SUBSTANCE: the method consists in operations of displacement of the guide member at a speed depending on the length of the orientated particles, parameters of the orientating device and the thickness of the formed chip mat, due to which the particles rotated by the guide member are placed in a chip mat in the process of fall with a minimum angle of orientation.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of orientation of chip particles due to minimization of the angle of orientation, which enhanced the strength of the produced wood particle boards.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of endless working tool, located in horizontal plane above shaping conveyer, neighbour branches of the working tool are able to move into opposite directions by means of drive. Device also comprises the task setting unit, generator of ultrasonic oscillations, two pairs of ultrasonic emitters-receivers, two detectors, two differential amplifiers and regulator.

SUBSTANCE: in device for implementing method of making mats from material, containing lignocellulose, mat is designed for making at least, one plate. Ground material containing lignocellulose is put into a feeding device, and from this device, the stream of material flows into a mould, which has at least, one moulding belt. The feeding device is put at a level higher than the mould. At least one guide surface is installed, which passes from the feeding device to the mould, and material is transported from the feeding device to the mould by supplying the material down along this guide surface.
EFFECT: invention allows controlling flow of material from feeding device to mould.

SUBSTANCE: facility for strands orientation includes system of planks articulated to each other, flexible element able to circumflex all guiding and stationary roller. SUBSTANCE: wood particle orientation device incorporates chip mass pickup connected, via amplitude detector and filter, to the first multiplication unit, its second input being connected to the mat thickness pickup. The multiplication unit output is connected, via evolution unit and scaling amplifier, to the summing amplifier first input, its second input being connected to the positioning drive input. Note that the positioning drive con-rod is linked up with one of the plates arranged parallel to orientation direction.

SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacture of products from composite materials, mostly cement wood, which includes stages of wood filler and binder preparation, treatment of wood particles in electric field, preparation of cement wood mixture, moulding and thermal treatment, wood particles are treated in flow of orifice gas in discharge chamber at high frequency generator capacity of 200-600 W and underpressure of 100-130 Pa for 250-280 sec. Orifice gas used is air, and its flow rate makes 0.08-0.12 g/sec. Due to plasma treatment of wood particles, interface interaction at the border of wood and mineral binder is intensified as a result of surface loosening, opening of pores and capillaries.
EFFECT: increase of physical and mechanical properties of products from composite materials by modification of wood particle surface structure.

SUBSTANCE: device for orientation of wood particles comprises detector of chip mattress thickness, detector of wood particles weight, detector, three blocks of setting, distraction block, rooting block, two division blocks, non-linearity block, multiplication block, switch and amplifier, at that blocks are interrelated with each other. Displacement of flexible component happens with such speed, at which maximum orientation of wood particles takes place, independently on length of particles and thickness of formed chip mattress. At this speed of flexible component displacement, angle of orientation of wood particles in chip mattress is minimum, and strength of manufactured wood-particle boards is maximum.
EFFECT: increased quality of orientation due to reduction of wood particle orientation angle, increased strength of manufactured wood-particle boards.

SUBSTANCE: according to the method of wood particles orientation rotation speed of even rolls is determined depending on rotation speed of uneven rolls, the distance between disks and their diametre due to that particles received rotational motion from the disks rotating with different speed go in a chip mattress with minimal orientation angle during fall.
EFFECT: quality increase of wood particles orientation and hardening of reconstituted particle board made of oriented particles.

EFFECT: device makes it possible to improve quality of wood particles fractionation by means of rational selection of distance between neighbouring rods, which corresponds to range of fractionating wood particles length, as a result of which strength of manufactured wood boards to static bending is increased.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to woodworking industry and can be used if production of wood boards from oriented chips. Proposed device comprises even and uneven rolls arranged across carpet being made and disks fitted on said rolls, staggered and overlapping. Said disks are driven by drives of said even and uneven rolls. Proposed device comprises three units of setting, unit of raising to a power and adder. Note here that said units are interconnected.
