The inventive glue melt contains a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate 25 - 45%, glycerol ester of modified rosin 25 - 35% , a product of incomplete esterification of rosin with diethylene glycol to an acid number of 50 to 80 mg KOH/g 5-15%, the filler 15 to 40%. Glue melt get a consistent mixture at 100 - 150°C glycerol ester of rosin, a product of incomplete esterification of rosin with diethylene glycol, copolymer and filler. Characteristics of adhesive: time of setting 4-9, the melt flow index of 25 to 30 g/10 min, the strength of adhesive joints under uniform margin of 4.5 - 5.1 MPa, the strength of the adhesive bond peeling plastic edging at - 30°C 4 points. table 2.

The invention relates to a hot melt-based copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate used in the furniture industry for obliczania edges of furniture items.

Known hot melt adhesives for these purposes, but they are not cold-resistant [1, 2]. In freezing temperatures the adhesive properties of these adhesives drop sharply when exposed to mechanical loads, the bond destroyed what cetecom, the filler and the resin [3]. The lack of hot melt glue TRC-2 is a low bond strength values obtained in this adhesive at temperatures below zero, resulting in the exfoliation of the edging material is not furniture items during transportation of furniture in winter conditions.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the durability of the adhesive joints at temperatures below zero.

This objective is achieved in that the adhesive containing a copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, adhesive additive and filler, as adhesive additives contains glycerol ester of modified rosin, and further comprises a product of incomplete esterification of rosin with diethylene glycol to an acid number of 50 to 80 mg KOH/g in the following ratio, wt.%:

Frost resistance of adhesive joints on this glue-melt is estimated at 2 points in 5 point rating system.

The composition consists of the following components, mas. p. p.: copolymer of ethylene with vinyl acetate, 100; blocked polyisocyanate, 1.5-6.0; filling agent, 1-20; stabilizing agent, 0.1-1.0, and resinous agent for enhancing stickiness. SUBSTANCE: adhesive composition contains an ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer and a modifying additive. The modifying additive is silicon dioxide with particle size 100-300 nm. The modifying additive enables to increase stability of the adhesive composition and cohesion of the glue joint.

EFFECT: invention increases cohesion strength and elasticity of the glue joint, increases thermal stability of the adhesive, reduces its cost and widens the field of use of melt adhesives based on an ethylene and vinyl acetate copolymer by increasing the range of glued substrates.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot-melt adhesives. The hot-melt adhesive contains 5-40 wt % of a copolymer based on ethylene and C3-C20 α-olefin, which is obtained by metallocene-catalysed polymerisation, 10-65 wt % of tackifying resin, 0-35 wt % of a plasticiser and 0.01-30 wt % of additives. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to colophony ethers that feature appropriate colour, stable colour and/or flavour to be used in nonwoven materials, nonwoven products made of colophony ethers and/or containing the latter and to production and application of that ethers and products, for example, adhesives. Production of colophony ether comprises colophony disproportionation in contact between colophony and disproportionation agent. Disproportionated colophony with PAN smaller than 45 is brought in contact with attachment agent. Colophony adduct is brought about with additionally decreased PAN number.
