(57) Abstract:

Usage: technological transport for teams and manufacturing lines, mainly for the processing of products with a vertical axis location. The inventive process the transport containing the bearing parts having the ability to move in the guide, the actuator, the latch, the actuator is placed in rails inside technological transport and made in the form of the drive carriage and the auxiliary carriage. And inside the drive carriage posted by mobile leash, with the possibility of transverse displacement with respect to traffic and engagement by its end, made in the form of a fork with a link, the other end of which is made in the form of lugs, covering a rolling pin, mounted on the auxiliary carriage. The latch is made in the form of a spring relative to the slide support and the wedge firmly attached to the slide connected with the power cylinder, and bearing and wedge placed in the enclosure, with the possibility to adjust the position along the guide rails, which are mounted on racks, with a basic expansion elements for positions and actuators. The links are connected midna to technological transport for Assembly and processing lines, mainly for processed products with a vertical axis location (type shock absorber, gas stops and so on ), and can be used for equipping process specified products.

The purpose of the invention is the reduction of size and metal consumption and improve the reliability of transport.

The transport contains guides 1 I-beam section, closed by a plate 2, in the final part of turning into radial surface 3 of the corresponding profile. Between the rails 1 and bar 2 is placed shelves 4 bearing 5 links of the chain of transport, which are interconnected with the axis 6 through the spherical bearing 7 in a closed horizontally disposed circuit of the load-bearing links.

In addition, the support link contains the inner side of the horizontal rollers 8 and limiting the upper roller 9, and the fingers 10, 11. Inside the transport on the inner side of the I-beam rails 1 is the drive of the transport.

The actuator consists of two carriages, one of which is the drive carriage 12 moves in the direction of EET able to move perpendicular to the direction of transport by means of auxiliary cylinder 16.

A drive carriage 12 posted by gripping the plug 17, one end of which passes through a window in the wall of the I-beam rail transport and has a groove 18 for engagement of the finger 10 of the link and the other end is made in the form of lugs 19 and covers the roller 20, is equal to the length of stroke of transport and mounted on the auxiliary carriage 15.

At the site, where more precision is required inside the transport on the inner side of the I-beam rail with a corresponding window in the wall set the latch (Fig. 5), which consists of a accommodated in the housing 21 with the bores of the movable support 22 and the wedge 23 in the form of a truncated rolling pin. Moreover, the bearing is spring-loaded by a spring 24 against the slider 25, which is connected with the piston rod 26 and the wedge 23.

Both ends of the transport end radial rotary part 27, and one of them with a tensioning device 28 is spring-loaded. I-beam rails installed in the rack 29 with the surface 30, the connecting grooves 31 and holes 32 to link with transitional elements 33, nodes 34 and the slide 35. In the walls of the guides I made the window 36.

Technological transport works as follows.

In the original Polozheniye vtyanuta the rod of the drive cylinder 14. The circuit carrier transport links recorded during extended cylinder rod 26 of the retainer. Upon receipt of the appropriate signal from the control circuit by a line bearing retainer 22 and the wedge 23 is disposed through the cylinder 26 to its original position, after which the main drive cylinder 14 moves through the capture plug 17 chain bearing parts of the stroke.

After that, the locking device locks the chain bearing parts as follows. When the slider 25 from the cylinder 26 of the actuator latch first freely under the action of the spring 24 is inserted into the fastening area under the finger 10 bearing 22. Then in the further course of the wedge 23 on the slide 25, acting on the finger 11, brings a level 5 transport, but rather with the whole chain of links to a fixed position, pressing it to the support 22. Gripping the plug 17 is withdrawn from engagement with the finger bearing element 5 with the support carriage 15. The main drive cylinder 14 returns the carriage 12 with a grapple fork 17 to its original position, and the end of the plug, made in the form of lugs 19, slides over the rolling pin 20 mounted on the auxiliary carriage 15.

After completion of the stroke of the main drive cylinder to its original position auxiliary cared who leads it into engagement with the finger 10 of a bearing element. The transport is ready for the next cycle. (56) USSR Author's certificate N 1405978/27, class B 23 K 37/04, 1986.

2. Transport under item 1, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability by eliminating moving drives and asymmetric reduction efforts in directing the drive of the carriage, the actuator is equipped with an additional drive carriage mounted for movement leash installed on her guide, parallelity end of the leash is located at a minimum distance from the directing drive of the carriage, and the other end of the leash covers with the possibility of longitudinal movement of the guide movement of the leash.

3. Transport under item 1, characterized in that, with the aim of expanding the technological capabilities and improve accuracy by providing a fixing links with the required accuracy, the latch link is located separately from the actuator on the inner side of the guide links with possibility of installation on any part of the transport.

4. Transport under item 3, characterized in that, to improve the accuracy of the fixing parts, the latch units are equipped with an additional emphasis with the power cylinder mounted in the housing opposite podpruzhinennom fence.

5. Transport under item 1, characterized in that, to reduce the metal construction, the links of the transport chain are connected through a spherical bearing.

Metallic loose material in the form of granules, powder, small grains or their mixture of materials corresponding to welded materials of blades and disc may be used as filler. Electron beam welding may be used for joining blades with disc.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of multipurpose stand for assembling flat lattice metal structures for welding. Stand is furnished with pan and heaters. Cradles made of fusible alloy are mounted in pan. Heaters are connected with current source and are arranged in base of pan. Bimetallic plates to raise metal structure over hardened fusible alloy and additional heaters connected with current source for heating said bimetallic plates are installed between cradles made of fusible alloy.

FIELD: assembling and welding operations, namely tilting apparatuses for assembling and welding articles such as bodies of railway road cars.

SUBSTANCE: tilting apparatus includes two simultaneously operating mirror-symmetrical parts. One of said parts is mounted in guides 1 of foundation. Each part includes two struts, mechanisms for lifting and rotating cross piece 6, article holder 9 with rotation drive unit 10, all mounted in carriage 8. Struts have telescopically joined stationary 4.5 and movable 2,3 portions, cross piece 6 whose one end is jointly coupled with movable portion 2 of one strut and whose other end has supporting surface for movable portion 3 of second strut. Each mechanism for lifting cross piece includes carriage with runners, bracket, stationary housing with guides, reduction gear with outlet shaft, motor, nut with cargo screw arranged in it, thrust bearing assembly and clutch. Each mechanism for rotating cross piece includes supporting strut, drive winch with rotary drum jointly mounted in supporting strut; guiding pulley and traction rope system.

EFFECT: improved operational reliability of apparatus with enlarged manufacturing possibilities providing continuous process for assembling bodies of semi-cars.

FIELD: mechanical engineering; welding.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for turning over heavy-weight articles in process of manufacture. Proposed device contains rotary housing with L-shaped surface, housing rotation drive, receiving and feeding platforms. Housing is hinge-mounted on base. Receiving platform is secured on horizontal part of L-shaped surface of housing, being made in form of three teeth. Feeding platform is secured on vertical part of L-shaped surface of housing, being provided with V-shaped feeding surface and made in form of guides consisting of two pairs, upper and lower ones, equally spaced from one another and separated by clearance providing possibility of their independent mounting relative to housing. Each guide of feeding platform and working surfaces of teeth of receiving platform are provided with support plates made of material more soft than material of article turned over by device. Support plates installed on guides of feeding platform are made in from corresponding to form of outer surface of article to be turned over.

EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities and improved reliability of device.

SUBSTANCE: installation includes truck that may move along guiding rails, carries hollow spindle with cutter, unit for moving cutter in vertical plane, inclined chute and exhaust П-shaped hood mounted on runners and having in upper part mouth and inclined flange. Hood is mounted with possibility of motion along guiding beams by means of runners by action of two power cylinders secured at both sides from hood. Guiding beams are mounted on supporting struts along axis of installation. Invention provides possibilities not only for cutting tubes by measured lengths but also for trimming ends of tubes, cutting out templates, removing defect portions out of mean part of tube by annular cutting them out.

FIELD: building, repairing main pipelines for transporting liquids and gases, namely restoration of such pipelines by changing defective portion.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of marking out and trimming ends of repairing "reel" and tube ends for providing coincidence of their edges; marking out tube end portions according to ends of false tube having telescopically changed length. Initially false tube in compressed state is mounted between tube ends and then it is put onto tubes without gap between inner surface of false tube and outer surfaces of tube end portions. Length of repairing "reel" is determined according to length of false tube after mounting the last on end portions of tubes.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of marking out tube butts and repairing reel, simplified marking out process, lowered labor consumption of marking out and mounting operations.

FIELD: assembling for welding annular butts of tanks of aluminum alloys, corrosion resistant steels, possibly in aerospace, aviation, transport vehicle making and chemical industry branches.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making shells and bottoms; heating edges of welded parts by means of outer flexible heating member and freely putting heated-edge parts onto backing ring assembled outside tank. Diameter of backing ring exceeds diameter of welded parts in order to provide desired installation gap at heating parts and guaranteed tightness between backing ring and welded parts at cooling. Separate parts of backing ring are joined one to other without gaps by means of cone bolt joints. Contact surfaces of separate parts are inclined relative to ring plane in order to provide free detaching of ring parts at dismounting it. Then heating member is turned off and assembled unit is cooled till 20°C. Annular butt is welded and backing ring is removed.

EFFECT: simplified procedure of assembling due to reliable and simple design of apparatus used for assembling at welding while providing complete contact between welded parts.

FIELD: welded tube production, namely mill for welding lengthwise seams of large-diameter finite-length tubes.

SUBSTANCE: mill includes inlet and outer roller tables mounted in foundation; truck having lifting-rotating rollers and transporting rollers; welding apparatus arranged in balcony; apparatus for removing flux skin and belt conveyer with box for flux. Truck is mounted with possibility of motion on rail path. Lifting-rotating and transporting rollers are mounted in respective casings. Apparatus for removing flux skin is in the form of two chutes arranged mutually in parallel along axis of truck motion and having openings; double-horn rotary lever. Chutes are mounted on truck with possibility of horizontal motion with the aid of parallelogram mechanisms joined by kinematics links through tie rods and axles with casings of lifting-rotating rollers. Carrying roller and elastic scrapers are mounted in double-horn lever. Belt conveyer with box for flux is arranged under level of rail path.

EFFECT: lowered size, decreased metal consumption of mill, enhanced operational reliability of mill equipment.

SUBSTANCE: movable installation includes lifting table having lower wheeled platform and jointly mounted on it upper stand; mechanism for lifting and descending said stand; power hydraulic cylinder mounted on upper stand and communicated by means of hydraulic lines through control unit with high-pressure pump system; clamping device for mounting-dismounting bearing assemblies. High pressure pump system includes tank, pump aggregate, draining pipeline, suction pipeline connecting inlet of pump aggregate with tank. Lifting and descending mechanism is in the form of hydraulic cylinder and it is mounted on lower platform. Pump aggregate is arranged on upper lid of tank and it is in the form of displacement hydraulic pump with electric motor. Filter is mounted in suction pipeline. Control unit is in the form of body having two built-in safety valves, tap distributor and built-in non-return valve. Manometer and additional filter connected with draining pipeline and having pouring hole are connected with control unit. Hydraulic lines are in the form of flexible hoses. Installation is provided with additional power hydraulic cylinder that forms together with connected in parallel main hydraulic cylinder unit of power hydraulic cylinders. Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Similar cavities of hydraulic cylinders are mutually communicated. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, no-failure operation of installation.

FIELD: assembling of precise units of instruments by pressing-in with use of calibrated effort, by riveting and expanding with use of precession tool.

SUBSTANCE: press includes П-shaped housing; adjustable table mounted in struts of housing and fixed to said struts by means of pins; power hydraulic cylinder with axial motion of rod; rotation drive of precession head; pumping station of hydraulic drive unit. Rotation drive of precession head includes electric motor and belt transmission. Power hydraulic cylinder is rigidly mounted on cross piece of housing and it carries plate on end of spring-loaded rod. Said plate supports two plungers spaced in parallel relative to axis of rod and spring-loaded relative to housing. Pulleys of belt transmission of rotation drive are mounted in casing. The last is secured to plate in such a way that driven pulley is mounted on spindle coaxially relative to rod of hydraulic cylinder and driving pulley is mounted on the same axis as shaft of electric motor placed in cross piece of housing. Driving pulley and shaft of electric motor are kinematically joined by means of other shaft whose one end is mounted in shaft of electric motor and whose other end is joined by means of sliding dowel with opening of supporting axle of driving pulley. Spindle of driven pulley is joined with precession head.

EFFECT: improved design providing enhanced rigidity and working accuracy of press.

SUBSTANCE: in apparatus for assembling chain stop plate is mounted in such a way that its working surface is arranged in plane normal relative to pressing in plane. Upper non-working portion of stop plate at side of ending pressing-in cycle is inclined in horizontal plane to side from rotor type conveyer. Lower non-working portion of plate in vertical plane is inclined relative to vertical line to side from rotor type conveyer. Stop part of pusher exceeds diameter of head of pin. Rigid guides are arranged in plane parallel to pressing-in plane; said guides are in the form of roller tables with pitch between rollers of roller table less than pitch of chain links. Guides embrace upper branch of conveyer from downwards and branch of chain from upwards at least along the whole length of it. Drive unit is provided in addition with back-stroke mechanism. Splitter is in the form of plate that is jointly mounted in its mean portion along lateral sides on supporting surface in horizontal plane along motion direction of conveyer for moving pins and it forms two-arm lever. One end of said lever is spring-loaded from downwards with possibility of engaging with dents of conveyer for moving pins. Other end of said lever is Г-shaped one and it may engage by free end with pins on inclined trough. Horizontal axes of articulation joints in vertical plane are provided with holding levers rigidly joined with plate and mounted with possibility of engaging with pins on inclined trough.
