SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with a pulp and paper industry. The paper or cardboard laminate contains at least one forming volume layer called as a volumetric layer, consisting by 40-98 % from cellulose fibers with a milling degree equal to 550-950 ml according to the Canadian standard device, and at least one secondary layer located at least on one side of the volumetric layer and having a higher density, as compared with the volumetric layer. The secondary layer and the basic layer are fused to each other in essence by all their opposite surfaces, and the laminate has a factor of rigidity at bending exceeding 2.5 Nm7/kg3, but less than 14 Nm7/kg3, calculated as a geometric average value for a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction. According to the invention, between the volumetric layer and the secondary layer there is a thin intermediate layer, which has the bigger value of resistance to removal of water, than the volumetric layer, and the basic weight at least of 2 g/m2 but less than 20 g/m2 and which is formed together with the volumetric layer. The invention also offers a method of production of paper or cardboard laminate and ensures achievement of a high strength at the low share of a binder, and also prevention of wrinkles.

FIELD: construction materials industry; production of the moldable decorative laminated material.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the moldable complicated decorative laminated material, which contains the polymer impregnated decorative layer made out of the bilateral expansible decorative paper and the core polymer impregnated layer formed out of the bilateral extendable kraft-paper. The laminated material is used for production of the different products requiring the molding concerning the surface of the complicated form, in particular, to the packet made out of the laminated material. The board made out of the laminated material has the moldable base in addition to the decorative layer. The method of manufacture of the moldable decorative laminated material includes the following operations: treatment of the decorating paper, its impregnation, the treatment and impregnation of the kraft-paper, the layer by layer stacking and joining of the layers of the decorative and kraft-paper under pressure with their preliminary impregnation with the phenol-formaldehyde polymeric compound. The technical result of the invention is improvement of the surface properties of the decorative laminated material.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the plate of the direct lamination. The purpose of the invention is creation of the plate of the direct lamination, so that in it the graphics image of the relief shall correspond to the relief reconstruction of its surface. At that it is possible to use the hot pressure moderate for the decorative layer. The plate is manufactured by the method of the hot pressing of the core with the resin-saturated absorbing layers including the surface with one decorative layer containing the graphics image of the surface of the imitated material. The plate also contains the deposited on the decorative layer transparent covering layer with the relief reconstitution of the surface structure of the imitated material. Between the decorative layer and the core there is the intermediate resin-containing layer made in the form of the prefabricated separate adhesive layer with the saturating resin. The given version has the technological advantages at manufacture of the plates of the big dimensions, and also allows to manufacture the plates having the structured surfaces, at that the structure precisely coincides with the graphics image of the below located decorative layer.
EFFECT: the invention ensures creation of the plate of the direct lamination, which graphics image of the relief precisely corresponds to the relief reconstruction of its surface and the given version has the technological advantages at manufacture of the plates of the big dimensions.

FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method includes application of acrylic foam paint on fibrous base, subsequent preliminary drying of applied layer at the temperature of 80-120°C and foaming of acrylic foam paint layer by means of drying at the temperature of 120- 160°C. Prior to application of acrylic foam paint on fibrous base printed pattern is applied, and prior to foaming 25-30% aqueous solution is applied onto layer of acrylic foam paint, at that solution contains binding agent on the basis of polyvinyl acetate copolymer and decorative material at their ratio accordingly from 1:1 to 1:0.2 in amount of 8-10% from foam paint mass. At that application of foam paint is carried out with mass of dry coating of 10-25 g/m2. In suggested method decorative material is material selected from group that contains polyethylene terephthalate and aluminium foil with particle size of 0.1-0.5 mm. As binding agent on the basis of polyvinyl acetate copolymer composition is used that contains dispersion of polyvinyl acetate copolymer dispersion, defoaming agent, biocide and water.

FIELD: textile industry, paper industry.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to wallpaper production using foam paint. Method of wallpaper production includes spreading of acrylic foam paint over fibrous base at mass of dry coating 15-25 g/cm2 on both stages, and before that the first layer is dried at 80-120°C. The layers of foam paint are spread over fibrous base on both stages at ratio of the first layer and second layer of foam paint correspondingly from 1:1 to 1:0.5. Whereafter decorative material from air in number of 7-10% from mass of foam paint is spread over the layers of foam paint. Thereafter the layers of foam paint are foamed by drying at 120-160°C. Before spreading of acrylic foam paint over fibrous base printed pattern is applied on fibrous base. Acrylic foam paint of one composition can be applied during both stages, or foam paint containing 1-7% of polyurethane can be used in the second stage. Material selected from the group containing particles of polyethyleneterephthalate and aluminium foil containing particles with size of 0.1-0.5 mm is used as a decorative material according to the suggested method.
EFFECT: diversification of foamed wallpaper.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacture of packaging materials, in particular, to a method of manufacturing metallised label paper. The method includes the application of polymer varnish on base paper in at least two layers. The first varnish layer is applied by the method of direct printing, and the second layer by the method of reverse printing. Clamp of the paper to the plate shaft in the method of the reverse printing is carried out from the top with two shafts in which when lowering the lower line of the generatrix is located below the upper line of the generatrix of the plate cylinder, and the shafts are located on opposite sides of the plate cylinder. The diameter of the plate shaft applying the second layer of polymer varnish by the method of reverse printing is greater than the diameter of the shaft of the direct printing, which is 191-192 mm, by 8-9%. The viscosity of the varnish applied by the method of reverse printing is lower than the viscosity of the varnish applied by the method of direct printing. Then, on the layer of varnish a metal coating and a layer of varnish is applied, the mesh back side of the paper is moistened, and embossing of the paper is carried out.
EFFECT: invention provides improvement of quality of label paper by eliminating the formation of "ripples" on the surface of the varnish, and stability of the paper characteristics when change of ambient humidity.

The latter contains latex binder, water-soluble binder, pigment mixture of amorphous silica with colloidal cationic silica and colloidal alumina, and ink-fixing agent. Coating operation is performed in two steps, weight ratio of coating applied in the first step to that in the second step ranging from 0.34:1 to 0.66:1. Reverse face of base paper is coated by detwisting coating. Further, coating is ennobled via superglazing at pressure in supercalender roll gap 30-75 bar.
EFFECT: improved workability of process and improved quality of paper due to increased surface strength.

SUBSTANCE: coating composition consisting of ink-compatible pigment, water-soluble binder, and cationic fixative is deposited onto one of the sides of based paper and the other side is covered with detwisting coating, after which glossy surface is formed. Coating composition is supplemented by wettability controlling agent based on polydimethylsiloxane resins in amounts 0.4 to 1.6% of the weight of pigment. Water-soluble binder is a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol with polyvinylpyrrolidone at ratio (90-50):(10-50) in amount 40-60% and styreneacrylic latex in amount 15-20% of the weight of pigment. When forming glossy surface, polyethylene oxide-based plasticizer is used in amount 7-15% of the weight of pigment followed by supercalendering at pressure in roll contact zone 20-25°C and temperature 50-90°C.
EFFECT: improved manufacturability of process.

As pigment, mixture of amorphous silicon dioxide with calcium carbonate or kaolin with outer specific surface 60-85 m2/g at ratio (25-50):(75-50). Binder is a mixture of polyvinyl alcohol with latex selected from class of styreneacrylic copolymers at ratio (20-25%):(7-18%) based on the weight of pigment. Cationic fixative is poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride), which is directly incorporated into coating composition in amount 5-10%.

SUBSTANCE: paper sheet of such structure may be used for manufacture of paper or plastic medium for carrying of printed information, paper or plastic package, cover used in stitching and binding processes, or cardboard or plastic carton having surface feeling hash to the finger. At least one side of paper sheet is coated with layer containing non-compressible microscopic particles of non-gelatinized starch grains, or said particles are produced by grinding of plastic material. Method involves treating at least one side of paper sheet with water-based composition containing non-compressible microscopic particles which are made three-dimensional and rounded, binder, and filler; drying paper sheet after treatment. Particles are non-gelatinized starch grains, or particles are produced by grinding of plastic material. Method allows paper sheet to be produced, which has roughness coefficient Kd below 0.5.
EFFECT: simplified method and improved quality of paper sheet.
