Charcoal-containing plastic packing material and method for production thereof Group of inventions relates to a charcoal-containing plastic packing material and a method for production thereof. As a result of containing charcoal, the material has functional properties such as suppressing putrefactive bacteria, absorbing pollutant particles and smells, emitting far-infrared radiation and anions, and preventing the generation of static electricity. The disclosed material has thickness of 0.01-0.11 mm and blends a given amount of charcoal powder with a polymer resin. The invention provides a method of producing a plastic packing material, in which the particle size, the amount used for resin, and the particle size uniformity of charcoal powder to be mixed with the resin are controlled in accordance with the thickness of the plastic packing material to be formed. |

Polymeric fabric composition, method for production and use thereof Invention relates to the technology of producing composite polymeric materials which compensate for motion in or near one or more corresponding surfaces without detriment to the structural integrity thereof after attaching polymeric fabric thereto. The material contains polymeric fabric from a plurality of elastomeric fibres and a binding matrix. The matrix is selected from a group comprising liquid resins and binding substances, e.g. polyurethanes, polyureas, acrylic resins, epoxy resins and or mixtures thereof. The elastomeric fibres are spandex or block-copolymers of polyurethane and polyethylene glycol, optionally coupled with natural or synthetic fibres. The material is obtained by depositing the binding matrix on the fabric and vulcanising, followed by hardening. Also disclosed are methods of producing and using the polymeric fabric composition. |

Method for producing plastic mounting element of floating platform (versions) Method for producing a plastic mounting element of a floating platform (version 1) consists in the fact that moulds for the cap are manufactured with at least one slot for a key and at least two fixed pawls and for the end part of the mounting element with at least one locking protrusion on the lateral surface. Then, the product is moulded in moulds by means of injection of the molten plastic under pressure in the form of a coaxially displaced plate, primary and secondary inserts and the product in the form of the end part with at least one locking projection on the lateral surface. A tube is produced by an extrusion method, cut up to the specified size and further its ends are welded with a neck of a complimentary insert respectively and the end part of the mounting element with formation of perfect junctions. The method of manufacturing the plastic mounting element of the floating platform (version 2) comprises steps as (in version 1) before moulding of parts, wherein an additional tube is made in the mould. Then, the product is moulded in moulds by means of injection of the molten plastic under pressure in the form of a coaxially displaced plate, primary and additional inserts covering the last one, the product in the form of an additional tube with projections on the outer surface and the product in the form of the end part with at least one locking projection on the lateral surface. Then, the main tube is manufactured by extrusion. It is cut up to the specified size and then the ends of the last one are welded to one end of the additional tube and the end part of the mounting element. The other end of the additional tube is welded to the neck of the main insert with formation of perfect junctions. |

Device for filtration of polymer melts Proposed device comprises casing with inlet, outlet and drain channels, heaters arranged on casing outer surface, filter unit built in said casing communicated with casing channels. Said casing is composed by hollow steel cylinder. Filter element is composed of cartridge consisting of replaceable filter element, bearing grate, drain cylinder, head and cartridge flange. All cartridge elements apart from replaceable filter element are assembled to integral one-piece unit. Drain cylinder is composed of all-metal rod connected with cartridge flange on one side and, on opposite side, with cartridge head. Drain cylinder outer surface is coated with truncated pyramid elements. On one side of drain cylinder turning of pyramidal elements does not extend to the edge for cylinder to have smooth surface at said point. Replaceable filter element represents a woven steel screen wrapped and tightened around bearing grate. Bearing grate is composed of perforated steel sheet rolled to cylindrical shell. Cartridge head is composed of steel cylinder composed by piston with holes made in circle. Cartridge flange represents a blank metal disc made so that cartridge of which said disc is a part can be fitted in and out many times and is tightly secured to the casing. Casing flange is a metal disc. There is the joint with cartridge flange on one side and with casing flange on opposite side. Both ends of the casing have circular groove for dowelled joint. |

Invention relates to a method of manufacturing tape from reinforcing strands or threads. The tape is fixed with each of the outer faces with a polymer binding agent. The tape has a specified width, which, in fact, is constant along its entire length, with the strands or threads passing in it in parallel to the length direction. In accordance with the method the tape length is regulated to a required value by means of a size-setting device. From each of its outer faces the tape is fixed with the polymer binding agent for the uniform tape adhesion. The total weight of binding does not exceed 25% of the total weight of the obtained tape. Invention also relates to tapes from the reinforcing strands or threads. |

Fireproof decorative-finishing material and method of obtaining thereof Invention relates to elaboration of a fireproof decorative-finishing material - artificial leather, obtained by coagulation of a solution based on a polyurethane composition. The decorative-finishing material contains a woven layer, preliminarily impregnated with an aqueous silicone emulsion and dried to the weight gain of the latter of 3.0-8.5 wt %, on which, after that, a primer and a front layer are successively applied with intermediate drying. The primer layer is made of a composition, which contains 25% solution of polyurethane "Vitur 0512", dimethyl formamide with a viscosity of 120-170 P and a dry residue 18.0-22.0 wt % for the primer layer. The front layer is made of a composition, containing 15% solution of polyurethane "Vitur 0512", a surface-active substance OP-10, di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate, ammonium polyphosphate, dimethylformamide with a viscosity of 205-210 P and a dry residue 26.0-27.0 wt % for the front layer. Front layers are coagulated in a coagulation bath with a composition of 30.0 wt % of dimethylformamide and 70.0 wt % of water at a temperature of 50°C for 20 min, washed in a bath with flowing water until content of dimethylformamide is less than 3.0%, dried and finished with a polyurethane composition, containing 25% solution of polyurethane "Vitur 0512", the surface-active substance OP-10, di-(2-ethylhexyl)-phthalate, ammonium polyphosphate, dimethylformamide with a viscosity of 84 P and a dry residue 24.5 wt %. After that, the half-finished product is processed in a padding bath with compression rolls at a temperature of 60°C with an aqueous solution of a mixture of polyphosphoric acids and urea with a ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus respectively 1.0:1.56-1.80 and drying for 4 min at a temperature of 120°C until the weight gain is 20.0-25.0 wt %. The obtained finished material has a ratio of layers by weight, equal: woven layer, including 3.0-8.5 wt % of the silicone emulsion: polyurethane layers: the said mixture of polyphosphoric acids and urea respectively 1.0:0.85-0.93:0.37-0.48. |

Additional cooling cavities are located above injection forming cavities and are configured so that after their emptying after injection forming ate least released formed parts can displace at least partially thereto under gravity. Polymer composition and method of plastic bottle production by two-stage injection-blowing Invention relates to polymer composition and method of plastic bottle production by two-stage injection-blowing. Plastic bottle is produced by drawing at second stage, separated in time and space, after heating to 115°C-135°C, from the blank with 2.1-2.9 mm thick walls at forming with blowing and drawing axially and radially. Blank is produced at first stage by injection moulding or by injection moulding with additional injection of polymer composition. Note here that said polymer composition contains at least 60 wt % of HDPE that features density of 0.941-0.965 g/cm3 and first melt index at 190°C/2.16 kg of 0.1-0.9 g/10 min, to 40% of calcium carbonate as a filler and to 4% of dye based on titanium oxide and/or zinc sulphide. Note here that said HDPE represents mono- or multimodal HGPE with second melt index at 190°C/21.6 kg making 5 g/10 min to 50 g/10 min. |

Invention relates to production of tubular beams. Tubular beams are made from composition containing filler and binder. Note here that said filler contains particles and/or fibres of vegetable origin. Note also that said binder comprises thermosetting resin. Proposed method comprises continuous extrusion of said composition by screw extruder furnished with forming channel and screw shaft arranged therein. Proposed method comprises loading performed at screw extruder loading zone. Then, composition is compacted and formed in compaction zone and heat treated in zone of heat treatment and curing of screw extruder. Note here that content of thermosetting resin in said composition makes 2-15% of absolutely dry resin weight relative to that of absolutely dry filler weight. Composition is compacted to preset density and formed to required shape in compaction zone, solidified and cured in solidification and curing zone of screw extruder. Tubular beam shape and sizes are fixed at said stage and hardened. Note that forming channel in compaction zone features gradually converging polygonal cross-section in extrusion direction. After hardening and curing, finished tubular beam is obtained of required outer shape and wall density of 600-1100 kg/m3. Besides, tubular beam has central through round cross-section bore. Surface of said bored has continuous rib coiling relative to central axis of the beam and extending over the entire length of said inner channel. Note that in said hardening and curing zone, forming channel cross-section that of screw extruder and screw shaft pitch are constant. |

Technical result is achieved by means of elastomer composition, which includes from 0.1 to 10 wt.p. of graphite nanoparticles, from 1 to 99 wt % of at least one functionalised elastomer component. Said component includes statistical copolymer, which has at least one link, derived from isomonoolefin with C4 to C7, with elastomer component being functionalised with combination of halogen and triethylammonium group. In addition, composition contains from 10 to 2000 wt.p. of at least one filling agent, which is not graphite. |

Herewith, heating station is provided in the device which station contains pusher furnace filled with saturated vapour. The furnace contains shut-off inlet and shut-off outlet. Note also that there are belt conveyors at entrance and at exit which are intended for charging the pusher furnace with tires and for carrying off processed tires, respectively. The conveyors are made capable to be set in such position where they outstand through open inlet and respectively outlet in the pusher furnace. |

Proposed method comprises location of insert-medium with microcontroller and power supply nearby the first part of the mould and polyamide elastic link. Then reactive monomer mix is applied to the mould first part. Said insert-medium comprising microcontroller and power supply is paced in contact with said reactive monomer mix. Then, the mould first part is placed nearby mould second part. This allows making the lens cavity with variable optical insert and at least a part of reactive monomer mix in lens cavity. Invention relates to processing of plastics. Proposed method comprises preparation of initial material. Note here that, if required, said material is ground and fluidised, heated and continuously mixed at maintenance of lumpiness and looseness. Or, if required, it is degassed, softened and dried. Material viscosity is increased and/or material is crystallised. Prepared material is fused to allow the melt filtration for removal of impurities. Filtered melt is homogenised, degassed and discharged and/or processed. Processing can include pelletised and blown. Note here that said steps follow one after another in said sequence. Method of producing complex shape parts from composites Invention relates to making articles from composites. In compliance with proposed method, preforms of parts to be made are produced by 3D weaving of a continuous fibrous web including continuous series of fibrous blanks. Separate fibrous blanks are cut from said web. Note here that every blanks represents an integral part and includes sections located nearby zones of disconnection of bonds formed in weaving. Cut blank is shaped as required to produce fibrous preform shaped to the part to be made. Note here that shaping comprises bend off/in of said sections located nearby aforesaid zones of bonds disconnection. Preform is hardened in appropriate mould. Hardened preform is compacted at gas phase chemical infiltration into female die. |
