Output of comparator element is connected to input of unit forming control action, whose output is connected with reversible actuator coupled with tensioner.

Air if forced inside tight chamber of said cartridges at constant flow rate and controlled pressure. With pressure deviation rate deflecting from preset magnitude, tension of thread is varied. Preset pressure reached, winding is terminated. Proposed device comprises split drum, reel holder, central air duct, pressure gage, ADC, microprocessor device, PROM, mad-to-machine interface, power amplifier, electromagnetic switch and controlled thread tensioner. Microprocessor controls said switch and thread tensioner subject to data received from pressure gage. Sets of identical reels with preset hydraulic resistance and preset diameter.
EFFECT: reduced heat consumption, optimised use of dyer.

Control device comprises warping shaft drive motor, pressure beam drive motor, warping shaft rpm transducer, divider unit, warping shaft rpm counter, winding warp preset thickness generation unit, relay unit and adder. Note here that outputs winding radius and warping shaft rpm transducer are connected to appropriate inputs of divider unit its output being connected to first inputs of adder and relay unit. Second input of the latter is connected via warping shaft rpm counter to warping shaft rpm transducer, its output being connected via winding warp preset thickness generation unit to second input of the adder connected to pressure beam drive motor.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of warp density and length maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: device of control of formation of warping shafts comprises an electric drive of the warping shaft, an electric drive of the compacting shaft, a speed sensor of the warping shaft. The device additionally comprises a measuring instrument of the length of wound base, a calculator of rotation angle of the warping shaft, the initialisation unit of winding radius, a setting unit of the density index of winding, a squaring device, a multiplier unit, a division unit, and two adders. At that the speed sensor of the warping shaft is connected with its output through the calculator of rotation angle of the warping shaft to the first input of the multiplier unit and to the input of the squaring device which is connected with its output to the first input of the division unit which is connected by its second input to the output of the first adder which first input is connected to the output of the multiplier unit and the second - to the output of the sensor of the length of wound base. At that the output of the division unit is connected to the first input of the second adder, which second input is connected to the output of the setting unit of the density index of winding and the output is connected to the input of the electric drive of the compacting shaft.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of stabilisation of winding density and length of the wound base.

The device for regulating tension of web material comprises a roll electric drive, a sensor of the roll speed of rotation, a tension sensor, a sensor of length of the wound material, an adder, a switching unit, a unit of setting the material module of elasticity, a unit of setting tension, a scaling unit, a second adder, a first and second units of division, and an integrator. The tension sensor is connected with its output to the first input of the first adder and the first input of the first unit of division. The second input of the first unit of division is connected to the output of the unit of setting the material module of elasticity, and the output to the first input of the second unit of division. The second input of the second unit of division is connected to the output of the sensor of length of the wound material. The output of the second unit of division through the break contact of the switching unit is connected to the first input of the second adder. The second input of the second adder through the open contact of the switching unit is connected to the sensor of length of the wound material. The input of the switching unit is connected to the sensor of the roll speed of rotation. The output of the second adder through the scaling unit is connected to the integrator input. The integrator is connected with its output to the input of the unit of setting tension. The output of the unit of setting tension is connected to the second input of the first adder. The first adder with its output is connected to the input of the roll electric drive.
EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of stabilization of winding density is provided.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of facilities to control tension of guy lines in antenna posts. The device comprises the first and second connection links, a base, a double two-arm lever and a compressible element in the form of a bent sheet spring with slots. The base comprises the main plane of the base with shelves arranged on it. The double two-arm lever is formed by two parallel arranged plates and their three axes that connect them. By the first axis the lever is connected to shelves of the base, on the second axis there is the first connecting link fixed, and the third axis rests against the bent sheet spring with slots. The spring with ends rests against the main plane of the base, and the shelves of the base enter the spring slots. The second connecting link is fixed on the shelves of the base. On external surfaces of the base shelf and the plate of the double two-arm lever there are lines, matching which signals achievement of the required stretching force applied to the device via the first and second connecting links.

Device for determination of winding density of reeled materials equipped with a pulse sensor measuring roll RPM, computer, pulse sensor of roll radius, relay unit, two analogue-to-digital converters, scaling unit, adder accumulator, a divider unit and recording device. Roll RPM pulse sensor is connected to the first input of relay unit. Second input of relay unit and input of first analog-to-digital converter are connected to roll radius sensor. Output of relay unit is connected with input of adder accumulator via series-connected second analog-to-digital converter and scaling block. Adder input is connected to the first input of dividing unit. Second input of diving unit is connected to output of computing unit. Computing unit input is connected with output of the first analog-to-digital converter. Output of diving unit is connected to recording device.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of winding density control with due allowance for operating voltage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to consumer goods industry. Device for winding fabric into a roll has a pulsed sensor of the roll rotation, two comparators and an electric motor of the roll. Motor via a power amplifier is connected to the output of the first comparator. To the inverting input of the first comparator a tension sensor is connected, and to the direct input a tension setting unit is connected. Winding device additionally comprises the first and the second dividers, a roll radius sensor, a roll rpm counter, a reversing roll rpm counter and a unit for setting the number of turns of the fabric on the periphery of the roll. With the tension setting unit the output of the second comparator is connected. To the direct input of the second comparator the output of the first divider is connected, and to the inverting input the output of the second divider is connected. First inputs of the dividers are connected to the roll radius sensor. Second input of the first divider is connected via the roll rpm counter to the output of the pulse sensor of the roll rotation frequency. Rotation frequency sensor is connected to the first input of the reversing roll counter. Second input of the reversing rpm counter is connected to the output of the unit for setting the fabric number of turns on the periphery of the roll, and the output is connected to the second input of the second divider.
EFFECT: provided is higher accuracy of stabilization of the winding density.
