Usage: electrical engineering and can be used in emergency situations when failure of the primary diesel or gasoline engine or electric generator. Defective primary engine removed from the frame of the source of electrical energy. New primary engine mounted on a separate frame, install near electric generator, which remained on the old frame at such a distance that it was possible to couple the rotating element of the primary motor and the shaft of the electric generator through a universal joint with two exhaust shafts with flange and sleeve. The invention provides the possibility of replacement in emergency situations faulty source of electrical energy, which failed only the primary engine or electric generator to a suitable power, but different in type and method of attachment to the frame of the primary engine or electric generator instead of the whole source of electrical energy. 2 Il.

The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in emergency situations when failure of the primary diesel or catechesi energy have the ability to replace a failed primary diesel or gasoline engine or electric generator.

A device - an electric power source that contains the primary diesel or gasoline engine and an electric generator connected using couplings and mounted on a common frame.

A disadvantage of the known device is that in case of failure, it must be completely replaced by a new one.

The aim of the invention is the possibility of replacement in emergency situations faulty source of electrical energy, which failed only the primary engine or electric generator, not suitable for power, but different in type and method of attachment to the frame of the primary engine or electric generator instead of the whole source of electrical energy.

This is achieved by the fact that when the failure of the electric power source in emergency situations is to replace only the failed primary electric motor or generator similar capacity, mounted on separate frames, instead of replacing the entire electric power source. The proposed device is distinguished by the presence of a universal joint with two shafts, flange for rigid detachable connection of one shaft with a rotating e what about the generator to transmit the kinetic energy of the primary motor shaft of the electric generator to generate electric power.

In Fig. 1 and 2 presents the electric power source for emergency situations.

The electric power source for emergency situations has a primary diesel or gasoline engine 1 mounted on a separate frame 2, the universal joint 3 with two shafts 4, 5, and one end of the shaft 4 by a flange 6 is rigidly Rethimno connected with the rotating element of the Prime mover 1 and the other end of the shaft 5 through the sleeve 7 is rigidly Rethimno connected to the shaft 7 of the electric generator 9, left on old frame 10, with which the shot is defective primary engine.

Then for a more rigid connection of the device with two lateral sides of both frames 2, 10 eyelets or openings 11, 12, intended for loading (unloading), elongated metal rods 13 by means of turnbuckles 14. If necessary, the frame 2, 10 in the four corners can be fixed anchor device 15.

The proposed electric power source for emergency works in the following way. Defective primary engine removed from the frame of the source of electrical energy. New primary engine 1 (see Fig. 2), attached to a separate frame 2 is installed is about to couple the rotating element 16 of the primary motor 1 and the shaft 8 of the electric generator 9 through a universal joint 3 with two exhaust shafts 4, 5 with the flange 6 and the sleeve 7.

The flange 6 by means of bolts 17 is attached to the rotating element 16 of the primary engine 1. In the flange is inserted into one of the shafts 4 universal joint 3 and is fixed by means of mounting bolts 18 and pins 19. On the second shaft 5 universal joint 3 is placed the sleeve 7 and is fixed by means of the adjusting screws 20 and pins 21. Further, the sleeve 7 is connected with the shaft 8 of the electric generator 9 and is fixed with an adjusting bolt 22 and pins 23.

For the rigidity of the primary engine 1 and the electric generator 9, mounted on separate frames 2, 10, pull together for the eyelets (holes 11, 12 metal rods 13, connected by turnbuckles 14. If necessary, the frame 2, 10 in the four corners may optionally be attached anchor device 15. The mechanical energy from the Prime mover through its rotating element 16, the flange 6, the universal joint 3 with two shafts 4, 5, the sleeve 7 is transmitted to the shaft 8 of the electric generator 9 and the generated electric energy from the generator is delivered to the consumer.

In order to reduce the circumference of rotation of the universal joint with one of the shafts shafts make shorter. Likewise, be RABC, and the electric generator. I.e. have healthy primary engine undock faulty electrical generator, remove the frame and then available on a separate frame of an electrical generator, suitable for power instead of failed, through universal joint with two shafts, a sleeve and a flange to connect to the primary engine, which remained the source of electrical energy on the old frame. The frame in turn draw metal rods with turnbuckles and fix more anchoring devices as needed.

The proposed electric power source for emergency situations will improve maintainability both in the field and stationary conditions, especially cramped. In addition, replacement of defective only primary electric motor or generator will reduce the time to recovery of the source of electrical energy, which in turn will allow some savings due to early production of electricity consumers; to give greater economic impact by replacing only the defective primary electric motor or generator, and not the entire source.

FIELD: mobile generator plants.

SUBSTANCE: proposed generator plant has frame that mounts power unit, foot-operated air pump, and compressed-air cylinders whose air lines communicate with generator plant. Control panel is electrically connected to output of electric generator vertically installed on generator plant housing and mechanically coupled with exciter and power unit made in the form of vertical-shaft pneumostatic motor. The latter has sealed case with inlet, outlet, and safety valves closed with cover that accommodates vertical rotor mounted in case and cover bearings and made in the form of shaft with two power drives attached thereto by means of U-shaped frames. Power drives are installed on either side of vertical shaft and spaced 180 deg. apart in horizontal plane. Each of them has a number of similar members symmetrically mounted one on top of other, their quantity being dependent of desired power. Each member is essentially rhombic plate made of light-mass and high-strength metal whose longitudinal axis is longest diagonal parallel to that of other power drive. Through ducts are provided on front ends of rhomb and L-shaped blind ducts, on its rear butt-ends. All these ducts are closed with covers kinematically coupled with drive cylinder piston. Compressed air fed to sealed housing opens covers, and unbalanced forces are built up on each member which set power unit in rotary motion. Air evacuation from sealed housing closes covers with the result that no forces are built up on drive members.

FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converters of heat energy, for instance, hydrogen-oxygen chemical reaction, into mechanical and/or electric energy, mainly, for different vehicles. According to invention, pollution-free engine contains electric machine with stator and rotor and power drives made in form of operating bellows members coupled with movable poles of stator. Engine has system of external combustion and delivery of primary working medium, for instance, liquefied air, steam, steam-oxygen and/or inert gas, and high-temperature system of internal combustion, for instance, of hydrogen-oxygen mixture. Combustion is carried out in primary working medium. Operating bellows members are hermetically secured by stationary sides on separate support platforms in which chambers of internal combustion system are directly mounted, and by movable sides they are hermetically secured on piston plates which are butt-jointed through heat insulating gaskets with seat grips connected with power rods. Stepped grips are mounted on movable part of bellows members for bringing of inner plate ties of bellows corrugations to preset levels in turn. Assembly of each bellows member with its support platform and gas valves is heat insulated and arranged in guard vacuum chamber.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of operation of engine with electromagnetic conversion of heat energy into mechanical and /or electric energy at low pollution of ambient atmosphere.

FIELD: engine manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of operation of self-contained power station powered by diesel-generator set. According to proposed method of operation of self-contained power station powered by diesel generator set equipped with additional flywheel and disconnect clutch with automatic control members, additional flywheel is mounted on separate shaft which is connected with diesel-generator set by means of disconnect clutch. Preparatory operation is carried out to set power station into operation with subsequent overcoming of short-time starting resistances from consumer. Additional flywheel is connected to shut down diesel generator set by means of disconnect clutch. Power station is started under no load, and its coming to rated speed is detected by readings of generator shaft speed pickups. Load is connected and intensity of generator shaft speed drop is checked. Information is automatically transmitted to controller wherefrom, at termination of generator speed drop, signal is transmitted to disconnect clutch, and rotating additional flywheel is disconnected from diesel generator set, thus changing the set for accelerated mode of restoration of initial rated speed.

EFFECT: provision of power saving operation at stable conditions for overcoming designed resistance torque and short-time overloads exceeding capabilities of chosen supply source.

Device is adapted to provide combustion of fuel mixture to create force pushing the piston. Device includes electromagnetic energy converter and external current circuit connected with energy converter to exchange forces acting towards energy converter and from energy converter. Control unit is adapted to control direction of forces exchanged between energy converter and external current circuit during operation of device. FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has internal combustion engine and electric generator connected to its piston, containing coaxial piston-magnets, outside of which windings of electric generator stator are positioned, while piston-magnets can be engaged in reciprocal movement along axis relatively to windings of electric generator stator during continuous combustion of gas in internal combustion engine, as a result of which in windings of stator of electric generator induction of alternating three-phase current or one-phase current occurs. In accordance to invention, internal combustion engine-based electric generator is positioned in screened through reservoir, electric generator has support magnets, and working piston magnets, moving because of gas ignition, are of different names, windings of electric generator stator are wound on cylinder of non-magnetic material, which is pressed outside of said magnets, inside in bushings valves are pressed, one of which is moveable, and guiding hollow fingers, along which aforementioned magnetic pistons of internal combustion engine-based electric generator can freely move.

EFFECT: simplified construction, higher reliability and improved mass-dimensional coefficients of device.

FIELD: electric generator sets.

SUBSTANCE: proposed electric generator set has generator driven by piston-type internal-combustion engine, for instance, synchronous generator and diesel engine; it has permanent magnets for generator excitation disposed on generator rotor in pole areas and armature winding accommodated in stator. Pole areas of rotor are provided with axial intake pockets open on at least one end whose cylindrical peripheral wall is abutting against stator-to-rotor air gap. Each of permanent magnets disposed in pole areas is formed by plurality of magnetic components mounted close to each another in peripheral direction inside intake pockets. The latter are elongated in peripheral direction either side beyond respective last magnetic component to form free space.

EFFECT: ability of preventing demagnetization of extreme magnetic components caused by short circuits.

FIELD: engine engineering.

SUBSTANCE: engine comprises two opposite step cylinder groups with movable cylinders. The faces of the working cylinder are provided with a collar which is an air-operated piston and separates the housing into the blowing and compression chambers of the piston compressor. The collar and cylindrical surface of the housing are provided with grooves for receiving a reversible linear generator. The anchors of the generators and ends of the rods of the magnetic outlet valves are provided with the permanent magnets made on the basis of Nd-Fe-B. The engine is provided with two catalytic chambers made of steel cylinders with a nozzle made of nickel grains. The inlet branch pipes of the chambers are connected with the collectors of the outlet ports in the working chambers, and outlet fuel branch pipes of the catalytic chambers are connected with the combustion chambers through the inlet valves. Each of the catalytic chambers is provided with the gas duct for supplying methane and pipeline for exhaust gases.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and decreases toxicity.

FIELD: electrical engineering, applicable for starting of engines and maintenance, for example, of helicopters on airfields as a source of electric supply.

SUBSTANCE: the electric power installation has a DC generator with a drive internal combustion engine, at least two storage batteries, charging units, power supply unit and switching units. The installation is provided with an electric power cable for supply from an outer AC source connected to the power supply unit and charging devices via the switching unit, and an electric socket for power take-off from the AC generator for maintenance of the helicopter. The installation is made in a body divided into two compartments, one of them - accommodates the interconnected AC generator and the drive internal combustion engine installed on a frame, and the other is divided into two closed sections, positioned in the lower one are the storage batteries connected to the switching unit, and in the upper one - two charging units and the power supply unit, with the installation control unit placed above it. The control console is protected from the environment by an organic glass plate. The storage batteries are positioned in containers made on sleds, and the containers are provided with plug connecters used for connection of the storage batteries to the switching unit. The installation is provided with one more plug connector for take-off of DC power for ground maintenance of the helicopter on-board control systems. The power electric cable for installation supply from the outer AC power source is positioned on the handles of the rear wall of the double-section body. The power electric cable for take-off of DC power for starting of gas-turbine engines is positioned on the handles of the cover of the body engine compartment. The installation is mounted on a wheeled chassis, in front on one support with a telescopic folding pole in an eye between the wheels turning in the horizontal plane, and the pole - in the vertical plane fastened by a bracket on the body.

EFFECT: enhanced mobility and reliability in operation of the power installation.
