A device for transferring workpieces includes a rotary disk 1 mounted with the possibility of rotational motion in the lower part of the stamp 2 under the action of the cylinder 3. On the rotary disk 1 is installed with the possibility Versatel mounted gripping jaws - the hard 6 and spring 7 relative to the drive plate spring 8. The device operates as follows.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: blank-tube is produced from source work piece with lead-in part, with drive part in form of cylinder and with process face positioned in axial orifice on side of cylinder end. A forged piece is formed out of the blank-tube by radial reducing in a radial-reducing machine wherein the blank-tube is fixed in drive centre. Further, the forged piece is subjected to final mechanical treatment where the lead-in part is removed. There is used a hollow drive centre made with a small cylinder in a front part. On the end of the small cylinder there are intermittent circular or spiral teeth. A big cylinder is positioned in the middle part of the centre; it has external grooves without back walls, In a back part of the centre there is a shank end with conic or cylinder external surface. A hollow thrust centre is located in a cavity of the centre; in the back part of the hollow thrust centre there is arranged a device for its fixation in a process face of the blank-tube.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of metal for manufacture of barrels, their upgraded quality and reduced wear of used equipment and process accessories.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly to points designed to clamp and rotate thick-wall billet subjected to reduction at radial reducing machines. Proposed center comprises base with mounting seat made on its one end for attachment to radial reducing machine. Point is arranged on its opposite end. Said point has bore aligned with said mounting seat to center the billet. Inserted tenons are arranged on point face. Hardness of tenons equal 60 HRC while that of point is smaller than 50 HRC. Said tenons may be made up of rod with cone-, wedge- or pyramid-like working surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to auxiliary equipment for fast replacement of forging head of four-head forging devices. Proposed device comprises two parallel frames each being made up of two U-like supports. Said supports are pivoted together on every sides by four curved levers in pairs and articulated in pairs. Two pairs of equivalent adjustment levers are articulated to said supports. Pairs of levers are jointed together by adjustment screw extending through their pivot joints. One end of said screw is provided with handle. Pins are fitted in supports and curved lever pivot joints, in head transportation holes. Bottom supports of frames are jointed together additionally by means of braces.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and may be used for die forging products from aluminium alloys. Proposed line comprises two holding-melting furnaces with troughs and two mixers with air-cooled troughs arranged there behind. Circular table with regularly spaced mounts for cylindrical rheobillets is mounted at the column. Every mount has flange and is secured vertically in external inductor. Mount bottom accommodates piston-type pusher. Pusher end face is furnished with thrust having through transverse groove to receive spherical washer. Said washer is secured at hydraulic cylinder push rod arranged in offloading position under circular table. Mount air cooling manifolds are mounted under circular table to displace from rheobillets offloading position to melt teeming position. Forming tool is composed of die mounted at hydraulic press table. Manipulator with jaws is arranged to feed rheobillets from circular table to die.

Device comprises squeezing bush and thrust washer. Squeezing bush case incorporates spring-loaded blocks arranged radially in one plane, on both sides relative to axis. Hydraulic cylinder and retainer are arranged opposed in perpendicular plane. Said blocks and retainer have holes. Flexible element is fitted in said holes. Flexible element ends are secured at hydraulic cylinder rod.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in producing 5.45-30 mm-caliber gun barrels. Initial billet is heat treated and machined to produce a pipe. Lead-in part and driving part composed of cylinder with temporary chamber are produced at pipe ends. Annular grooves or cavities with decreasing diameters are formed at cylinder end to be open into each other and into temporary insert cavity. Pipe billet is subjected to radial squeezing at radial squeezer to produce barrel forged piece. Note here that said billet is secured at the machine centers. Driving center incorporates small cylinder with toothed end at front section. Large cylinder with outer grooves without rear walls is arranged at mid section of said center. Said rear part is composed of a shank. Hollow driving center cavity accommodates a hollow thrust center with device to lock it in temporary chamfer. Small cylinder diameter equals that of pipe billet driving part cylinder or exceeds it. Small cylinder is connected with large cylinder by inclined surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automation of multipass stamping of complex parts and can be used for transfer of heavy billets like log-length bar or rod in juxtaposition forges with vertical opening of female dies. Proposed device comprises post with flexible suspension to support billet transfer drive. Said mechanism comprises air cylinder and carriage. The latter comprises lateral thrusts and roller arranged at its front to support flexible suspension. Said carriage is coupled with air cylinder to reciprocate horizontally. Besides, aforesaid post accommodates sliders, first and second air thrusts, front thrust and detachable spacers. First and second air thrusts are driven by independent air cylinders.

Proposed feeder comprises stationary bed, claws, claw actuator to displace the claws along press positions, claw vertical drive and mechanisms to extend, clamp and unclamp the claws. claw actuator to displace the claws along press positions and vertical drive are composed by the frame with grippers secured thereto. Said frame can be swung by links articulated therewith. Hinge linked with crank is arranged at the centre of one of said links. Mechanisms to extend, clamp and unclamp the claws are equipped with motors. Said motors have disc rotor and stator mounted at fixed bed in the zone of operation of appropriate drive.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used in producing 4.5-30 mm-calibre gun barrels. Pipe billet radial-squeezing machine hollow driver arranged at front part and provided with teeth is shaped to truncated cone with its base centre changing into cylinder with outer lengthwise grooves without rear walls while its read part changes into the stem. Note here that larger-diameter is made at the driver front end exposed to smaller-diameter through chamber. Conical chamber without thread is made at driver front end while cylindrical chamber with thread is made at its top. Side surfaces of the latter are engaged with appropriate surfaces of screwed-in sleeve with auxiliary elements for appropriate wrench intended for assembly for driver or replacement of worn-out sleeve. Besides, seals are arranged in driver body grooves to rule out the ingress of water-based lubricant-coolant in the zone of contact between body and sleeve. There are transverse openings in said body for discharge of lubricant-coolant at machine operation.

EFFECT: better reparability, longer life, lower costs of forged pieces.
