SUBSTANCE: installation includes housing carrying feed mechanism with drive unit and having drive rollers and also carrying cutting mechanism having movable cutter with drive unit and stationary cutter. First drive roller and driving pinion are mounted drive shaft of feeding mechanism. Said pinion engages with driven gear wheel. Second drive roller is mounted on the same shaft as said driven gear wheel. Drive unit of movable cutter is mounted with possibility of rotation in cutting mechanism; said drive unit includes disc mounted on shaft of feeding mechanism and lever whose one end is mounted on movable cutter with possibility of rotation around axis normal relative to rotation axis of cutter and with possibility of engaging of its other end with disc for moving together with it along rotation path until disengagement of lever end and disc.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, lowered power consumption, simplified design and maintenance of installation.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes mechanism for feeding and cutting wire having drive head mounted with possibility of rotation in housing and disc cutter with concave hemispheric cutting surface mounted in head with possibility of rotation and translation motion to center of head. Supporting member having calibrated opening and groove for placing cutter with gap no more than 0.1 mm is stationary mounted in drive head. Calibrated opening is arranged along feed direction of wire coaxially relative to it and to rotation axis of drive head. Contour of said groove corresponds to outer surface of cutter.

FIELD: plastic metal working.

SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for straightening annealed wire, diameter up to 3 mm. proposed device contains hollow cylinder secured in rotator and provided with axial holes in base to pull wire through. Device for forced moving off wire from axis of rotation of hollow cylinder is arranged in cylinder space. Cylinder space is partially filled with abrasive powder. Device for forced moving off of wire from axis of rotation of hollow cylinder is made in form of weight which can be mounted for movement on wire. Weight can be made in form of bushing with diameter of axial hole exceeding sum of diameter of wire and reduced diameter of wire and reduced diameters of two largest particles of abrasive powder. Cylinder space can be filled with abrasive powder at least by 30% of its volume.

EFFECT: reduced wire pulling force and provision of cleaning of wire from oxide film and surface contaminants.

FIELD: apparatuses for fastening reinforcing parts, for example mutually crossed reinforcing rods.

SUBSTANCE: drum around which wire for fastening reinforcing rods is wound is mounted in shaft arranged in housing. Annular recess is formed along edge of opening of housing. Diameter of said recess exceeds that of lower part of housing. At side of opening of housing drum has flange arranged in said annular recess. On inner peripheral surface of opening of drum boss there is dent for preventing drum separation from its mounting shaft. On outer edge surface of shaft there is mounting recess for engaging dent.

EFFECT: improved design preventing wire penetration into gap between housing and drum, enhanced operational reliability of drum and machine for binding reinforcing rods.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes successively arranged in housing: uncoiling unit; pulling rollers and cutting mechanism in the form of roll pair with uniformly arranged along circle lengthwise cutters shifted one relative to other by pitch half and having in their normal section dents and indentations. Said cutting mechanism is joined with pulling rollers through system of idle gear wheels and pinions. Rolls of cutting mechanism are hollow ones and they are mounted vertically. Indentations of cutters are through ones, they have sizing zone of predetermined length in inlet and they are joined with inner cylindrical surface of rolls.

SUBSTANCE: drive unit having cylinder with rod turned down and bending mechanism are mounted in housing. Working end of rod is joined with lever of bending mechanism through carrier pin. One end of said lever is jointly secured to П-shaped strut; its other end is freely arranged in groove of neck of П-shaped working head of bending member drive. In through groove of guiding strut on common axle two mutually opposite bending members are mounted. Said bending members have groove where carrier pin is arranged. Said carrier pin is secured to respective lateral jaw of П-shaped working head of drive of bending members. Apparatus is provided with cut-off vertical-action cutter.

EFFECT: enlarged functional possibilities of apparatus.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes housing; rotating drum carrying wire for fastening reinforcing rods; unit for controlling drum rotation; one or more detected objects. Detected object may be placed on lateral surface of drum. At controlling rotation of drum, said object is detected through opening of lid providing light reflection from light irradiator. Light reflected from detected object and light reflected from lid is received for determining difference between their intensity values.

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of bed, cable supporting unit and cutting tool. Cutting tool consists of fixed and movable part. The fixed part is connected to the cable support unit. The movable part is installed in a holder which is connected to the electrical drive of the cutting tool. Device is equipped with movable frame and movement mechanism of the same frame comprising an electrical cable of the frame, horizontal guides and limit stop. Cable support device and cutting tool are secured on the frame. At that the cable support device has at least two bearing rollers and at least one clamping roller located over the first bearing roller. Bearing rollers are situated at the same level in the upper portion of the frame from its opposite ends and have parallel axes and a common upper tangent portion which defines the movement line of the cable through the frame. The first and the second bearing rollers are located so that the length of the cable movement line is between them in the cutting zone. The fixed part of the cutting tool in the form of a knife is able to perform forced reciprocating movements in the cutting zone and is located below the said cable movement line.

EFFECT: provides upgraded cut quality.

FIELD: plastic metal working, namely manufacture of elongated hollow-shaped parts.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming flat blank of wire pieces in the form of tensioned helices; coiling blank to coil; placing blank coil in press-mold for pressing it by several transitions; at each transition performing pressing at least in three directions normal relative to symmetry axis of blank. After making part in the form of body of revolution, it is pressed in each next transition except last one at effort exceeding pressing effort of previous transition. After each transition blank being body of revolution with three protrusions on outer surface is formed. At next transitions beginning from second one, said protrusions are removed. In order to make part in the form of polygon, at first blank in the form body of revolution having three protrusions in outer surface is formed. At last transition part in the form of polygon is formed. Method is realized with use of press-mold having casing with rod mounted in it and punches movable in direction normal relative to rod symmetry axis. Contour of working end of each punch depends upon part to be made.

EFFECT: enlarged assortment of made parts, enhanced efficiency of method.

SUBSTANCE: device includes built-up plate having two portions with equidistant mutually opposite surfaces. Between said surfaces there is gap equal at least to thickness of material for making stirrup. Surfaces of plate are rounded to side of working zone for forming stirrup. Upper part of plate is fixed relative to housing; its lower part is mounted on upper part with possibility of adjusting their mutual position in direction of feeding belt or in opposite direction. Lower part of plate is provided with screw having shoulder; upper part of plate is provided with doubled stop. Grooved members of said stop are mounted with gap. Thickness of shoulder is equal to gap between members of stop. Shoulder is arranged in said gap. Diameter of shoulder exceeds size of grooves of doubled stop.

EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational reliability, enlarged manufacturing possibilities of device.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for assembling spring block includes arranged successively according to order of manufacturing process: unit for feeding elongated material for forming bracket; unit for forming bracket with mechanism for cutting off elongated material; unit for joining peripheral springs to carcass of framework. Unit for forming bracket includes built-up plate assembled of two parts with equidistant mutually opposite surfaces. Between said surfaces there is gap that is no less than thickness of bracket material. Said surfaces are rounded to side of working zone for forming bracket. Unit for feeding elongated material for forming bracket includes leverage reciprocation-motion mechanism in the form of slide; drive device and lever. The last is mounted by its one end with use of rotation axle onto slide and its one arm is joined with rod of drive device. Invention provides improved strength and increased useful life period of spring block.

EFFECT: simplified design, enhanced operational reliability of apparatus for assembling spring block of improved strength.

SUBSTANCE: proposed plant has two pairs of hold-down and guide rollers, two disk-type knives, artificial fiber bobbin attachment system, receiving plate and drive mechanism for winding artificial fiber on receiving plate, coils with wire made from heat-treated non-corroding material at thickness up to 1 mm, synthetic thread coils, mechanism for securing the receiving bobbin for winding finished product and drive mechanisms for delivery and twisting of wires and synthetic threads; receiving plate for winding the artificial fiber is concavo-wedge-shaped in form and disk-type knives have horizontal plane of rotation lying at one level with straight line connecting the points of contact of upper and lower hold-down and guide rollers.

EFFECT: complete mechanization of fibrous carrier winding and twisting processes.

SUBSTANCE: device includes housing having at least two parting portions; attachment for fixing blank having power drive and secured to end part of housing; mechanism for rotating device together with blank by means of drive having brake. In order to work elongated complex-configuration articles, each portion of housing is made in the form of hollow semi-cylinder whose one surface is cut in the form of semi-pinion for forming hollow cylinder (after closing on end surfaces of housing) at least with one lateral toothed surface whose teeth are engaged with pinion of mechanism for rotating device at closing portions of housing. Mechanism for rotating device together with blank is in the form of system of rolling around rollers mounted in horizontal axles arranged outside and inside housing. On end surface of one semi-cylinder there are pins coaxially entering reciprocal openings of other semi-cylinder for centering both semi-cylinders of housing after their mutual closing. Power drive for fixing blank is provided with locking unit engaging with one semi-pinion of housing of device.

EFFECT: possibility for working elongated complex-configuration articles.

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: in the first version of method realisation, blank bottom is additionally shaped. At that formation of bottom and long-length part of blank is done simultaneously with the help of mandrel with needles. Afterwards blank bottom and butt are axially pressed in any sequence. Then long-length part of blank is radially pressed. In the second version of method realisation blank bottom is additionally shaped from previously manufactured tape of small width by its rolling up in roll. Afterwards blank is shaped in the form of long-length revolution solid with axial hole, from previously made tape of larger width, by its winding onto roll. Afterwards blank bottom and butt are axially pressed in any sequence. Then long-length part of blank is radially pressed. In die mold made according to the first version, puncheons are arranged in the form of revolution solids, and in the first one working butt fully covers cross section of cartridge cavity, and the second puncheon is arranged with axial hole, through which free end of rod is passed, being fixed with its other end in cartridge. Die mold according to the second version is additionally equipped with rod, fastening elements and detachable gasket. Puncheons are arranged in the form of revolution solids, in the first one working butt fully covers cross section of cartridge cavity, and the second puncheon is arranged with axial hole, through which free end of rod is passed, being fixed with its other end in cartridge. Fastening elements for fixing of puncheons to cartridge are provided in both puncheons. At that the second one is fixed to cartridge through detachable gasket arranged with thickness equal to working travel of this puncheon.

EFFECT: production of new products, which were not earlier manufactured by industry.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in machining random structure materials, particularly metallised rubber. Proposed method comprises producing wise sections in the form of extended spirals, forming flat workpiece from spiral sections, coiling into roll, placing produced workpiece in injection mould and moulding said workpiece in several passes. Elastic medium element is fitted into mould on one side of workpiece or on its both sides. Moulding the workpiece is performed by axial squeezing of workpiece together with elastic medium elements that convert axial compression in radial pressure onto workpiece.

EFFECT: providing necessary elastic properties on moulded part in both radial and axial directions, possibility to produce wide range of solid and hollow parts.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of base, of carriers mounted on it, of drive of their turn and of bending rollers interconnected with carriers. It is equipped with a pair of opposite bending modules positioned on the base in horizontal case borings of which there are located shafts. The shafts are interconnected with the drives of their rotation. Also, the device is equipped with sliders. On axes of the sliders there are mounted the said bending rollers. The device is further equipped with a mechanism of position stabilisation in vertical plane at formed item bending. Each carrier is made in form of cantilevers secured at ends of the shafts; the said sliders with bending rollers are arranged on cantilevers. The shafts are mounted with set off one relative to another, while their axes are parallel. Cams controlling angles of turn of the shafts are arranged on opposite ends of the said shafts; the cams interact with pneumatic turning devices through an intermediate link.

EFFECT: increased reliability; improved conditions of operation and maintenance.

SUBSTANCE: semi-automatic machine includes base on which two opposite located bending modules are located. The above modules include pneumatic turning device and hollow shafts with driven gears fixed on them and engaged with driving gears of drive shafts of pneumatic turning devices, and pushers installed in hollow shafts and connected to pneumatic cylinders of their back-and-forth movement, bending mechanisms and workpiece pressure mechanism. Semi-automatic machine is equipped with composite template the profile of which is equivalent to the profile of the item; central part is mounted on one of bending modules with possibility of vertical and horizontal adjustments, and side parts are fixed on ends of pushers, which are opposite to the above pneumatic cylinders; at that, one of the bending modules is installed so that its movement can be adjusted in order to change the centre-to-centre distance between axes of bending modules; bending mechanisms are mounted on bending modules and made in the form of face-plates fixed on the above driven gears, guides, sliding members, which are connected to pneumatic cylinders of their movement, and bending rollers mounted on sliding members.

SUBSTANCE: movable installation includes lifting table having lower wheeled platform and jointly mounted on it upper stand; mechanism for lifting and descending said stand; power hydraulic cylinder mounted on upper stand and communicated by means of hydraulic lines through control unit with high-pressure pump system; clamping device for mounting-dismounting bearing assemblies. High pressure pump system includes tank, pump aggregate, draining pipeline, suction pipeline connecting inlet of pump aggregate with tank. Lifting and descending mechanism is in the form of hydraulic cylinder and it is mounted on lower platform. Pump aggregate is arranged on upper lid of tank and it is in the form of displacement hydraulic pump with electric motor. Filter is mounted in suction pipeline. Control unit is in the form of body having two built-in safety valves, tap distributor and built-in non-return valve. Manometer and additional filter connected with draining pipeline and having pouring hole are connected with control unit. Hydraulic lines are in the form of flexible hoses. Installation is provided with additional power hydraulic cylinder that forms together with connected in parallel main hydraulic cylinder unit of power hydraulic cylinders. Said unit of power hydraulic cylinders is placed on supporting sheet-plate mounted on upper stand with possibility of rotation or removal from upper stand and with possibility of moving in range of length of flexible hoses. Similar cavities of hydraulic cylinders are mutually communicated. Clamping device includes movable and stationary plates mounted respectively on rods and back lids of hydraulic cylinders and designed for joining tie rods of attachment.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability, no-failure operation of installation.
