(57) Abstract:

Usage: well drilling for various purposes with the cleaning of the bottom of the air-water mixture. The inventive device comprises a drilling bit connected to the bit body and placed inside the pipe. Tube forming with the casing an annular channel communicates with the atmosphere through holes in the housing. On the pipe outlet and inlet annular channel installed check valves with spring-loaded locking elements. The stiffness of the spring locking element of the first valve more to the stiffness of the spring locking element of the second valve. The pipe between the valves installed a water separator in the form of a reflector. The reflector is formed with a casing and pipe ring gaps. 1 Il.

The invention relates to the mining industry and can be used in devices for drilling, clearing of debris mainly air-to-water mixture and suppression in the annulus.

A device for drilling with dust suppression in the annular space, including a roller bit, a bar and a water separator, consisting of a socket and reflector installed with conceviable the ratio of the sizes of the cross-section of the inlet nozzle of the air and bore rod in place of the air, that significantly reduces the separating ability of the latter, resulting in the bottom hole gets a significant amount of water, which promotes the formation at the bottom of liquid sludge. This dramatically worsens conditions for bottom hole cleaning of debris and reduces the efficiency of the bit on the destruction of the rock bit. In addition, this device does not exclude the possibility of penetration of liquid sludge in the nipple cavity and support the bit and into the internal cavity of the rod at the location of the air that can cause flushing and a fast exit bit out of order.

The closest in technical essence and the achieved result is a device for drilling with dust suppression in the annulus containing the roller bit, the casing is placed inside the pipe, forming with the casing an annular channel communicates with the atmosphere through holes in the housing and the air dryer as set on the tube reflector, forming an annular gap with the housing and the pipe, of which the latter through radial holes in the pipe is in communication with the internal cavity [2] .

This device allows Powys the wow section of the annular gap between the reflector of the air, casing and pipe. Its disadvantage is that it, like the previous device, it is not excluded the possibility of penetration of liquid sludge in the nipple cavity and the bit bearing, and the annular channel through the holes in the housing with short-term (extension rods) or long (emergency power) leaving the device with the bit in the borehole without purging. Especially great is the danger of zalamovanie bit and the annular channel of the device for drilling wells in flooded soils.

The purpose of the invention is to prevent penetration of liquid sludge in the nipple cavity and the bit bearing, and the annular channel of the device.

For this known device containing the bit, the body is placed inside the pipe, forming with the casing an annular channel communicates with the atmosphere through holes in the housing and the air dryer as set on the tube reflector, forming an annular gap with the housing and the pipe, of which the latter through radial holes in the pipe communicated with its internal cavity containing two successive check valves with spring-loaded locking elements, one of which is the mouth of the first valve more rigidity of the locking element of the second, when this separator is located between the valves.

Supply device two successive non-return valves helps to protect from cuttings of the drill and the annular channel through the creation of an "air cushion" in the threaded cavity of the bit and the specified channel, which prevents the penetration of slurry into the base of the bit from its vent channels and the sides of the cone and the annular channel with side holes in the hull. The greater stiffness of the spring locking element installed on the pipe outlet check valve, provides his primary closure after the termination of the purge wells than is achieved by the separation of the nipple cavity of the bit from reported to her the annular channel of the device and reducing the volume of the cavity in which the "air cushion" creates a back-pressure valve installed at the inlet of the annular channel, which significantly enhances the protective function of both valves. If the stiffness of the spring gate valve installed at the inlet annular channel, was equal to or greater than the stiffness of the spring gate valve on the outlet pipe, it would be closed first, as it is located closer to the air source. This is the first valve inlet annular channel, which would prevent the closing of the valve and decrease the volume of the cavity under the effect of this pillow, and it would create the conditions for penetration of the slurry in the nipple cavity of the bit, and into the annular channel. The placement of the air between the valve prevents the accumulation of separated liquid in the annular channel of the device with the minimum volume of the cavity in which to create the "air cushion", and, consequently, to increase the efficiency of samozasiti.

The device comprises a roller bit 1 with a Central vent channel 2 (the variant with three side vent channels) and channels 3 and rinsing of supports connected to the bit body 4 and placed inside the pipe 5 forming with the casing an annular channel 6. In case 4 with holes 7 reporting annular channel 6 with the atmosphere. Outlet pipe 5 has a non-return valve 8 with the spring loaded locking element 9 and the inlet annular channel 6 - return valve 10 with the spring loaded locking element 11. The stiffness of the spring locking element 9 of the valve 8 more stiffer spring of separately, which forms with the housing 1 an annular gap 13, and the pipe 5 to the annular gap 14. The annular gap 14 through radial holes 15 in the pipe 5 is communicated with the inner cavity 16.

In the process of drilling bit is transmitted axial load and torque under the action of which is the destruction of the rocks on the bottom of a well.

To clean the hole of debris in the unit is an air-water mixture (air force). Under the pressure of the air force the check valve 10 is opened and the air force enters the annular channel 6, where with the help of the air dryer 12 is the release of water from the stream of the air force. The separated water on the inner wall of the housing 1 flows into the holes 7 and through them with part of the air fed into the well annulus above the bit, creating a continuous water barrier in the path of movement of the rising dusty flow and implementing dust suppression at some distance from the face. The dry air in annular space 14 and then through the radial holes 15 is fed into the internal cavity 16 of the pipe 5. Air pressure opens the check valve 8 and the air enters the nipple cavity of the bit 1. From nipple cavity portion of the air channel 3 bit comes in about eposredstvenno on the borehole bottom to clean it of debris. At the termination of the feed device of the air force, for example, when the capacity of drilling rod is closed first check valve 8 to the inlet pipe 5, creating an "air cushion" in the threaded cavity of the bit 1, and then the check valve 10, creating the same pillow in the annular channel 6. As a result, the device is protected from cuttings from the bit, and the holes 7 in the housing 1.

Thus, by carrying out the invention may be obtained from the technical result consists in the protection of the device from cuttings from the borehole bottom.

Chisel has valve node, made in form of balancer, mounted in central hollow of chisel on axis. Upper end of balancer is made in form of blade, and lower end in form of plate, mounted with possible periodical overlapping of central washing aperture of chisel during swaying of balancer due to hydraulic flows of liquid.

SUBSTANCE: cooling is performed by providing direct air flows circulation in gaps between drilling bit leg, axle and rolling members along with air flows discharge through central channel made in the axle. Air flow parts are supplied into unloaded roller bearing zones and in grooves of thrust journal and are directed through one or several orifices of unloaded major race, which are communicated with channels extending through axle and in leg body. The air flow parts bypass seal and orifice for locking finger receiving. Outlet orifices to feed air flows from bearing assembly cavity to hole annuity are created in rounded leg back surfaces so that cooling air jets are directed in gap between leg back and well wall or the outlet orifices are formed in side leg surfaces so that the jets are directed into hole annuity by-passing well wall to create injection effect during well bottom cleaning of cut rock.

SUBSTANCE: flushing unit comprises nozzle with stepped outer surface and sealing member. The nozzle and the sealing member are secured in socket made in roller bit body channel by means of stop installed in nozzle step having lesser diameter. The nozzle is provided with additional step located from inlet side thereof and having outer diameter corresponding to inner diameter of flushing channel. Flushing unit stop is made as shear spring-loaded ring. Flushing channel sides are provided with mating annular boring. Inner and outer diameters of spring ring in compressed state are smaller than outer diameter of nozzle step having lesser diameter and greater than socket diameter. Nozzle travel, namely distance from upper end of nozzle stage having larger diameter to socket bottom is not less than lower stage height.

SUBSTANCE: flushing unit comprises body with channel and socket provided with annular bore, nozzle with sealing member installed in the socket and retaining ring arranged in the annular bore and having fixer. The nozzle has stepped inner surface and is provided with through slots made in nozzle step having lesser diameter. Fixer is made as a disc with extensions on side outer surface, which mate slots made in inner retaining ring surface. Fixer extensions in free state have widths exceeding that of through slots made in retaining ring. Fixer length defined by disc extensions exceeds diameter of larger stage of closed retaining ring. The fixer is made of two symmetric parts movably connected one to another by two rods offset relatively fixer axis. Springs are put on the rods and are supported by inner sides of fixer parts facing each other. Rods can be longitudinally displaced.

SUBSTANCE: flushing unit comprises nozzle with stepped outer surface and sealing member, which are retained in cone bit body socket by means of stop member. The stop member is installed on nozzle step having lesser diameter. The stop member is made as split spring ring, side walls of flushing channel are provided with corresponding annular bore. Inner and outer diameters of spring ring in closed state are smaller than outer diameter of lesser nozzle stage and greater than socket diameter correspondingly. Nozzle height is less than socket height defined from upper annular bore end to socket bottom. Flushing unit is provided with protective bush having outlet part located in nozzle inlet. Protective bush may be fixedly connected to the body or slidably arranged in channel.

Safety extensions of retaining split spring ring are made as collet members arranged in annular bore depression in working position.
