The invention relates to woodworking industry, namely to methods for protective and decorative coatings on wood and polymer-containing products.

The purpose of the invention is improving the fire resistance of the coating.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain articles using filler with high moisture content, which are structured at low pressing temperatures without reducing efficiency of the press.

Described is application of a material, selected from the group of phenol derivatives of formula IV, V, VI and their mixture as a mediator in production of lignocellulose-containing moulded articles, in particular the wood-fibre and/or composite materials. Especially preferable materials in the group of phenol derivatives of formula IV are: acetosyringone with R1, R2, R3 = methyl, and syringaldehyde with R1, R2 = methyl, R3 = H; in group of formula V - acetovanilone with R1, R2 = methyl, R3 = H, vanillin with R1 = methyl, R2, R3 = H and ethyl vanillin with R1 = ethyl, R2, R3 = H; in group of formula VI - methylsyringate with R1, R2=methoxy, R3=methyl and vanillic acid with R1, R3=H, R2=methoxy. Also described is a method of manufacturing the lignocellulose-containing moulded articles with application of the said material and the moulded article obtained thereby.

SUBSTANCE: production method involves manufacturing substrate having necessary shape and dimensions; selecting polymeric compositions having main and additional color shades corresponding to color spectrum of selected pattern; applying the selected compositions on substrate face in several layers; providing composition polymerization to obtain ready article. Article substrate is manufactured of galvanized metal sheet. The polymeric compositions are powder compositions, which are sprayed on substrate surface. Layers having additional color shades are applied on substrate surface with the use of forms provided with figured orifices corresponding to selected pattern. Each layer except for the last one is subjected to prior polymerization at 180-190°C for 5-7 min. After the last layer application all layers are polymerized at the same temperature for 20-25 min.

EFFECT: increased sharpness of pattern color boundaries and decreased article production time.

SUBSTANCE: natural ornamental stone is coated with at least one layer of paste. Then paste is to be solidified. Paste includes cement and natural ornamental stone granules which are 0.1-1.0 mm in size. Cement and granules are taken at weight ratio 1:3 and water-cement ratio 0.6-0.8. After that stone is mechanically treated.

SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to a layer with an image meant for use in absorbent fabrics. An image is made, for example, in the form of a text or picture. An image is formed with a number of dots. When the layer is in the first state, the dots have the first surface density, which form an identifiable and clear image. When the layer is in the second and then outspread state, the dots have a second surface density, which is below the first surface density in the first state. In this case the image goes into the second surface state essentially indecipherable or unclear to the observer at the given distance because of a lower surface density.

SUBSTANCE: material comprises fibrous base from craft paper with applied impression of desirable printing dye with impregnation by resin or mixture of resins coloured into a desired colour. Impregnation with resin or mixture of resins is carried out prior to application of impression or after application of impression. Fibre base is soaked with application of one or more layer of resin. Resin or mixture of resins is selected from group, which contains phenol, amine, acryl and/or other similar resins. Coating material is produced by method, where resin or mixture of resins is used, and craft paper is used as fibre base. Resin or mixture of resins are coloured using desired dye. Impression is applied onto craft paper, using desirable printing dye, and impregnated, using specified resin or mixture of resins.

EFFECT: improved strength of coating material and high colour resistance to light and temperature.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry and method for formation of decorative art object. A layer of transparent heat resistant varnish is applied onto glass base with thickness of 15-150 mcm. Then the object is exposed to annealing to produce light-golden or golden or golden-bronze or copper colour. Further a mixture of metals or alloys, in which at least 30% of mass is contributed by aluminium powder, is applied onto varnish layer by gas dynamic sputtering.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create decorative art object that has a property to imitate coating of plates with golden foil, to provide plates with spatial perspective, voluminousness and smoothness of spatial transition of light-reflecting effect.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of consumer goods, in particular, to technological processes to make art objects of wood with khokhloma ornament. Protective-decorative coating is formed by application of electroconductive composition on an object and application of single-colour or multi-colour powder paint onto electroconductive composition with its further polymerisation by method of electrostatic spraying at the temperature of 100-200°C for 3-30 min., drying of ornamented surface with art paints at the temperature of 80-120°C for 0.5-2.5 hr., colourless varnishing with polymer paint at the temperature of 100-180°C for 3-25 min.

EFFECT: improved technological process of khokhloma objects production with the purpose to reduce labour costs for their manufacturing and to improve paint and varnish coating under operating conditions, with long-term usage without deterioration of the object's art value.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of artificial materials which imitate natural materials. The crude mixture for producing material which imitates natural stone contains, wt %: coal dust 5.0-10.0; ground mica 10.0-15.0; water 25.0-30.0; carbonate sand 15.0-20.0; quartz sand 10.0-15.0; portland cement 20.0-25.0.
