Usage: in the woodworking industry, in particular in building constructions of low-rise buildings. The inventive construction design includes extruded elements with tongue and groove and the Central channel connected between the end edges, and placed between them strip. Strip provided with spaced coaxially and symmetrically with respect to the end edges of the tabs within the Central channels of adjacent elements. Provided by embodiments of the ledges cut strips with elastic tabs. The tabs can be performed with uglubleniye. 8 C. p. F.-ly, 5 Il.

The invention relates to woodworking industry, in particular the production of sets of low-rise buildings.

Known construction including a molded part with a tongue and groove and the Central channel located along the axis of the piece, and end edges at the ends of each part [1] .

The closest technical solution is the building design, including extruded elements with tongue and groove and the Central channel, Torrevieja is their lack of insulation due to the air flows along the axis of the piece.

The purpose of the invention is the improvement of thermal insulation of the parts due to the formation of isolated internal cavities.

Building construction consists of extruded elements 1 with groove 2 and a crest 3, the Central channel 4, end edges 5 with spacers 6. Each seal is made with coaxially and symmetrically arranged projections 7 placed on the working plane 8. Moreover, the protrusions are made beveled and may have recesses 9.

The work of the building structure as follows.

Take extruded element 1 and is placed in its Central channel 4 vertical protrusion 7 with a gasket 6, then take the adjacent element and enter the Central channel 4 on the ledge 7 to align the element 6 with the working plane 8 of the strip 6, after which the cycle of connection elements repeat.

SUBSTANCE: the group of inventions is pertinent to the field of production of pressed building items made out of plant roughage and may be used in wood-working construction industries and other branches of economy. The panel made by pressing out of a carpet without synthetic binding materials consists of a mixture of a birchen bark ground up to a faction of 40-5000 microns and a filler predominantly out of cellulose filaments at the following ratios in respect to the total dry solid matter (in mass %): a birchen bark - 60-95, cellulose filaments - 5-40. In an alternative version of the panel, which is made the same way as the above, the outer surfaces of the carpet are strengthened with lingo-cellulose-polymeric compound including an excelsior and the KF-EC resin with a hardener or an excelsior and triturated secondary polymer taken in amount of 10-12 mass % to the weight of the excelsior. At that the share of the lingo-cellulose-polymeric compound makes 20-40 % to the total dry weight of the carpet. The method allows to use a ground birchen bark without synthetic binding agents for shaping a carpet and its consequent pressing. At that for a carpet formation they use the birchen bark ground up to a faction of 40-5000 microns, and a filler mainly made out of cellulose filaments taken in the following ratio in respect to the total dry weight(in mass %): a birchen bark-60-95, cellulose filaments - 5-40. Before formation of the carpet the filler is moistened up to 18-20 % of absolute humidity and is mixed with ground birchen bark. The carpet is formed with a thickness equal to 200-300 % of the thickness of a finished panel. The group of the inventions ensures simplification of the production process, reduction of its cost, expansion of the range of the List of items.

FIELD: woodworking industry, in particular composition for soft groundwood board.

SUBSTANCE: claimed composition contains (mass %): wood fiber 86.7-92.5; fiber-containing precipitate 9.6-3.8; paraffin emulsion 2.5; and sulfuric acid 1.2; wherein ratio of wood fiber and fiber-containing precipitate is 90-96:10-4, respectively. Fiber-containing precipitate used as wood raw material represents waste from wet method for production of soft groundwood board and sulfate method for production of cellulose.

EFFECT: method for production of soft groundwood board with reduced prime wood mass consumption without deterioration of characteristics.

FIELD: equipment for laminated structure compaction, particularly to produce floor panels.

SUBSTANCE: compaction device comprises two heated compaction plates, gripping transporting means, means for moving heated plates to laminated structure and compacting thereof. Gripping transporting means is adapter to clamp laminated structure and to move thereof to space between compaction device plates. Means for moving heated plates are controlled in such a way that heated plates simultaneously reach laminated structure and simultaneously move away from it. Plate area, which transfers pressure to laminated structure is at least 1 m3. Temperature and pressure is applied to laminated structure in the device from both sides thereof, which results in gluing structure layers together. Heating for glue melting is performed simultaneously from both structure sides. Laminated structure is adapted to produce floor panels having width of at least 300 mm and length of at least 800 mm and thickness not more than 15 mm. Grooves and ridges are cut in side panel edges. Panels have additional locking means to connect panels without glue.

FIELD: wood working industry.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises die mounted on the base and pressing unit mounted on the traverse, which can move vertically with the actuating mechanism of the press and interacts with the article blank inside the die, and pivoting-rod unit mounted on the traverse and made of two pivotally interconnected sides provided with pivoting supports for the rods connected with the traverse. The rods form groups arranged along the traverse. Each of the groups is made of a vertical rod secured to the traverse and a pair of rods inclined to the vertical and pivotally connected with the traverse. The bottom section of the vertical rods is pivotally connected with the sides through a pair of the rods forming a gentle angle between them. The common pivot is mounted on the vertical rod for permitting slight movement over the vertical to change simultaneously their total length during operation. The vertical rods are sectional and interconnected via a screw junction that allows the total length of each vertical rod to be changed individually.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in processing of husk particles by a binder containing urea-formaldehyde resin, ammonium chloride, Aerosil butadienstyrene methacrylic latex, forming of the mat, cold prepressing and hot pressing. The binder instead of ammonium chloride contains ammonium fluosilicate at the following relation of the components, mass percentage: urea-formaldehyde resin - 82.8 to 93.4, ammonium fluosilicate - 0.6 to 1.2; butadienstyrene methacrylic latex - 4.0 to 12.0, Aerosil - 2.0 to 4.0.

The binder instead of ammonium chloride contains ammonium fluosilicate at the following relation of the components, mass percentage: urea-formaldehyde resin - 82.8 to 93.4, ammonium fluosilicate - 0.6 to 1.2, butadienstyrene methacrylic latex - 4.0 to 12.0, Aerosil - 2.0 to 4.0.

FIELD: devices for assembly of nonmetallic items.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of devices for assembling of items made out of nonmetallic materials, which may be used for adhesion of the items consisting of an internal skeleton and several billets of a shell with a seni-cylindrical surface linked to the skeleton. The device contains a frame, on which there are supports for installation of the components of the being assembled items and units mounted for contraction of the assembled components and a drive. The device is supplied with the mounted on the frame on its turning shafts rollers placed in two parallel rows. The turning shafts are made with the eccentrically located working surfaces and are mounted with a capability of synchronous movement of the rollers in height by a mounted on the shafts hinged lever-rod unit. The units for contraction of the assembled components are made in the form of the pressing side frames with an arc-shaped working surface, a tool of movement of the pressing side frames and the pressing bars. The tool of movement of the pressing bars is made in the form of the turning shafts, each of which linked with the pressing bar by the hinge- crank-and-bar unit. In the result the invention ensures simplification of the device design and the technological process of assembly.
