Invention relates to distribution of particles over the surface of wood-particle boards or impregnated materials. Device to distribute particles over the surface comprises roller-like distributor with curved rubber-coated surface. Besides, it incorporates the roller-like distributor lengthwise oscillation actuator to make particles move from distributing hole over curved surface downward to surface to be dusted. It includes at least one controlled reflection plate to influence particle spraying over the surface and into airflow. Proposed method consists in using particles distributor and container with particles and oscillating the roller-like element in lengthwise direction to make particles move from distributing hole over curved surface downward to surface to be dusted. Roller-like element does not turn about its lengthwise axis.

Invention is related to the filed of plants for application of loose materials (powders) on the surface of different materials cloth, such as paper, non-woven materials, leather and its substitutes, fabrics, and may be used in manufacture of wallpapers. Plant for powder application onto material cloth contains feeding bunker, cylindrical dosing shaft, which is installed in rotation supports under feeding bunker and contacts with them, and cleaning brush that is fixed in rotation supports. Feeding bunker is equipped with sealing device that is provided at the outlet of dosing shaft from area of contact with feeding bunker. Feeding bunker is installed with displacement along horizontal in respect to vertical axis of transverse cross section of dosing shaft. Sealing device is made in the form of elastic plate, which is installed along tangent to the dosing shaft transverse cross section circuit contour part inside the bunker and is equipped with mechanism for elastic plate pressing to the surface of dosing shaft. Specified shaft has smooth surface with deepenings that are evenly installed on this surface. Cleaning brush is installed in respect to dosing shaft from the side of its outlet from area of contact with feeding bunker and is installed so that between surfaces of cleaning brush and dosing shaft air gap is provided from 0.1 to 1 mm. Angular rate of cleaning brush rotation is more than angular rate of dosing shaft rotation 5...10 times.
