Safety device assisting ascending contains motorised ascending assisting device made capable to assist user to use ladder and including loop-shaped belt with fixture made and located with possibility to be attached to user safety equipment, where the loop-shaped belt provides traction force to help user to use ladder. In this system, the mentioned motorised device contains engine unit which contains engine having driving shaft, and driving pulley which is connected with driving shaft and which interacts with the loop-shaped belt, fall-stopping unit integrated with the mentioned motorised ascending assisting device and made and located so that it provides prevention of loop-shaped belt movement during fall, where the fall-stopping unit contains grip which is connected with engine unit and has at least one projection, at least one catch attached with possibility to turn towards driving pulley and made and located with possibility to interact with the mentioned at least one grip projection to prevent rotation of driving shaft thus preventing movement of loop-shared belt during fall.

The automated supplying device of fire escape emergency ladder for rescue vehicles and fire motor ladders comprises mounted on the vehicle frame autonomous energy supply system, a complex support jacks with drives, a sliding rescue ladder, a telescoping drive, an azimuth drive, an elevation drive and the unit of horizontal alignment of the ladder. Autonomous energy supply system is connected by the feed lines with all energy consuming elements. Sensor-measuring instrument is connected to the target of ladder supply. Azimuthal position sensor of the ladder relative to the vehicle frame, the sensor of elevation position of the ladder relative to the horizon, the current ladder length sensor is connected to the ladder. Aiming device is mounted on the vehicle frame. Azimuthal position sensor relative to the vehicle frame is connected to the aiming device. The sensor of elevation position of the aiming device relative to the horizon. The central controller that is connected with the corresponding inputs to all the said sensors, and it is connected with the corresponding outputs to all the said drives, forming an automated tracking system.

At that fire-hose length is equal to stair height, and is connected to "п"-shaped perforated tube with Bogdanov/Rott nuts, and the other fire-hose of the same length is passed into holes on half-landings and is blanked off from above, and suspended on load-carrying frame or a plug of perforated tube; at that between two landings there provided are shutoff cocks with fire-hoses and fire nozzles, and stair flights are made vertical at right angle to half-landings.

Invention refers to the sphere of construction and deals with design of fire fighting equipment. The powered screened FiFi ladder consists of a bearing frame, butt-end support netted enclosures, a netted front enclosure, a screened enclosure (between the building wall and the ladder) made of heat-resistant sheet steel cool-washed with a water jet from the U-shaped perforated tube, flights with semi-landings which when assembled form twice as large a landing equipped with water duct riser pipes with nozzles and valves, as well as with a Rot/Bogdanov half-nut/ with fire hoses and hose nozzles attached to them. To the bearing frame there are holders attached (arranged along the longitudinal axis of symmetry at equal distances from the frame butt ends) with two pairs of single-rail wheels linked to electric motors and planet gear units. There is also a cable layer attached to the bearing frame (located on its transverse axis of symmetry) that consists of a reel, slippings, a hydraulic coupling and an electric motor of unidirectional rotation irrespective of the direction of the ladder motion along the monorail. There are regularly spaced brackets preventing cable deflection attached to the wall along the building perimeter within the stretch between the cable layer reel and the bearing frame. At the projecting corners of the building between the level of the fastened overhanging double-T beams and that of the brackets there are semicylindrical cable protectors attached with hooks at the bottom and at the bracket ends, turned 180° relative to the building. The call button actuating the ladder approaching the window and overspanning the whole of a vertical row of windows (from the ground floor to the roof) is at the ladder evolution control console that may be remotely mounted at the lower landing.

Transversal bridges are made as ladder steps. Fixing means is made as skid pivotally connected to area located at or near longitudinal member ends to create double-armed levers, which may be rotated in longitudinal vertical planes. At least one front end of each skid is bent towards facial device side. Rear skid ends are pivotally connected to railing ends. Other ends thereof may be detachably connected with longitudinal member in area corresponding to different skid rotation angles, which define discretely regulated fixer opening angle.

Depression is created in building wall from outer building wall side and spaced 0.5-1 m from blind area of the building. The depression is made by horizontal orifice drilling and is adapted to receive water supply riser block fixed in the depression by means of cement mortar. The water supply riser block is made as pipe and flange with large-diameter ring and Bogdanov type connective half nut connected thereto. Water supply pipe is arranged on upper face of cantilever beam. Water supply pipe has diameter equal to that of water supply riser block. One end of water supply pipe is sealed with steel sheet having strength equal to that of pipe wall. Two perforated orifice rows are arranged in said pipe in lower part thereof so that the rows are symmetric about axis of cantilever beam and monorail. Water supply riser is arranged inside building and is inserted in orifices drilled in ceiling and aligned with each other up to clamped cantilevered flanged beam end. One riser end is connected to water supply riser block by means of elbow member having the same diameter and bent through right angle. Another end thereof is connected to water supply pipe arranged on upper face of cantilevered beam.

U-shaped tube with perforated orifices is connected to load-bearing frame from building side. The perforated orifices face to shielding sheets. The tube is sealed from the first side of symmetry axis. Another end thereof has vertical water riser extending for the full building height and comprising fire hose connection means arranged at lower riser end. The second water riser is connected from the second side of symmetry axis. The second water riser has branches and valves for fire hoses provided with water canons. Double-groove pulley having large diameter is connected to driving shaft of planetary reducer driven by electric motor. Two double-groove pulleys having lesser diameters are arranged directly over hauling pulleys to increase cable wrapping area. Two channel beams are arranged along longitudinal symmetry axis so that the beams are spaced equal distances from load-bearing frame axis and equally project from load-bearing frame end. Two ears are connected to sealed ends of the channel beams. The ears have coaxial and horizontal orifices made in ear ends and the same double-groove pulley having lesser diameters. Two cables pass in double-groove pulley grooves. Pivotally connected frames with c-shaped lift cage guiding means are connected to ends near load-bearing frame corners and to end bearing and girder-framed fire escape barriers. Cable ends are connected to ends of equal-arm levers having ears located over each cage. Levers arranged over cage are rotary fastened to vertical control-rod having axis passing through center of empty cage gravity. Orifice to receive control rod and tube enclosing the control rod is formed on horizontal cage roof part. Load washer is secured under said orifice. Support ring having diametrical orifice is located under the asher. Finger or bolt is inserted in the diametrical orifice and is fixed with nut. Tube enclosing control-rod has diametrically formed elongated orifice. Bent horizontal plate is connected to upper tube end. Lower end thereof has fixed equal-arm lever having horizontal and coaxial orifices at ear ends. Compression spring is put on lower stem of control-rod and is stopped with adjusting nut. Lower equal-arm lever is connected with symmetric lever with respect to longitudinal symmetry axis and has elongated orifice made in area of connection thereof with equal-arm lever. Another lever end has orifice. The lever comprises evolvent double-sided caps to brake cages in the case of cable breaking. Slides enclosing c-shaped guiding means are connected to upper cage parts opposite to guiding means. The slides have rectangular orifices arranged in mid-height areas. Floating slide is located in c-shaped guiding means and has T-shaped cross-section. Orifice is made in floating slide wall. Floating slide wall is inserted in the rectangular orifice made in slide fastened to cage and is connected with symmetric lever provided with cams by means of finger or bolt.

Free end of linear elongated unit is provided with orifice for releasable hinge connection member receiving. The linear elongated units are fastened to both faces of angle member from inner or outer sides thereof by means of hinge connections with two degrees of freedom in each angle member face plane. Each linear elongated unit has at least one orifice to receive fastening member adapted to connect staircase going or riser. Staircase including at least two above load-bearing assemblies is also disclosed.

Fixed post 1 is secured on wall of compartment and is furnished with ladder idle position lock made in form of turnable catch engaging with lower edge of slot of movable post 2. Distance between hinge joints of guide in plane of step turning is equal to distance between hinge joints of step. According to first design version, guide is installed in middle part of fixed post. According to second design version, fixed post secured on compartment wall is provided with crossmember rigidly fastened on wall to which guide is hinge-connected. Stairs comprises load-bearing frame with load-bearing end barrier formed of rectangular girder frame pivotally connected one to another, flight of stairs with semi-panels and with pivotally connected barriers. The barriers are laid in plane defined by flight of stairs. The stairs also has front barriers made of rectangular nets pivotally connected one to another and clamps with end barriers. Front barrier facing the building is formed as shielding sheets of heat-resistant material in which door openings are formed. The doors are also created of the same heat-resistant material and may be opened inward shaft of the stairs. Horizontal U-shaped tube with perforated orifices is connected to load-bearing frame from building side. The perforated orifices are directed to shielding sheets. One tube end is closed from one side of axis of stairs symmetry and vertical water supply riser is connected to the tube from another end thereof. The riser extends along the full building height and is provided with fire hose connection means arranged in lower part thereof. Another water supply riser is arranged from opposite side of stairs symmetry and is formed with branches and taps adapted to attach fire hoses provided with water cannons.

Rods may have thin-walled side extensions.
