# Impeller hydraulic machines

(57) Abstract:

The inventive tapered channels (K) 5 blades (L) 2 impeller axial hydraulic machines are located in several rows along the lines equidistant peripheral edge L 2, in a staggered manner and directed toward the low pressure at different angles to the peripheral edge. The angle of the channels of the first row is 0°, the second is 15°, the third is 30°. The step between the rows To 5 and the peripheral edge is equal to (0.01-0.02)D1. Steps To 5 of the first row is equal to: from input edges 0.01 D1between the subsequent 5: to the axis of rotation L of 2 - (0.05-0.1)D1and from the axis of rotation L of 2 - (0.10-0.2)D1. The impeller if made up of two plates with a circular belt rigidly fitted there between and furnished with closed discharge channels made therein. The aforesaid impeller is fitted on the shaft and has a hole to receive working medium. The discharge channels are arranged along the axial component perpendicular to the impeller radius, their outlets being directed towards the direction opposite to the impeller rotation. The impeller inner space features toroidal shape with a golden cross section.

EFFECT: reduced mechanical friction losses and higher efficiency.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydropower engineering, namely to design of turbine impellers. Tubular impeller comprises blades and shaft with upper and lower bearing disks. Tubular blades bent in the shape of elbow are installed between disks. Outlets of tubular blades are oriented horizontally along tangents to circumference of lower disk. Blades are arranged in the form of pipe sections, inlet upper sections of which are installed vertically. All pressure flow passes only inside tubular blades, which excludes non-power flow of water passing through turbine, improves cavitation characteristic of turbine and flow laminarity. External surfaces of tubular blades and surfaces of other impeller parts remain dry, which reduces losses for friction.

SUBSTANCE: blade system of impeller of radial axial hydraulic turbine includes rim 1, hub 2 and blades 3, each of which is connected to rim 1 and hub 2 and provided with inlet and outlet edges 4 and 5 of bent shape and smoothly changing thickness in the direction from inlet edge to outlet edge and from hub 2 to rim 1. Blades 3 of blade system have thickened part near inlet edge 4. Maximum thickness of blade 3 in its section with hub 2 is more than maximum thickness of blade 3 in its section with rim 1. Optimum intervals of values of parameters are determined: maximum thickness of section of blade 3 with hub 2, maximum thickness of section of blade 3 with rim 1, as well as their location places along straightened middle line of the appropriate section.

EFFECT: preventing flow separation after inlet edges of blades at operation of hydraulic turbine in modes with increased heads and modes with partial loads in the whole range of working heads.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices wherein flow of liquid rotates big rotor of screw type or rotor wheel having external circular rim positioned inside big circular case. A hydro-electric turbine consists of rotor 20 positioned inside case 30 with external circular rim 22 located in channel 32 made in case 30. The turbine is improved due to making at least one exit channel 50 for removal of foreign particles. Foreign objects caught between rotor 20 and case 30 are removed through exit channel 50.

EFFECT: avoiding or minimisation of foreign objects accumulation in channel of case.

SUBSTANCE: store of energy created with wind force includes sufficient amount of energy to meet the demands of the whole mankind. The invention represents effective device supplying this energy store for practical use. On rotating drive shaft 3 there installed is a pair of shaped parts 1, 2 of convex and concave profile, open V-shaped profile with rounded top, which reverses its orientation through 180 degrees, i.e. it is rotated from convex state to concave state. Drive shaft is rotated through 180 degrees. Circular movement of water, which takes place in the wave, effectively brings into operation such turbine, while the wave dies away. Pair of concave and convex shaped parts 1, 2 is spirally spread about drive shaft 3, by means of which the streams in all directions, which come into contact with pair of shaped parts, create the torque moment.

EFFECT: improving the use efficiency of streams and multidirectional oscillatory movements occurring in waves.

FIELD: designs of centrifugal pumps.

SUBSTANCE: welded impeller of centrifugal pump includes driving and covering discs between which blades are arranged. Along outer edges of blades there are spines whose length exceeds by 3 - 5 times thickness value of blades. Said spines are spaced one form another by distance multiple to 1 -1.3 length values of them. Driving and covering discs have through openings in which blade spines are arranged with gaps along width and along length. At outer side of discs along contour openings are chamfered for welded seams. Spines of blades are rectangular, their height exceeds by 1 - 2 mm thickness of disc wall and they are arranged in openings with gaps 0.1 - 0.15 along width and along length. Chamfers along contour of openings consist 0.3 - 0.5 of blade thickness value. Spines of blades assembled with discs are welded around by means of electric arc welding. Inlet portion of blade is tapered along radiuses of cone generatrix.

EFFECT: small-cost effective pump impeller, possibly with increased maximum diameter.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in centrifugal pumps whose flow passage part is protected by polymeric coating. Proposed centrifugal pump impeller has metal hub and protective polymetric coating forming parts of impeller in contact with handled liquid. Hub is provided with coaxial metal ring connected with hub by permanent joint, and oval holes. Long axes of oval holes are arranged radially and symmetrically to hub axis, ratio of ring area to summary area of oval being from 3 to 5, ratio of width of oval holes to thickness of protective coating being from 1 to 3, ratio of length of oval holes to their width being from 1 to 5, and ratio of outer diameter of impeller to outer diameter of ring being from 1.02 to 1.10. Polymeric coating is made of fluoroplastic.

Proposed two-disk impeller of hydraulic machine has metal carcass consisting of interconnected driving disk, its hub, driven disk and connecting members installed between end face surfaces of disks and forming profiles of several blades, and also wear-resistant coating of carcass. Disk are made in form of concentric rings interconnected by bridges. Connecting members forming profile of each blade are connected with said rings of disk. Rings, bridges and connecting members are made of reinforcing bars of similar range and are interconnected by welding. To form common carcass, inner ring of driving disk is connected by bridge with hub, also by welding.

EFFECT: reduced metal usage and mass of impeller.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of impeller of pumps and it can be used for delivering, transportation or mixing of water-emulsion mixes or solution with abrasive inclusions. Proposed single-disk impeller has metal carcass consisting of interconnected driving disk, its hub and rods installed on end face surface of driving disk and forming profiles of several blades, and also wear-resistant coating of carcass. Driving disk is made in form of concentric rings interconnected by bridges. Rods forming profile of each blade are connected with said rings of driving disk. Rings, bridges and rods are made of reinforcing bars of similar range and are interconnected by welding. Inner ring of driving disk is connected by bridges with hub also by welding to form carcass.

EFFECT: reduced metal usage and mass of impeller.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains vacuum chamber, inlet and outlet pipelines, heater in form of heat exchanger, restrictor installed on oil inlet pipeline, horizontal disks installed with clearance in between, condenser installed on water steam outlet pipeline, pump arranged in upper part of vacuum chamber on one shaft with centrifugal pump arranged in its lower part. Centrifugal pump is made of two disks with fitted-on concentric rings. Rings of lower disk are elastic and pressed by bent off edges to rings of upper disk which are rigid, thus forming closed spaces in inner part of centrifugal pump. Pump is made in form of diaphragm pump with rotor on which elastic rollers are arranged, and diaphragm is pinched by plate between suction and delivery valves.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of oil cleaning from water and mechanical impurities.

SUBSTANCE: stage of centrifugal turbine machine comprises outlet branch pipe, wheel provided with driven and driving disks, and blades interposed between the disks. The peripheral section of the wheel has an abrupt thickening in the meridional section. The inner side of the disk downstream of the thickening is mounted with a spaced relation to the face of the disk upstream of the thickening. The value of the face space does not exceed 0.2-0.3 of the width of the wheel at the outlet.
