(57) Abstract:

The inventive pigment concentrate black color for dyeing leather contains black carbon 9,0 - 12,0% , alizarin oil 1,00 - 1,66% , 25% aqueous ammonia solution for 0,19 0,31% , 10% aqueous solution of casein 26,20 - 39,20% , 26% methacrylic emulsion on THE N 6-01-1289-85 0,72 - 1,14% , dispersant NF 0,09 - 0,27% , 2% aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose 3,85 - 9,00% , phenyl of 0.025 - 0.1% , the toluene of 0.004 to 0.01% , water the rest. Pigment concentrate has ukryvistostju equal to 1.4-1.6 g/m2. table 1.

The invention relates to dyes and can be used in the production of pigment concentrates of black color for dyeing leather.

The claimed invention is directed to solution of the problem consisting in the provision of improved indicators of paint, namely, coverage, depth of coloration of the skin.

Known composition of the pigment concentrate for finishing leather that includes the following components, wt. % : pigment 45-55; alizarin oil 8-12; nekal 8-12; dispersant NF (the condensation product of naphthalene sulfonic acids with formaldehyde and neutralized with sodium hydroxide) 2-3 and water the rest.

The disadvantage of this analog is low Healey skin, containing, by weight. % : soot 20-24; glycerin or ethylene glycol 10-17; triethanolamine 2-4; phenol of 0.2-0.3; dispersant NF 2,5-3,0; alizarin oil 1-3; nigrosine 1-5; p-phenyleneamine 0.1 to 5; hydrogen peroxide 0-2; water, to 100.

The disadvantage of analog is insufficient opacity (9 g/m2and the depth of the colour.

The closest to the technical nature of the claimed invention is selected as a prototype structure for surface dyeing of leather, which contains, by weight. % : carbon black furnace 51-54; methyl cellulose 0.25 to 0,27; alizarin oil from 0.25 to 0.27; 25% ammonia solution 0,18-0,20; 10% aqueous solution of casein 17-18; 20% aqueous wax emulsion 4-5, 20% aqueous emulsion of a copolymer of methyl acrylate, butyl acrylate and methacrylic acid 26-27; 20% aqueous emulsion of a copolymer of butadiene with methyl methacrylate 26-27; water, to 100.

The prototype of the invention has the following similar significant features.

The presence of the pigment concentrate of carbon black as a black pigment; a derivative of cellulose to increase the strength of the coating; solution of casein to improve the adhesion of the film to the surface of the skin; alizarin oil and wax emulsion as a plasticizer; dissolve the future.

The disadvantage of the prototype is the low quality of the coloring composition, which is manifested in low values for opacity (5 g/m2), insufficient depth of color (graphite shade).

This disadvantage is due to the fact that used as part of the prototype components, namely, methyl cellulose as a gelling agent contributes to the strength of the resulting layer, but does not provide sufficient opacity due to the lack of soot interaction with the skin. The use of derivatives of acrylic acid promotes the strength of the film, but does not provide sufficient dispersion of the pigment, which reduces covering ability.

The aim of the invention is to improve the quality of the coloration of the skin and reduction of pigment concentrate by improving the opacity of the pigment, which is manifested in terms of coverage.

To achieve the objectives of the claimed invention "Pigment concentrate black color for dyeing leather" contains a set of components necessary and sufficient to achieve the goal.

Soot carbon (9-12 wt. % ); alizarin oil (1,0-1.66 wt. % ); 25% aqueous who dispersant NF (0,09-0.27 wt. % ); 2% aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose (3,85-9 wt. % ); phenol (0,025-01, mass. % ); toluene (of 0.004-0.01 wt. % ); water, to 100.

In relation to the prototype of the claimed invention has the following distinctive features. Use as a derivative of cellulose carboxymethycellulose (CMC) contributes to the process of interaction between the components of the concentrate with skin and improves the covering power and durability of the dye layer.

Use as derivatives of acrylic acid polymers of methyl acrylate, increasing the degree of disaggregation of the emulsion and prevents the process of agglomeration of particles.

Additional introduction as a stabilizer of toluene and phenol.

The additional introduction of the pigment concentrate dispersant NF contributing to the dispersion of pigment particles, leads to increasing coverage and decreasing pigment.

Between the features and the aim of the invention is the following cause-and-effect relationship. Use as derived cellulose carboxymethyl cellulose together with the introduction of the methyl acrylate and the introduction of additional dispersant NF leads not only to optimizarea full interaction of the concentrate with the painted surface, increasing the hiding power of the pigment is from 5 to 1.4-2.7 g/m2in the result, the flow of the pigment is reduced more than in 2 times and deepening colors of the painted skin.

Know the use of dispersant NF in the paint coating dyeing of leather, in quantity at a higher claimed, however, this goal is achieved only when the NP in combination with carboxymethylcellulose.

The possibility of implementation of the invention using the combination of the claimed features is confirmed by the examples.

P R I m e R 1-4. The pigment paste is obtained on the basis of carbon black, alizarin oil, 25% aqueous ammonia solution, 10% aqueous solution of casein, 25% methacrylic emulsion dispersant NF, 2% aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose, phenol, toluene and water. The mixture was thoroughly stirred with a stirrer at ambient temperature until complete mixing of the components.

The table shows the quantitative content of the concentrate and opacity.

The choice of boundary values for the number of components of the pigment concentrate is due to the fact that the lower values of components are required which leads to improved coverage.

By reducing the content of 2% aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose less of 3.85 wt. % does not enhance the interaction between the components of the concentrate with skin and covering ability is reduced. The increase in the content of this component more than 9.00 wt. % impractical because does not improve quality.

Reduction soderjanii NF less than 0.09 wt. % leads to deterioration of dispersibility of the particles, which reduces covering ability, increase greater than 0.27 wt. % impractical because does not improve quality.

The decrease in the content of methacrylic emulsion, phenol and toluene less 0,72, 0,025, 0.004 wt. % respectively leads to the formation of agglomerates, increasing the top of the proposed limits is impractical because of the properties of the pigment are not changed. In addition, phenol and toluene in the concentration ensure the safety of concentrate from damage during storage. Industrial applicability is confirmed by the test report.
