SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a juicer designed for extracting juice out of vegetables, fruits, or soya milk from beans. Juicer includes a body having the outlet for wastes and the outlet for juice, the screw having an upper rotating shaft entered the hole in the body for a rotating shaft, and the lower rotating shaft with multiple spirals of the screw made on its outer circumference, honeycomb cylinder for juicing toward the outlet of juice, and the rotating brush installed between the body and honeycomb cylinder and having a brush holder. Thanks to use of the screw rotating at a very low speed in juicing mode, various nutrients and natural taste inherent in vegetables and fruits are fully preserved. As the body containing the shaft is attached vertically to the top of the transmission device, the material automatically moves down without pressing it, and during squeezing and crushing materials placed in the inlet, waste products are removed.
EFFECT: invention ensures creation of the juicer which has a high rate of juicing and where well-squeezed juice flows down without staying in the body.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a device for production of a food product in the form of juice. The task of the invention is creation of a juicing device capable to increase juicing efficiency without increase of the drive means rotation rate. The juicing device contains a housing having a hole for release of juice and a hole for release of aw material remains ensuring communication of the housing inner space to the outer space, the juicing auger unit positioned inside the housing inner space and containing the auger blade formed on the outer peripheral surface of the said unit, the auger shaft connected to the drive shaft of the drive means via its bottom end whereon a sun gear wheel is mounted;: the rotary juicing mesh unit wherein the juicing auger unit is located. The above unit contains a cellular mesh corresponding to the auger blade and intended for filtration of raw material remains so that to ensure passage of juice through the said mesh and a ring gear wheel arranged in the bottom part of the said unit. The unit additionally contains a guiding release unit positioned in the bottom part of the rotary juicing mesh unit, having planetary gear wheels installed between the sun gear wheel and the ring gear wheel and transmitting force of the juicing auger unit to the rotary juicing mesh unit and ensuring direction of raw material remains generated after juicing. When the juicing auger unit and the rotary juicing mesh unit rotate in opposite directions relative to each other, juice expressed from the charged raw material is released from the release hole in the housing while the raw material remains are release to the outside through the hole for release of raw material remains.
EFFECT: creation of a juicing device capable to increase juicing efficiency without increase of the drive means rotation rate.
