Indicator penetrant fluorescent-dye penetrant

(57) Abstract:

Usage: fluorescent dye penetration inspection. The inventive indicator penetrant fluorescent-dye penetrant consists of the following components, wt. % : dye rhodamine or I 0,98 - 0,99; phosphor "Sirvana-2" 24,74 - 24,75; butyl alcohol else.

The invention relates to the production of the indicator of penetrants for fluorescent-dye penetrant and can be used in any branch of engineering, for example, in the energy, nuclear control products for nuclear power plants.

Known indicator penetrant fluorescent-dye penetrant [1] . It consists of the following components, wt. % : Organic lumino - for-2-1,8-naftaplin-1,2-gasoline - imidazol 1,0-1,2 Dye is rhodamine From 0.8 To 1.0 Butyl alcohol 30,4-36,415 Sintana DC-10 is a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of synthetic primary alcohols fraction10-C18a 2.0 3,020 Ditosylate Rest to 100

The disadvantage of penetrant is the fact that it is toxic, the maximum allowable concentration of vapours in the air of working zone difolatan 7.2 mg/m3. In addition, the composition of the penetrant with many components to it, and therefore t, containing rhodamine s, phosphor-2, sintana DC-10, butyl alcohol, decumulated in the following ratio, wt. % [2] : Rhodamine From 0.8-1.0 Phosphor-2 Of 0.1-0.2 Sintana DC-10 4,0-5,0 Butyl alcohol of 32.0-40.0 Decumulate Else

However, the use of known composition is effective only for fluorescent penetrant inspection. This is due to the presence of penetrant composition of the phosphor-2, which is fluorescent only in ultraviolet light yellow-green color and does not give a flat track, visible in the daylight or electric light. In addition, the phosphor-2 volatile, pilit why the intensity of the ultraviolet irradiation deteriorates and consequently deteriorate the material properties of the penetrant. It should be noted also that the presence of penetrant phosphor-2 determines the need for organic solvent-decumulating - toxic compounds and cintanya entered to create the optimum viscosity of the penetrant. Thus the complexity of the structure lengthens the cooking cycle of penetrant. It should be noted the toxicity of the composition, so as to dissolve the phosphor-2, it is necessary to heat decumulated to 100aboutWith toxicity to testing containing the dye is rhodamine or rhodamine 6g, butyl alcohol and the phosphor "Sirvana-2" in the following ratio, wt. % : The dye is rhodamine or rhodamine 6g 0,98-0,99 Phosphor "Sirvana-2" 24,74-24,75 Butyl alcohol Else

Rhodamine or g - fluorescent-colored dye is a fine powder purple color, soluble in water, alcohols, acetone.

The phosphor "Sirvana-2" is an oil concentrate is subjected sorbtsionnoi cleaning of resins. Liquid brown-green with a limit viscosity (15-30) 10-6m2/S at 20aboutC. Luminescence ultraviolet rays of the bright yellow-green color.

Butyl alcohol is a colorless liquid, so boiling 117aboutWith, beats. weight 0,810 entered for the dissolution of this compound, soluble in water and organic solvents.

Introduction to the composition of penetrant phosphor "Sirvana-2 improves the quality control of products, thus reducing the toxicity of the composition. The proposed composition of malokonkreten and easy to prepare.

The phosphor "Sirvana-2 has a small viscosity and therefore contributes to a more complete dissolution of the dye particles in butyl alcohol what's ties hydrocarbons. This leads to increased tone of the dye to bright red in daylight in contrast to the known phosphor-2, which does not give a flat track, visible in daylight. When this phosphor "Sirvana-2" reduces the viscosity of the penetrant, which lowers its surface tension, and hence improves the fluidity and permeability of penetrant in the cavity defects of various sizes. When the content of phosphor "Sirvana-2" less 24,74 wt. % surface tension of penetrant decreases so that is leaching from the defect solution of the surface layer of penetrant. When the content of phosphor "Sirvana-2 more 24,75 wt. % due to its viscosity will be difficult penetration of the penetrant into the cavity defects. In both cases there is a reduction of reliability of control. It should be noted that the content of the colorant is less of 0.98 wt. % leads to a decrease in tone coloring material footprint in daylight, and when the content of the colorant is more 0,99% is dropping in the sediment, since the degree of dissolution of the dye is limited by the content of butyl alcohol.

Thus, the proposed composition of penetrant increases the efficiency of detecting defectoscopic anal-2 you don't have to heat it and thereby reduce the toxicity of penetrant and fire risk, the composition has a short cycle of cooking due to its malokomplektnoj.

The composition is prepared as follows.

Dye, such as rhodamine 6g, dissolved in butyl alcohol and add a phosphor "Sirvana-2". The solution is thoroughly mixed. Prepare penetrant at room temperature.

For testing of penetrant composition prepared in the following composition, wt. % : Dye, rhodamine 6g 0.98 Phosphor "Sirvana-2" 24,74 Butyl alcohol Else

Indicator penetrant is applied to the surface control and stand at least 5 minutes, until the penetrant will not fill cavity defects. Then the excess penetrant is removed from the surface control with a dry cloth, and then the cleaner, put manifesting composition and inspect the controlled surface in the daylight and ultraviolet light. In the flaw detection kits as cleaners use cleaner 0-1, consisting of excipients OP-7(OP-10) - 10 g, sodium nitrite 15 g water 1000 ml as a developer using the developer of the P115(P-1), N117(P-4), which consists of ethanol, industrial alcohol, drinking water, enriched kaolin. Facing surface indicator penetrant gives the Institute of ultraviolet light yellow-green glow.

When testing the indicator composition of penetrant identified all material defects of the standard compounds and additionally discovered a cluster of pores on the welded joints of the bottom. Color and luminance characteristics of the proposed structure is better than the standard.

INDICATOR PENETRANT FLUORESCENT-dye penetrant containing the dye, butyl alcohol, phosphor, characterized in that as the phosphor used "Sirvana-2", and the dye is rhodamine or rhodamine 6g in the following ratio, wt. % :

Rhodamine or I 0,98 - 0,99
