaid chambers represent petal-type nozzles consisting of tip outer threaded rings 16 with carving, outer 17 and inner 18 rings. Ring 21 with fasteners for lugs 22 and plates 23 are fastened, with the help of screws 19 and washers 20, onto every outer 17 or inner 18 ring of the nozzle, and on top outer ring 16. Four vertical plates 23 are arranged between ring pairs. Note here that plate 23 can move in ring 21 in every upper of ring pairs and in top outer threaded ring 16 of plate 23. Every lower ring 21 with fasteners lugs and plates is rigidly fixed with the help of pins 24. Four lugs 22 are arranged to move in ring pairs 21 via push-rods 28. Pneumodynamic chamber base accommodates platform 29 supporting aforesaid chamber to rule out sliding of treated fur skin 31. Collar 34 is tightened by the screw 35. Note that half nut 36 is attached to foresaid platform 29 for pneumodynamic chamber to be fastened to the device. Rubber gasket 39 is arranged between aforesaid half nut and platform. Rubber seal 40 is fitted into half nut 36 for tightness purposes. Bellow 41 is arranged inside afore described chamber for compressed air to be fed therein in cycles. Threaded plug 42 is fitted on one end of aforesaid bellows 41 for it to be jointed to top outer ring 16. Other end of bellows is arranged on nozzle of platform 29.

EFFECT: higher efficiency.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises eliminating defects representing damages sports (3) in layers (2) formed by recesses in skin (1) with natural grain patter. These defects are eliminated as follows, i.e. water or slightly foamed plastic suspension is forced into aforesaid recesses, the said suspension containing ultimate solid particles. Then skin (1) is dried, surface (4) of the layer of grain pattern (2) is subjected to pressure and thermal treatment with the help of pressure roller at least 100C. Note here that plastic mass is formed in aforesaid recesses that contains hollow tiny balloons (5) made up of solid particles to completely fill the said recesses (dwg. 1).

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for soaking-ageing a leather-fur semi-product has a housing, a base, a cylindrical vessel, a rubber membrane, a removable cover, a compressor installation, a flexible hose and a control valve. The removable cover is in form of a ring. Rubber belts are tied to the cover. The rubber membrane is attached to the cylindrical vessel. The semi-product is placed between the rubber membrane and the rubber belts. The control valve is installed on the flexible hose. The hose is configured for cyclo-dynamic feeding of compressed air into the cylindrical vessel.

EFFECT: increase in efficiency while maintaining high quality of soaking-ageing and improved working conditions of the operator.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for soaking and ageing a leather and fur semi-product, having in the bottom part a filler device for depositing working compositions onto the return strand of a feed conveyor which is mounted over the filler device, a working member lying over the loaded strand of the feed conveyor and made in form of shafts with annular cavities which are arranged in checkered order for each previous shaft with respect to the next shaft, wherein in the top part of the apparatus there is an additional filler device for depositing working compositions onto the return strand of an additional feed conveyor and there is an additional working member over its loaded strand; the working member lying in the bottom part of the apparatus can move back and forth in the vertical plane perpendicular to the semi-product being processed through a crank; there is also an automatic device for removing the finished half-product lying at the end of the loaded strand of the feed conveyor lying in the bottom part.

EFFECT: invention improves the quality of soaking, cuts the processing time and cuts the ageing time.
