SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of manufacture of the combined items out of the plastic components, such as collapsible tubes with caps, the containers heads with caps, slewing covers. At that the indicated pill is heated up to the temperature exceeding the temperature of the softening point of the thermoplastic material or thermoplastic materials forming it. Place the indicated pill on the surface of the block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool, or into the cavity of the third mold for a casting. The third mold is mounted opposite to the block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool. At that the indicated third mold contains the cavity, which during the contact with the indicated block of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool together with the surface of the first component and, if necessary, with the part of the cavity of the support tool limits the volume of the second component. Then approach the indicated blocks of the first component rigidly connected with the support tool and the third mold up to their touch. At that the indicated approach results in the compression of the pill for putting it into the required shape of the second component. Further, conduct removal of the support tool and the third mold and the following removal of the block of both components molded this way. The invention describes one more version of realization of the method. The invention allows to fulfill both components only from the plastic material and to dilate possibilities of selection of plastic material for realization of the second component.

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: in compliance with the proposed invention, a strip of crude rubber mix made by calendaring or some other way to arrange the polymer molecules longitudinally is wound up on the core perpendicular to its axis and along its generating line. Then the workpiece is formed and vulcanised in the mold providing for uniform simultaneously-all-round molding of the said rubber mix and preventing difference of pressure at the mold plates joint. The proposed mold comprises at least three plates molding the diaphragm, the core for molding internal cavity and directing elements for plates and the core. One of the plates has side members with inclined surfaces on their inner part, located along an axis of the core that make the guides for the other mold plates made so that to allow a uniform simultaneously-all-round molding of the said rubber mix around the core on closing the mold.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: forming workpiece from alternating reinforcing and matrix fibers proceeds at temperature above that of binder melting. Said process is started by feeding pressure at temperature varying from matrix fiber heat resistance to complete transversal deformation of workpiece. Thereafter, pressure is reduced to the level sufficient for maintaining the workpiece in deformed state. Simultaneously, temperature is increased to matrix fiber melting point. Now at the same temperature, organoplastic material is cooled to be below heat resistance point of thermoplastic binder.

EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency, improved physical-and-mechanical properties, longer life, efficient and easy production.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: vulcaniser for energy-saving solidification of multi-layer components 6 for aircrafts consists of open and mechanically sufficiently durable core 7 with layers of coating 8, 9 applied on one side or on both sides. Multi-layer component 6 is enclosed between hold-down piston 1, support bed 2 and side walls 3, 4 of the vulcaniser forming essentially closed internal space 5. At least one layer of coating 8, 9 and/or core 7 contains solidificated thermo-reactive plastic material. By means of transport facility 20 heated air 16 is let through core 7 of multi-layer component 6 in the closed circuit of heated air and ensures energy-saving interior solidification of multi-layer component. Heated air 16 has temperature controlled by means of heater 22. If there is implemented an open circuit of heated air, there is facilitated recuperation of heat by means of heat exchanger 28. Specified parametres of solidification inside core 7 of multilayer component 6, particularly pressure of solidification P, as well as temperature of solidification T can be regulated depending of system of resins used for fabrication of multi-layer component 6 by means of the vulcaniser.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of energy at solidification of component in autoclave.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed base material with reinforcing fibre has interlacing of reinforcing fibres arranged parallel in one direction, and ordered additional fibres. Length L of additional fibre in, one opposite direction crosses reinforcing fibre thread. The latter features width H and angle θ in one plane interrelated as defined by formulase L=H/cos θ and 3°≤θ≤30°. Note also that adhesive resin with vitrification temperature Tv of 0°C to 95°C is attached to the surface of unidirectional base material with reinforcing fibre on, at least, its one side. Note that amount of adhesive resin varies from 2 g/m2 to 40 g/m2 and said resin is attached at points, lines or intermittent lines. Invention covers also laminar material, moulded plastic product based on base material with reinforcing fibre and methods of their production.

EFFECT: better mechanical properties and higher process efficiency.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method of producing 3D objects by laser sintering whereat object is produced by IR-radiation curing layer by layer at locations of each layer corresponding to object. In compliance with this method, image of IR radiation emitted by applied powder layer is locally detected to obtain IR radiation image. Note here that IR radiation image is detected by means of infrared chamber. Defects and/or geometrical imperfections in powder layer are revealed by means of IR radiation image.

EFFECT: higher quality of produced object thanks to better quality control in production process.

SUBSTANCE: invention 1 relates to device intended for fabrication of 3D object by layer-by-layer compaction of construction material and method of feeding construction in device above. Proposed device 1 comprises machine frame 2, 3, 4, 5 and construction chamber 10 arranged inside said frame. Said construction chamber houses layer application device 27, proportioner 28, 29 and heater 31 to heat construction material applied layers. Layer application device 27 may apply construction material layers on support appliance 26 or on pre-hardened layer by means of element 61. Proportioner 28, 29 prepares construction material for appliance 27 to apply layers. Said element 61 and/or proportioner 28, 29, and/or heater 31 may be withdrawn from said construction chamber 10 using no tools.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises selective hardening of powder material layers 3a at points corresponding to cross section of structure 3 in its every layer under effects of electromagnetic radiation 7a. Synthetic powder, preferably, polyamide powder, is used as process powder. Non-hardened powder 3a' is subjected to processing by water or steam at increased temperature and dried for further use in production of another structure. Proposed device comprises electromagnetic radiation source 7, structural chamber 10 with support 2 whereon structure 3 is fabricated and device 5 to apply coating of powder material on said support or hardened layer, device 12 to process non-hardened powder by water or steam.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed method is intended for producing such 3D components as branches, T-joints, crossovers in 3D structures, protective bodies and cases, machines and mechanisms, submarine hulls and motor boats, etc. In compliance with proposed method, forming reinforcing material with preset properties is used to cut out contour complying with structure being developed. Water-and-gas-tight thermoplastic material is used to make sealed cylinder shaped to said structure. Forming material outer surface is impregnated with cold-curing thermosetting resin to force working medium into sealed cylinder during resin polymerisation at pressure sufficient to ensure preset shape and sizes.

EFFECT: whatever spatial shape without using molding tooling.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of sheets with 3D decorative effect. In compliance with proposed method, painted materials are loaded in the mould, heated, compacted and cooled. 3D pattern is made inside the mould using pre-extruded work pieces. Mould is closed and placed into hydraulic press for heating to 160-210°C and compaction at 1.5-2.0 MPa with intermittent pressure release and application for 20 minutes. At preset temperature of material, the mould is transferred to cooling press to be cooled at 1.5-2.0 MPa to 50-60°C at the rate of 9-14 degrees a minute, preferably, 10-12 degrees a minute.

EFFECT: higher physical and chemical properties.

SUBSTANCE: proposed wheeled vehicle contains brake mechanisms, brake mechanism liquid cooling device, stop signaling electric system and windshield washer including reservoir with liquid, pump and pump drive motor electrically coupled with supply source through switch. Washer is furnished with two-position electromagnetic valve whose input is connected with pump, and normally open output, with washer, and normally closed output, with brake mechanism cooling device through normally-closed electromagnetic valve. Electromagnet of two-position valve is connected to stop signaling circuit, electromagnet of normally-closed valve, to threshold device electrically coupled with supply source and brake mechanism temperature sensor, and switch is furnished with electromagnetic switching drive connected to stop signaling circuit. Friction pads are secured on brake disks, and brake shoes are made hollow, with partitions inside. Input of brake shoe space is hydraulically connected with pump of brake mechanism cooling device, and output, with reservoir with liquid.

Proposed device comprises moulding material attached to load bearing plate with opposite surfaces, one or several out-of-round extrusion orifices arranged over the plate depth, and ledges or any other fixed mounting ledge. Aforesaid moulding material is arranged above aforesaid opposite surfaces after extruding through aforesaid extrusion orifices to produce a homogeneous structure. In this structure moulding material on one side of load bearing plate acts as friction material of the lining, and, on the other side, it acts as a noise-reducing element. The number, shape and arrangement of extrusion orifices may vary to vary noise-reducing properties of the block, thus, reducing risks of brake system components locking.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to friction products and can be used in brakes for car and rail vehicles. Product contains steel basis 1 with hollows 2, covered by two layers 3 and 4 of bronze, and cover plate made of ceramic-metal, implemented of two layers 5, 6, corresponding mixture of sintered metallic and non-metallic sintered components. Thickness of layer 4 of bronze considerably increases thickness of bronze layer 3, and layer 5 of ceramic-metal is implemented with cavities, filled by material of layer 6, and amount of silica and graphite oxide in the latter increases amount of those components in layer 5.

EFFECT: adhesion increasing between metallic basis and cover plate, increasing of resistance to formation in cover plate of splits, longitudinal and transverse cracks.

Lining of disk brake contains load-bearing slab, on which there are fixed elements for bearing on it of friction elements. Friction elements are installed single or pairwise on ends of resilient reference elements. SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises bearing plate, connector, some brake-shoe linings arranged above said support plate. Connector is furnished with shoe holder arranged above said plate. Every said lining incorporates an insert, said lining and said insert being made from different powder mixes. Insert features higher thermal expansion factor and compressibility than those of the lining. Insert area makes 19-26% of total area of one lining.

EFFECT: uniform pressure distribution over contact surface at every braking.
