Usage: household, for extraction of juice. The inventive device includes a working chamber with the tabs and the dewatering element made in the form of open top and bottom truncated pyramids, with the faces of the pyramids are installed with the possibility of folding, arm interconnected crosswise swivel, two oppositely placed ribs pyramids contact between and pivotally connected to the arms, and the protrusions are located on the outer side of each face to the dewatering element and on the inner side of each face of the working chamber. 5 Il.

The invention relates to everyday life, namely, devices for squeezing juice.

It is known a device for squeezing juice containing perforated camera with tabs and posted it to the dewatering element with handles [1].

The known device is inconvenient to use.

The aim of the invention is to improve the usability.

This is provided by the fact that the device containing the perforated working chamber with the tabs and posted it to the dewatering element with arms, the dewatering element is designed in the form of the folding, the handles are connected crosswise located at the upper base of the swivel, two oppositely placed ribs pyramids contact between and pivotally connected to the arms, and the protrusions are located on the outer side of each face jaws of the element and on the inner side of each face of the working chamber.

In Fig. 1 shows the device in side view; Fig.2 - the same, top view; Fig.3 - section truncated pyramids, section a-a in Fig.2; Fig.4 - the pyramids before the start of the wringer of Fig.5 - after you pressed the top.

The device contains a working perforated camera 1 with the protrusions 2 and the dewatering element 3 with arms 4.

The working chamber and the dewatering element is designed in the form of a truncated four-sided pyramid, with faces 5,6 pyramid set with folding arms 4 are connected crosswise located at the upper base of the swivel 7. Two oppositely placed edges 8,9 of the pyramids contact between and pivotally connected with arms. The projections 2 are arranged on the outer side of each face to the dewatering element 3 and on the inner side of each face of the working chamber 1.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a juicer designed for extracting juice out of vegetables, fruits, or soya milk from beans. Juicer includes a body having the outlet for wastes and the outlet for juice, the screw having an upper rotating shaft entered the hole in the body for a rotating shaft, and the lower rotating shaft with multiple spirals of the screw made on its outer circumference, honeycomb cylinder for juicing toward the outlet of juice, and the rotating brush installed between the body and honeycomb cylinder and having a brush holder. Thanks to use of the screw rotating at a very low speed in juicing mode, various nutrients and natural taste inherent in vegetables and fruits are fully preserved. As the body containing the shaft is attached vertically to the top of the transmission device, the material automatically moves down without pressing it, and during squeezing and crushing materials placed in the inlet, waste products are removed.

EFFECT: invention ensures creation of the juicer which has a high rate of juicing and where well-squeezed juice flows down without staying in the body.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to a device for production of a food product in the form of juice. The task of the invention is creation of a juicing device capable to increase juicing efficiency without increase of the drive means rotation rate. The juicing device contains a housing having a hole for release of juice and a hole for release of aw material remains ensuring communication of the housing inner space to the outer space, the juicing auger unit positioned inside the housing inner space and containing the auger blade formed on the outer peripheral surface of the said unit, the auger shaft connected to the drive shaft of the drive means via its bottom end whereon a sun gear wheel is mounted;: the rotary juicing mesh unit wherein the juicing auger unit is located. The above unit contains a cellular mesh corresponding to the auger blade and intended for filtration of raw material remains so that to ensure passage of juice through the said mesh and a ring gear wheel arranged in the bottom part of the said unit. The unit additionally contains a guiding release unit positioned in the bottom part of the rotary juicing mesh unit, having planetary gear wheels installed between the sun gear wheel and the ring gear wheel and transmitting force of the juicing auger unit to the rotary juicing mesh unit and ensuring direction of raw material remains generated after juicing. When the juicing auger unit and the rotary juicing mesh unit rotate in opposite directions relative to each other, juice expressed from the charged raw material is released from the release hole in the housing while the raw material remains are release to the outside through the hole for release of raw material remains.

EFFECT: creation of a juicing device capable to increase juicing efficiency without increase of the drive means rotation rate.

SUBSTANCE: prior to entry into the juicer, a product is to be cut. The juicer juice extraction module includes a container having a juice release hole, a sieve positioned inside the container, a screw positioned inside the juicer for extraction of juice from a product and a cover connected to the upper edge of the container and having a release hole through which the product is discharged. The juice extraction module includes a milling section positioned at the screw upper end and tapering upwards; the milling section has a milling blade mounted thereon and a processing section connected to the outlet hole and designed to be concave in the cover lower part to accommodate the milling section.

SUBSTANCE: juice extractor comprises: a drive unit comprising the electric motor housing, which comprises an electric motor mounted inside it, a rotating shaft connected to the electric motor and protruding towards one side of the electric motor housing, a fixing shaft adjacent to the rotating shaft in the electric motor housing; a juice extracting unit comprising roller portions actuated by the electric motor, provided in the drive unit, designed for grinding, juice extraction and movement of materials for the extraction of juices, a housing for the placement of the roller portions in it; a fastening unit designed for the releasable connection of the housing of the juice extracting unit with the housing of the electric motor; and a sensor unit comprising a control sensor element mounted on the housing of the juice extracting unit, and also a sensor mounted on the electric motor housing so as to be triggered by the change in the distance to the control sensor element.

EFFECT: no necessity to adjust the position of the fastening unit when the housing is attached to the drive unit, the roller portions and the housing can be easily detached, injuries caused by the operation of the roller portions, when the housing is detached, can be prevented, and the process of juicing is effective.
