The stop and control device is adapted to receiving a signal from the control unit sent along the wireless communication channel.

In the external wall of the box there are through holes for installation of fixing elements that fix the body in the external wall. According to one of versions of realisation, the set of drain bellows comprises a bellows having the first and second ends and a catching part between the first and second ends, a connector with a sanitary device, a Y-shaped fitting and a drain connection, comprising a flexible hose, having preferably a smooth inner surface. One of versions of the method for installation of the drain bellows between the drain of the sanitary device and the outlet end of the drain pipe consists in the fact that they assemble a drain bellows, a connector with a sanitary device is connected to the drain of the sanitary device. The drain connection is matched with the outlet end of the drain pipe, and it is connected to the outlet end of the drain pipe. The first combined end, the second combined end and the outlet end of the Y-shaped fitting determine the first, second and third longitudinal axes. The first and third longitudinal axes determine the first plane, and the second and third longitudinal axes determine the second plane, which is different from the first one.

Control device is comprised of a touch-sensitive card and/or card with contact-free switches. The card is designed so that sliding touch on its surface can adjust at least temperature and water volume parameters simultaneously. The card is formed by a touch screen and/or screen with contact-free switches. When touched, the screen shows a symbol of setting mark. When shifted around the screen, the symbol changes colour depending on the temperature set, and size and/or area depending on the water volume.

Proposed device is controlled manually by varying said relative position of said chambers at revolving or reciprocating said outlet. The latter performs the control function.

Device comprises a channel having an inlet hole connected to a drain discharge, and an outlet hole connected to a sewage pipe; a check valve in the form of a duckbill arranged between the inlet and outlet holes. Besides, the valve is made as capable of letting liquid through only in one direction from the inlet hole into the outlet one. The device also comprises a lock made as capable of formation of a hydraulic seal between the inlet hole and the outlet hole, at the same time in case of normal use at least a section of the valve is submerged into a hydraulic seal. Another version of device realisation differs from the previous one only by the fact that during normal use at least a section of the valve is arranged below the outlet hole. The lock comprises a channel having an inlet hole connected to the drain discharge, and an outlet one, connected to the sewage pipe, besides, the lock is made as capable of formation of a hydraulic seal between the inlet and outlet holes and holds a check valve in the form of a duckbill. During normal use at least a section of the valve is submerged into the hydraulic seal.

System has a connection to a water supply utility, at least one supply or lifting riser, at least with one branching floor pipeline and/or at least one branching circular pipeline in direction of water flow from the riser and/or the floor pipeline. The system is also equipped with a return riser, where the supply rise and/or the lifting riser and/or the floor pipeline and/or the circular pipeline end. At least one consumer is connected to the lifting riser and/or floor pipeline and/or circular pipeline. The system of pipelines forms a closed circulation pipeline from the supply riser or the lifting riser and the return riser. A device is integrated into this pipeline for cooling of flowing water, with the help of which a capability is provided for cooling, or potable or technical water is cooled to the specified temperature. The connection to the water supply network is on in direction of the flow upstream the inlet of the cooling device into the circular pipeline. A control valve, depending on the established temperature, at temperature above the specified value for water flowing via the pipeline, opens the flow to the maximum value, and if the temperature is below, it limits the flow to the minimum value.

Method for water supply to a facility consists in the fact that a flow of potable quality water is supplied to the facility along a pipeline. Then the flow is divided into two auxiliary flows. One is heated to temperature permissible according to norms in a system of hot water supply. Then these auxiliary flows along independent routes are supplied to loads. When opening a hot water supply tap, water temperature is measured. If the specified temperature is available, supply of hot water supply water is provided to the tap. If the hot water supply water temperature is below the specified one, its supply is provided to a reservoir for water collection, provided that the water level in the reservoir is below the maximum level. Provided that the water level in the reservoir is higher than the maximum one, hot water supply water provision to the tap is ensured. If water level in the reservoir is lower than the minimum one, cold water supply is provided into the reservoir for water collection. The water supply device comprises a tap, a toilet tank, a hot water manifold and a hot water tap. The hot water manifold is connected via the hot water tap, a temperature sensor and a water switch to the tap inlet. The second outlet of the water switch is connected with the first inlet of the reservoir, the second inlet of which via an electronic tap is connected with the cold water manifold. The outlet of the first water level sensor is connected with a control inlet of the electronic tap. The outlet of the second water level sensor and the temperature sensor is connected with inlets of the AND element. The outlet of the reservoir for water collection is connected to the inlet of the toilet tank.

At the same time the liquid in the siphon flask cavity is twisted relative to the longitudinal axis of symmetry as the twisted liquid flows from the sink cavity into the siphon flask cavity via a drain nozzle, creating a centrifugal pressure force at the siphon flask wall in area, where an outlet nozzle hole is located, as well as difference of pressures at its inlet and outlet.

Method and equipment for detecting seal defects in sewage and ventilation systems of buildings

Low-amplitude air pressure pulse is transmitted into the sewage and ventilation system of a building so that the pressure wave passes through the connecting pipe into the riser pipe and sewage network. Passage of said pulse is picked up with an air pressure sensor lying near the connecting pipe or origin of the pulse. Pressure of pulses successively reflected from each drain pipe of the sewage network is measured. Signatures of pressure variation with time are formed and these signals are transmitted to a central data collection system. The pressure pulse moves through the network at the speed of sound and is reflected from each end of the pipe into the network, owing to which the characteristic reflection coefficient for each end of the pipe can be determined. This reflection coefficient is compared with test results obtained beforehand for an ideal network without dry gully traps or leakages, and in case of difference with the recorded pressure signature, based on the point of deviation, which corresponds to the moment in time when the reflected pulse arrives at the pressure sensor from the changed end of the pipe, that time is determined, and since the speed of the wave is known, the distance from the sensor to the faulty gully trap is determined.

Valve body consists of three parts in the form of sleeves inserted one into another. One sleeve has the seat for seal and inlet hole in the middle and is rigidly fixed in upper part of the main sleeve having outer thread. The second sleeve has symmetrical cuts in the form of triangles and is inserted in the main sleeve in movable manner from below. The inserted sleeves have movable connection between themselves due to the fact that collar of upper sleeve is engaged with shoulder of lower sleeve. Arms with buffer spring and a hole in its middle slide along the end part of the cuts. The system also comprises electronic control facilities to control electric current and to monitor water temperature in a pipeline, and at least one sensor of water temperature in the channel connected to electronic facilities. Valve comprises an external sensor 1 of water availability, at the same time in a body 3, having a faceted shape, there is a support plate 4, having the shape similar to the shape of the body 3, where a drive screw 5 is fixed with an angle of thread inclination to the axis of rotation making less than 30 degrees, and around the screw 5 there is a spring 6, resting at one side against the support plate 4, and at the other side - against a cover 7 of a bearing 8, placed onto the screw 5. The bearing 8 with its lower cover 9 rests against a nut 10 of the screw 5, fixed on an internal body 11, having two and more pins with a mushroom head 13 on a flange 12. The body 11 with its flange 12 rests against the bearings 14, 15, which limit its displacement along the axis of the body 3 and retained in the body 3 with the brackets 16, 17. The mushroom heads 13 of the pins enter a steering control 18 of the valve, and via a window 20 in the body 3 a lever 21 of the first or the second type with its sear 22 retains a body 11 against rotation, having slots 23 on the flange 12. The second end of the lever 24 rests against a movable stop 25, connected with a slider 26 of the water sensor 2 with a rope 27, where there is an incompressible shell 28, which rests with one end 29 against a bracket 30 on the body 3, and with the second 31 end - against the body of the water sensor 2, inside which there is a spring 33, which rests against the slider 26, retained from displacement by the sear 34 of the lever 35 of the first or second type of the water sensor 2 via a window 36 of the body 32 of the water sensor. The second end 37 of the lever 35 rests against a readily soluble plate 38. At the same time the lever 35 is arranged in a bracket 39 installed on the body 32 of the water sensor 2. Also in the body 3 there are slots for the valve with pipes 40 and the steering control 18 and a hole 41 for a special screw 42.

Pipe in form of one piece drain structure connected to outlet hole of sanitary equipment consists of drain pipe on one axial end, of connecting bush with external thread on opposite axial end and of flange positioned between them and projecting in radial direction. Also, the drain structure has an axial channel passing through the connecting bush, flange and drain pipe for flow of liquid when the drain structure is connected to the outlet hole of the equipment. Connection of the sanitary unit and the drain pipe consists of a wash basin with a drain outlet hole having an internal axially running and threaded channel from the wash basin and of a one-piece drain structure identical to the above described. Also, in the first position the flange can form a holding element when the structure is assembled by means of a table top, while in the second position it can form a base for the sanitary unit. This positions are facilitated with different degree of screwing the connecting bush into the internal threaded channel of the outlet orifice.

Proposed method is intended for high-efficiency draining of pipelines with foreign impurities and may be used in sanitary devices. Fluid flows onto water sink surface 1 at an angle and swirled relative to drain pipeline hole axis 2. Foreign impurities 3 are swirled and centrifugal force is created lower than gravity of particles of said foreign impurities to displace the latter into pipeline cross section area at higher fluid speed, hence, with higher dynamic pressure on foreign impurities. Displacement of foreign impurities in cross section plane into area of higher dynamic pressures creates conditions for cleaning draining pipeline of deposits on its inner surface.

Sanitary ware item with a siphon system comprises an outer frame, at least one inclined partition, a receiving channel, a siphon chamber and a drain hole arranged at the side of the siphon chamber. The siphon chamber is communicated with a receiving channel and with the drain hole, and has a horizontal bottom formed by a bottom of the sanitary ware item. At the same time the end of the inclined partition is distant from the bottom at the distance, which is less than the distance between the lowest point of the drain hole and the bottom, so that the specified end when used is submerged into water. The other version of the device realisation differs from the first one by the fact that there is an intermediate partition that divides the siphon chamber into setting and drain chambers, which communicate with each other. At the same time the setting chamber is communicated with the receiving channel, the drain one - with the drain hole, and the end of the inclined partition is distant from the bottom at the distance, which is less than the height of the intermediate partition so that the end when used is submerged into water.

The first reservoir of the sink may hold the first volume of liquid in the first or second bowls to the level, which is not higher than the second height. The second reservoir of the sink may hold the second volume of liquid into the combined first and second bowls to the level, which is higher than the second height, so that a sufficient volume of liquid is formed in the sink between the first and second heights, used to submerge an object, which is too large to be submerged into any of the first and second bowls separately, into the sink above the separator. According to the other version of realisation, the sink differs from the first one by the fact that the second reservoir of the sink may hold the second volume of liquid into combined first and second bowls to the level, which is higher than the second height, which makes not more than 70% of the first height. The method to wash objects in the sink consists in supplying liquid into the first and second areas of the sink and into the third area of the sink, corresponding to the sink volume along the vertical line above the first and second bowls and the specified separator, and in submersion of an object, which is large to be submerged into any bowl, into liquid so that at least a part of an object is in the third area.

Length of drain unit many times exceeds diameter of inlet hole of bottom drain. At the same time inlet hole of bottom drain is connected preferably with lined upper side of drain unit and is coated with a cover plate.

The design of the tap for supply of liquid under pressure, for example water, consists of a discharge element, preferably, drain and of a shutoff mechanism. The shutoff mechanism is designed like follows: the discharge element is automatically set into an open position (B) under effect of external force in the specified first direction. In this position (B) flow of liquid runs through the discharge element.
