SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining polymethylene naphthalene sulphonates (PNS) with a regulated low content of sodium sulphate, which includes sulphonation of a naphthalene-containing raw material with a sulphonating agent under conditions of the forced discharge of a steam-gas mixture of a balanced composition to a degree of action of sulphuric acid 1.5-4% counted per residual sulphuric acid, with the regulation of naphthalene and water content in the steam-gas mixture and a quantity of the discharged steam-gas mixture in total being carried out by a step-by-step creation of vacuum, and the first stage of sulphonation is carried out in a standard sulphurator apparatus in a temperature interval of 140-168°C and pressure in the apparatus of 0-20 kPa, and at the second stage in the same apparatus without interruption of the technological process, vacuum -15÷-90 kPa is created with an exposure at a temperature of 150-155°C, with further increase of temperature at the end of the process to 160-165°C and obtaining a sulphomass with the total titratable acidity of 22.5-26%.

EFFECT: elaborated is the method of obtaining PNS with the regulated low content of sodium sulphate, which can be applied as dispersants of powder-like materials of different nature, in particular as superplasticisers of concrete mixtures and mortars.

FIELD: methods of production of electret items, electret filters and respirators.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of production of electret items, electret filters and respirators with heightened resistivity to the oil mist. The invention falls into production processes of electret items, electret packed beds and respirators, and may be used for removal of corpuscles from gases, especially for removal of aerosols from air. The method provides for: formation of a melted material consisting of a mixture of a polymer composed of a mixture of a polymer representing a non-current-conducting thermoplastic resin with a specific resistivity exceeding 1014 Ohms·cm with a fluorine compound as an additive compound; shaping it to the required form and quenching it up to the temperature lower than the melting point of the polymer. The material is calcined and treated with an electric charge to give it electret properties. The invention improves the capability of filtering oily aerosols.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of polymer materials and, in particular, micro- and nanofibers showing elevated strength and durability, which can be employed in a variety of technical fields, including their use in various filters. Composition of fine fiber having diameters between 0,001 and 2 μm contains addition or condensation polymer and aromatic-nature resinous additive with molecular weight 500 to 3000, which additive may be disposed on the surface of fiber. Preparation method comprises exposure of polymer solution to electric field to form accelerated solution strands. Subsequent vaporization of solvent provides formation of fine fiber. Fibers are collected on a substrate and subjected to heat treatment at temperature not superior to melting point of polymer. From thus obtained fiber, fine-fiber material is manufactured.

Invention proposes antibacterial oligoethoxy-(4-organocarboxyphenyloxy)-tetrasiloxanes. These compounds are able to protect textile materials from biodamages and not to be washed off from surface of their fibers in multiple launderings and chemical cleansings. Invention proposes a method for synthesis of claimed oligoethoxy-(4-organocarboxyphenyloxy)-tetrasiloxanes by the condensation reaction of 1 g-mole of decaethoxytetrasiloxane with a desired amount of g-moles of the corresponding 4-organocarboxyphenol representing 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ester in the presence of catalytic amount of tetrachlorosilane at heating and stirring and with simultaneous distillation of formed ethyl alcohol.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to technology of production of polycaproamide fibers and may be used in production of cord and technical threads for their stabilisation. Method of production of thermally-light-stabilised polycaproamide thread includes melting of polycaproamide granulated material and thread spinning. Prior to spinning via polymer concentrate multi-component thermal light stabiliser is introduced, which is taken in the following ratio: granulated material "ПА"-6 - 90-92%, multi-component thermal light-stabiliser - 8-10%. The latter consists of the following: - univalent copper salt 0.6-0.7%, potassium halogenide 2.4-5.6%), auxiliary additive: organic component from triazols class, plasticisers on the basis of stearates, phenol anti-oxidant 3.7-5%, optical bleach from class of benzoxazole 0-0.05%.

EFFECT: increase of thermal light resistance of cord and technical threads; preservation of strength properties after impregnation, thermal treatment and vulcanisation and reduction of elementary copper depositing on internal surfaces of technological equipment and draw die sets.

FIELD: light industry; methods of treatment of the furry semi-finished products.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of light industry, in particular, to the method of treatment of the furry semi-finished products. The furry semi-finished product is treated with the low-temperature plasma in the vacuum chamber under pressure of 25-30 Pa in the medium of the argon gas. The treatment is conducted at the oscillator frequency of 13.56 MHz, with the current strength on the anode of the oscillation valve of 0.65-0.8 A within plasma action time of 3-5 minutes and at the rate of argon consumption of 0.03-0.05 g/s. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the fur abradability, the increased strength of bonding of the fur side with the skin tissue and strength of a hair at stretching.

EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of the fur abradability, the increased strength of the fur side pelage with the skin tissue and strength of the fur at stretching.

FIELD: fire-retardant ornamental textile materials, fillers for fire retardant composites.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes burn retardant into polyester fiber. As burn retardant 5-7 % dimethyl phosphonate aqueous solution is used. Additionally material is treated with CO2-laser irradiation with power of 350 W, density of 5.3 W/cm, for 25-30 s up to dimethyl phosphonate content on fiber of 12-15 mass %. Fibers are characterized with oxygen index of 31.5-33 %, and fiber durability is narrow increased.

Changeable resonance wave-guides are used for providing necessary oscillating shifts and stresses transmitted to treated surface depending upon manufacturing process demands. Hydraulic collars are arranged on movable sleeve. Elastic time-lag member system includes in addition piston, bolt coupled with piston and arranged along lengthwise axis of acoustic system, seals arranged between housing and lateral walls of piston for providing fluid-tightness of housing. Ultrasound irradiator is mounted on end of one of changeable resonance wave-guides, its working tip is changeable and it has different shape depending upon demands of manufacturing process. Spring of elastic time-lag member system is changeable, its geometry size and material are selected according to demands of manufacturing process.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises treating the fiber made of a belt by moving the fiber over the perforated electrode and under the corona needles of the second electrode. The electrodes are energized with 30-60-kV potential that changes its sign for the opposite one every 1.5 second in the zone of corona discharge. The electrodes are spaced at a distance of 10 mm from the boundaries of the fiber from both sides. The distance between the tips of the corona needles and perforated electrode is 10 mm.
