Usage: for forming by injection molding of parts for household purpose - straps wrist watches. The inventive composition based waste thermoplastic polyurethane and carbon black further comprises a grafted copolymer acrylonitrilebutadiene with styrene and talc. In the structural material based on the composition can be processed by injection molding. table 1.

The invention relates to techniques for the recycling of polyurethane, in particular the production of waste polyurethane structural plastics for forming the molding of parts household goods made - straps external clock.

It is known the use of waste polyurethane as raw material for the production of varnishes coating materials, films oligomeric products [1].

Closest to the claimed composition is based on secondary polyurethane and carbon black in the form of granules or chips [2].

However, when molding this composition was observed sticking to the mold, a large shrinkage, inadequate solid is high elongation.

The purpose of the invention is to improve the molding properties of the composition while improving strength characteristics.

The aim is achieved in that the composition includes waste thermoplastic polyurethane and carbon black, further comprises a copolymer of acrylonitrilebutadiene with styrene and talc in the following ratio of the components of the composition, wt.%:

Modification of polymer-based waste thermoplastic polyurethane with ABC plastic in combination with a filler, allows to obtain a structural material intended for forming the molding domestic purposes, in particular belts electronic wristwatch.

For experimental verification were made 14 compositions (examples 1-14) on the basis of waste thermoplastic polyurethane with ABC plastic and filled with various proportions of components and 3 composition (examples 15-17) when combined primary thermoplastic polyurethane (see table).

The table presents the formulations based on waste thermoplastic polyurethane ABC plastic and talc (examples 5-8) allows to increase the hardness, tensile strength, workability during processing, to improve the quality of castings, to reduce to the optimal value of elongation and shrinkage. The waste thermoplastic polyurethane acquire properties of structural molded plastic with a certain set of elastic properties needed straps for wrist watches.

When combined primary thermoplastic polyurethane with ABC plastic and filler (examples 15-17) along with the improvement of the strength properties of the material increases significantly the shore hardness of up to 96 in.E., leading to loss of flexibility, which is unacceptable for such elastic products as straps for wrist watches.
