FIELD: chemical industry; production of polymeric compositions on the epoxy basis.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to production of polymeric compositions on the epoxy basis. The invention offers a composition for protection of internal surfaces of fuel tanks-caissons of aircrafts made out of aluminum alloys against corrosion at the long-term usage in a fuel medium and it also may be applied to protect interior and exterior surfaces of means of transport and structures made out of magnesia alloys and steel. The offered composition for application as a metal coating contains: in the capacity of a polymeric binding - epoxydianil resin or epoxyorganosilicon resin; in the capacity of a modifying agent - polysulfide or butadieneacryl nitrile carboxylated rubber; as a hardener - organosilicone amine - γ-aminopropyltriethoxy silane, 1-amino hexamethylene -6- hexamethylenetriethoxy silane or a condensation product of γ-aminopropyltriethoxy silane, a mineral filler - barium sulfate, aerosil, talcum, titanium dioxide or their mixes; in the capacity of abscopal pigments - strontium chromate, barium chromate, chromium phosphate or their mixes; organic solvent - xylene, acetone, butyl acetate, ethyl cellosolve or their mixes at the following components ratio(in mass shares): polymeric binding - 100, modifying agent - 9-50, a hardener - 5-80, a mineral filler - 25-105, inhibiting pigments - 30-140, organic solvent - 5-200. The offered composition allows to produce a fuel and a water-resistant coating with high adhesive and physical-mechanical characteristics, fungi-resistant, protective features ensuring at small thickness (a small weight of the coating) the long-term protection of the fuel tanks-caissons, which are operating in the liquid hostile environments at the temperature difference from-60°C up to (+100-150)°C.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a fuel and a water-resistant coating with the high adhesive and physical-mechanical characteristics, fungi-resistant, protective features.

FIELD: special compositions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions used in preparing heat-protective covers based on silicon-containing ceramic hollow microspheres and able to withstand strong temperature drops. Composition for preparing heat-protective cover comprising hollow ceramic microspheres as a filling agent, a polymeric binding agent, technological additive and water involves hollow ceramic microspheres of specific mass 450-750 kg/m3, hardness value by Mohs scale 5.0-6.0 as a filling agent and in the following distribution of particles by sizes, wt.-%: basis diameter 250-350 mcm, 30-62; diameter 5-10 mcm, 15.0-20.0; diameter 10-30 mcm, 5.0-30.0; diameter 30-50 mcm, 5.0-30.0; diameter 60-100 mcm, 8.0-10.0; diameter 100-250 mcm, 5.0-10.0; as a polymeric binding agent the composition comprises latex chosen from group involving: modified acryl acetate latex, 33-38% latex of copolymer of butadiene, acrylonitrile and methacrylic acid, copolymer of styrene and n-butyl acrylate in the ratio 1:1 by mass; as a technological additive the composition comprises a froth breaker chosen from group comprising: silicon froth breakers, tributyl phosphate, polyester derivatives of fatty acids in the following ratio of components, wt.-%: abovementioned microspheres, 18-32; abovementioned froth breaker, 0.01-1.0; abovementioned binding agent, 8.0-12.0, and water - up to 100. Invention provides expanding assortment of compositions for preparing heat-protective covers, enhancing heat-protecting, heat-physical indices of cover with high uniformity and cohesion strength of cover with a basis, expanding region of working temperature from -60°C to +260°C. Invention can be used in filed of building, machine engineering, aviation, railway transport wherein surfaces require conferring heat-protective properties in exploitation of covers under rigid temperature conditions.

EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of composition.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in road construction. The coating contains a polymer base - two liquid low-molecular weight rubbers with terminal epoxy and carboxyl functional groups, copolymerisable and three-dimensionally cross-linked by an agent. Said rubber is polydiene isoprene urethane rubber with terminal epoxy groups and polybutadiene rubber with terminal carboxyl groups. The coating also contains filler in form of polyfractional silicon dioxide and additionally contains processing additives which include a three-dimensionally cross-linking agent with epoxy functional groups which are antipodal with respect to carboxyl groups, a thixotropic booster and an elastomer pigment - technical carbon and a catalyst for three-dimensional cross-linking rubber. The ingredients are in the following ratio, wt %: two liquid low-molecular weight rubbers with terminal epoxy and carboxyl functional groups - 9.0-18.0, polyfractional silicon dioxide - 77.0-86.5, process additives - 4.5-5.0.

EFFECT: improved waterproofing properties and frost-resistance of road asphalt.

SUBSTANCE: energy-preserving anticorrosion coating with reduced fire hazard includes filling agent - closed noncombustible glass hollow microspheres 3M with size from 30 to 110 mcm, representing free-flowing powders with bulk density 0.10-0.15 g/cm3, titanium dioxide, additionally contains latex of grade SKD-1S, acryl dispersions "Akremos-101" and "Akremos-402", fluralit (nano-polytetrafluoroethylene), flame retardants - decabromodiphenyloxide and aluminium hydroxide, fungicide - polyhexamethylguanidine phosphate, foam extinguisher BYK-037, with the following component ratio, wt.p.: latex of grade SKD-1S- 4.00-27.92, acryl dispersion "Akremos-101" - 32.00-55.20, acryl dispersion "Akremos-402" - 0.77-0.80, glass hollow microspheres 3M - 14.54-35.86, Fluralit (nano-polytetrafluoroethylene) - 1.00-6.20, decabromodiphenyloxide - 4.80-7.00, aluminium hydroxide - 5.10-5.10, titanium dioxide - 0.70-1.20, polyhexamethylguanidine phosphate - 0.22-0.24, foam extinguisher BYK-037 - 0.32-0.35.

EFFECT: method is characterised by good manufacturability, coating is characterized by low heat conductivity, good strength, anticorrosion, fungicidal and fire-protective properties.

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat-resistant coatings intended for protection of inner surfaces of ramjet engines against action of high-enthalpy streams of fuel combustion products with high speeds of flow (200-300 m/s), combustion temperature ~2,000 °C in oxidising medium. Thermal-protective coating composition contains woven filler and binder. Characterised by that woven filler contains a light-weight silica fabric, binder used is butadiene-nitrile carboxylate latex, which additionally contains silicon carbide with particle size 5-7 mcm, at following ratio (wt%): lightweight silica fabric 40-55; butadiene-nitrile carboxylate latex 35-40; silicon carbide 10-20.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of performance characteristics of solid-fuel air-jet engines in conditions of high-temperature gas flow due to reduction of weight of heat protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used as paint coating of building structures and structures of concrete, brick, metal and wood. Water dispersion paint with high wear resistance is described for construction materials for interior works, which contains latex of polyacrylate or butadiene-styrene rubber as base, polyacrylamide as homogenizer, titanium dioxide or zinc dioxide, epoxy resin as filler, polyethylenepolyamine as hardener, antiseptic, water treated by magnetic field as diluent, with following component ratio, wt%: latex of polyacrylate or butadiene-styrene rubber 50-60, epoxy resin 4-5, polyacrylamide 0.5-1.0, polyethylene polyamine 0.2-0.4, titanium dioxide or zinc dioxide 20-25, water treated by magnetic field 10-30, antiseptic 2-4.

FIELD: manufacture of building materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to fireproofing materials based on intercalated graphite compounds and is designed for applying fireproofing coatings of outdoor and indoor surfaces of civilian- and military-destination objects, for treating industrial structures to block propagation of fire due to imparted fireproofing and high heat-insulation properties under high temperature conditions. Fireproofing composition proposed comprises 50% acrylic dispersion as binder, urea-formaldehyde resin, oxidized graphite as oxidant, pentaerythritol and Na-carboxymethylcellulose as carbonizer, titanium dioxide and calcium carbonate as filler, urea as hardener, and water, said 50% acrylic dispersion being based on copolymer of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, and methacrylic acid at ratio 47:52:1 and said filler being in the form of chopped glass thread at specified proportion of constituents.

EFFECT: increased tensile strength and reduced variation in linear dimensions.

FIELD: oil producing industry; natural gas industry; production of the anticorrosive primer coating.

SUBSTANCE: the invention represents the anticorrosive primer coating intended for the anticorrosive protection of the steel pipelines predominantly of the oil pipelines and the natural gas pipelines at their building and overhaul and may be used for zone insulation of the welded couplings of the pipes together with the thermal shrink couplings and also for reconditioning of the insulation defects. For increasing the adhesion strength to the polyethylene and the steel as well as the primer coating protection stability against the cathodic spalling at the heightened temperature and slowing down of the underfilm corrosion by the primer coating it contains the butadien-styrene rubber, n-tret- butylphenolformaldehyde pitch, the copolymer of ethylene with the vinylacetate of "Evalan" brand, the mixture of the aminemethyl derivatives of nonylphenols and their hydrochlorides in the ratio from 25:1 up to 1:1, pyrocatechol, magnesium oxide, industrial carbon and the petroleum solvent.

EFFECT: the invention ensures, that the anticorrosive primer coating provides the anticorrosive protection for the oil and natural gas steel pipelines at their building and overhaul, for the pipelines welded couplings areas insulation as well as reconditioning of the insulation defects.

FIELD: fire safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of fire-retardant coatings based on a polymer binder and can be used in rubber industry. Composition for rubber fire-retardant coatings contains the binder based on chloroprene rubber and a process additive. As a binder, it contains a composition of NT polychloroprene rubber, 101K butylphenol formaldehyde resin, thiuram, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, organic solvent, which is a mixture of equal weight parts of ethyl acetate and oil solvent. As a processing additive, it contains basalt fibers.

EFFECT: invention provides increase in fire-retardant properties of the coating and its adhesion to rubber.

SUBSTANCE: composition for fire-retardant rubber coutings comprising a binder based on chloroprene rubber and a processing additive, contains a composition of polychloroprene rubber of nairit DP, butylphenolformaldehyde resin 101 K, water, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, an organic solvent representing half-and-half mixture of ethyl acetate and nefras, comprises a dispersed carbon fiber as a processing additive with average weighted length of about 200 microns.

SUBSTANCE: fibreglass includes a prepreg that uses fibreglass and a phenolformaldehyde binder that contains a resole phenolformaldehyde resin, which uses a highly concentrated condensation product of phenol and paraformaldehyde, an organic solvent used as acetone, and a novolac phenolformaldehyde resin. In addition, the binder further comprises pyrogenic silica and polycyclic amine, which is used as urotropine.

EFFECT: reducing the heat generation during combustion, increasing the mechanical properties, viscosity control and reduction of gel time.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and machine-building industry and repairing equipment by applying polymer coatings on metal articles and machine components, particularly mounting seats of bearings in metal parts of machines. The coating composition contains the following components (in wt %): lacquer F-40 - 87-88; aluminium powder PAP-1 - 11.5-12.0 and bronze powder B1PP-1 - 0.5-1.0, having defined grain-size compositions.

EFFECT: invention reduces hardening temperature and time, reduces power consumption in thermal treatment of the deposited polymer coating and improves deformation-strength properties of films made from the coatings.
