FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: locking-fixing device of turning gear consists of holder and spring, of piston pneumatic cylinder, outlet end of rod of which is connected to turning gear. In the rod of the pneumatic cylinder there is made an axial orifice wherein there are installed a spring and a holder with a piston. The holder has an axial orifice and a radial orifice connected to it for admission of compressed air. At the end part of the rod there is installed an eye with a through axial orifice and radial orifice coaxial to the holder and facilitating interaction of the eye with the holder. The rotating eye is installed in a support. An axle is arranged in the through axial orifice of the eye. The axle is stationary connected with the support and has an axial orifice wherein there is installed a connecting pipe for admission of compressed air. The rotating eye also has the radial orifice connected with the axial orifice and coaxial to the holder and a guiding groove facilitating interaction of the axle and the holder. Additionally, the eye is connected to the turning gear by means of a lever and a pressure plate.

SUBSTANCE: displacement device to be used with actuators is described. The displacement device to be used with a piston actuator comprises the first bush which, at least partially, is enclosed by the second bush and connected to the second bush in a movable way. The displacement device is additionally equipped by a stop to limit the value of displacement of the first bush in respect to the second bush, and the displacement element is set between the first and the second ends of respectively the first and the second bushes to press the first bush from the second bush. The displacement element is completely placed inside the chamber provided by the first bush and the second bush.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to devices intended for conversion of working fluid energy into mechanical energy. Hydraulic drive of reciprocal motion consists of housing, dual-action hydraulic cylinder with piston with rod and dividing cavity of hydraulic cylinder into piston and rod chambers. Each chamber is equipped with a nozzle to feed working body. Piston is made double and together with rod is fixed on housing of hydraulic drive. Piston rod on both sides is hollow, with formation inside rod of two cavities separated by blind web arranged in area of piston at its central part. One rod is connected to cavity of piston chamber of hydraulic cylinder channels made in wall of rod in area of piston on side of piston chamber. Another rod is connected with rod chambers of hydraulic cylinder channels made in wall of rod in area of piston on side of piston chamber. Hydraulic cylinder to displace the piston, and on its surface there is a gear rack to interact with gear arranged in housing of hydraulic drive and installed on actuator driven unit.

EFFECT: simplified design.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: biasing device for use with a piston actuator of a fluid valve includes a tubular seat member, a tubular retention member, a tubular retention bracket and a biasing element disposed between an external annular flange of tubular seat member and an external annular flange of tubular seat bracket. Tubular retention member is partially disposed within tubular seat member. Latter passes through an opening in inner flange of tubular seat member, and plate is larger than opening in inner flange of tubular seat member. Tubular retention member is partially located in tubular seat bracket and passes through an opening in inner flange of tubular seat bracket. Basing member is seated against exterior annular flange of tubular seat member and against exterior annular flange of tubular seat bracket.

EFFECT: tubular retention member is attached to seat bracket to form a self-contained device.
