Industrial furnace with rotating pipe Invention relates to furnaces. The furnace (1) for heat treatment of bituminous shales contains the rotating pipe (2) and the fixed device (3) for material loading attached near the hole of the rotating pipe and located on its end face side. Between the rotating pipe (2) and the device (3) for material loading the sealing device (6) is located which includes the gas-tight seal (7) separated from the working chamber of the rotating pipe (2) by means of at least the first gap (8) present between the rotating pipe (2) and the device (3) for the processed material loading. The sealing device (6) has a ring-shaped chamber (11) which is located between the first gap (8) and the gas-tight seal (7). The ring-shaped chamber (11) has the outlet (18) interconnected with the working chamber (2c) and in the ring-shaped chamber (11) the lifting device (17) is located which is formed by the lifting blades located with distribution along the perimeter with a possibility of rotation together with the rotating pipe (2) for lifting of the processed material from the working chamber (2c), penetrated through the first gap (8) into the ring-shaped chamber (11), and its return back through the outlet (18) into the working chamber (2c). The ring-shaped chamber (11) is fitted with the guiding elements (19) for transportation of the processed material implemented as a transportation screw and which are oriented in such a way that they at the pre-set direction of rotation of the rotating pipe (2) they transport into the lifting device (17) the material in the area of the guiding elements (19). Note that this material penetrates through the second gap (12) and not at once is grabbed by the lifting blades (17). |

Unit of sealing furnace worm shaft with granular materials Unit of sealing furnace worm shaft with granular materials contains screw 1, sealing bushing 2, whereby in the sealing area the shaft is equipped with sleeve 4 made of a high strength material and it has spiral grooves 6 with a polished surface and slopes 7 with angles of over 10 degrees on outer surface 5 in order to avoid self-blocking in the grooves of the granular material. The said sealing bushing 2 has grooves 10 with polished surface on internal surface 9 that are made capable of rotating in the direction opposite to the one of the shaft and slopes 11 with angles excluding a possibility of material self-blocking in the grooves whereby the shaft rotating direction ensures squirting of granular material 8 back into furnace 12. |

Drive shaft of solid substance feeding screw is extending within through openings provided within both side walls of heating furnace, and is held on liftable supporting devices positioned at both sides of furnace. Sealing structure has sealing blocks positioned outside the furnace on outer edges of through openings, said sealing blocks circumferentially surrounding said through openings, and movable shields equipped with openings for sliding of drive shaft for screw. Movable shields are brought into contact with sealing blocks through sealing members so as to be moved in vertical planes. |

Sealing device for rotating furnace Device comprises flexible casing whose one edge is secured to the unmovable chamber and the other edge is connected with the sealing ring. The edge of the sealing ring that faces the drum is made of two members that embrace the other contact ring from two sides. The contact ring is secured to the rotating drum. The device is provided with rollers mounted for permitting free rotation on the axles passing through the sealing ring. |
