SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ICE application in various machines incorporating an electromechanical transmission. The proposed method of stabilising the ICE minimum specific fuel rate by automatically adjusting the ICE operating conditions via a feedback circuit connected to the electromechanical transmission components consists in presetting the engine shaft rpm corresponding to the minimum specific fuel consumption, measuring the said shaft rpm variation at varying outer moment of resistance, comparing the resulted value with the preset one, amplifying the difference signal and feeding it to the AC generator excitation current control circuit input to make the aforesaid moment to comply with that developed by ICE. Note that at the same time, the electric power accumulator output voltage is measured and compared with two preset levels. Given any departure from the aforesaid preset levels, a signal is generated to cut off the ICE in case the voltage exceeds the preset level, or to cut in the ICE in case the measured voltage is lower than the preset one that allows operating the ICE in intermittent service.

EFFECT: stabilisation of minimum specific fuel rate and optimisation of ICE operating conditions at varying electromechanical transmission engine loads, simpler ICE design.

On a sensor (6) signal at load decrease to magnitude smaller than 30% of rated value the fuel feed device position pickup (7) is used to feed signal from speed automatic controller (10) of control unit (13) and frequency generator via current sinusoidal oscillations of amplitude and frequency oscillator (12). The device (100) consists of the fuel data control module (110), idling limitation module (120), carbon dioxide emission limitation calculation module (130) and carbon credits conversion module (140). Note here that module (110) can define the fed fuel grade and volume and generate the data on measured volume of fed fuel. Besides, said module (110) can define the volume of consumed fuel, generate, store and control the data on fuel volume measurement. Module (120) can minimize the fuel feed into the engine for fuel consumption limitation at idling without fuel control pedal depression for a preset time interval. Besides, it normalizes the fuel feed at depression of said pedal. Module (130) can generate the data on reduction of the carbon dioxide emission. Module (140) can read off the data on reduction of carbon emission, index the history of economy value conversion and convert the carbon emissions to obtain the carbon credit. Carbon credit control serves can get the ID data on the user, the vehicle ID data, the data on carbon credit authenticity confirmation and the data on carbon emission reduction from appropriate device connected via data communication network. Besides, said server can generate and transfer the data to the carbon elision reduction device. This invention discloses the emitted carbon dioxide volume reduction in the vehicle and conversion of emissions into carbon credit.

Proposed device (1) for protection of plants has consumer (3), fuel tank (2), which is connected to consumer (3) by fuel pipeline (6), and installed in fuel pipeline (6) pneumatically actuated emergency shut-off valve (7), which in the locked position locks, while in the opened position opens fuel pipeline (6), herewith emergency shut-off valve (7) without actuation remains in its locked position or is automatically switched over into it. Shut-off valve (7) also has the possibility of actuation by electric or electromagnetic method, for this purpose it is connected to accumulator (17) of energy via electric circuit (18).

SUBSTANCE: start locking circuit is designed for an operating tool with an internal combustion engine (20). The internal combustion engine (20) contains a cylinder (21) with a combustion chamber (25) and a control unit (60) to provide the engine operation. When the engine is running the combustion chamber (25) is supplied with combustion air and fuel, wherein the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber (25) is ignited with an ignition plug (26). A mode selection switch is designed for actuating the internal combustion engine (20) and has an operating position and a starting position for air-fuel enrichment. The braking unit (19) for locking is coupled with the tool operating body. When in the operating mode, the braking unit (19) for locking locks the operating body with a brake, and when in a standby condition, it unlocks the operating body without actuating the braking system. An operation transmitter is connected with the braking unit (19) for locking to detect the operating mode of the locking braking unit. There is a position sensor in the mode selection switch. The status signal for the operation transmitter (19) of the locking braking unit and the status signal for the position sensor of the mode selection switch are interconnected in such a way that the control unit (60) stops the engine operation in all cases when the mode selection switch is in the starting position, and the locking braking unit (19) is in its standby condition with the braking system off.

EFFECT: avoidance of the engine start with rich mixture without switching the locking braking unit on, as the locking braking unit locks and brakes the tool operating body.
