Method of obtaining fire-extinguishing powder composition Method of obtaining a fire-extinguishing powder composition includes separate crushing of ammonium phosphate in the presence of silicon dioxide and polyorganohydride siloxane with a weight ratio 90-97, 2.5-5, 0.5-5% and ammonium sulphate with their further mixing. After a stage of crushing ammonium phosphate with a fraction size smaller than 50 mcm is mixed with an additive of highly condensed ammonium polyphosphate in an amount of 1-5% with a particle size, which does not exceed 50 mcm, and ammonium sulphate with a fraction size 50-200 mcm. Crushing of both components is performed in a mill with shock-shear type of loading, in which the quantity of energy supplied to ammonium phosphate constitutes 105-263 J/g, to ammonium sulphate - 13-26 J/g. The invention provides a method of obtaining a multi-purpose fire-extinguishing powder with an increased fire-extinguishing ability, high indices of apparent bulk density and hydrophobicity, namely a water-proof ability. |

In fire extinguishing module comprising a housing made of profiled steel bands, in which a cylinder with a siphon tube is vertically mounted, divided by the liquid level to liquid and gas volumes, and filled with the extinguishing liquid which is under pressure of the compressed gas, the pressure switch. At the outlet from the cylinder the lock-start gear of the pyrotechnic type is mounted, electrically connected through the control unit to the smoke detectors and a hydraulic sprayer connected to the siphon tube, and the siphon tube is made of constant cross section with a diffuser at its end facing towards the bottom of the cylinder, and the pressure switch is mounted on upper part of the cylinder, in which is the gas injection nozzle is mounted having at the end located in the gas volume of the cylinder the check valve, and the sprayer comprises a hollow housing in the form of a sphere on which the inlet and outlet throttling element is placed. The housing is located between the pipe and the cage, fixing it in a way that the plane of the inlet of the housing is located perpendicular to the axis of symmetry of the pipe and the cage. The outlet throttling element is made in the form of cylindrical orifices, uniformly located on the spherical surface of the housing, the axes of which are located on radial lines that connect the centre of the spherical surface of the housing with the centre of the hole. The coefficient of perforation of the perforated spherical surface of the housing is in an optimum range of values of 0.5÷0.8. |

A method for creating conditions for an individual's life and activity in a special naval pressurised module involves using a flame-resisting moderate hypoxic oxygen-nitrogen medium containing oxygen 16±1%, with its parameters to be controlled; for the purpose of providing a higher submariners' fitness to work a gas pressure is increased in a submarine compartments up to 120 kPa with an oxygen partial pressure maintained at the moderately hypoxic level of 18.6-19.8 kPa, and a nitrogen partial pressure - at 100.2-101.4 kPa. Increasing the submariners' fitness to work effectively if staying under conditions of the moderate hyperbaric hypoxia for a long time is ensured by activating processes of adaptation and increase of the functional body reserves. |

The catalytic additive is a metal oxide or hydroxide. The process additive is a stearate, graphite or a mixture thereof. The binding agent is a composite solution of an alkali metal silicate and a water-soluble high-molecular polymer. The invention also discloses methods of producing a coolant in form of large pieces, tablets, spherical granules or bars with a cellular structure. |

At that the bottom of this box is made of a rigid magnesite plate and the box is made in the form of a rigid volumetric frame with the walls of the sandwich panels. At that under the bottom of the means the bearing assembly is placed consisting of a support platform, and a lower sleeve is located in it in which the additional hollow shaft of the servo-actuator is mounted, connected to the main shaft of the locking element. At that in the contact between the panel of the bottom and the panels of the box the seal of soft fire retardant material is placed, glued by heat-resistant adhesive to the sandwich panels of the box, latticed with steel amplifier of its mechanical strength and provided with handles with the ability of its removal, the additional shaft of servo-actuator is kinematically connected to the joint lever rotation of the indicator of position of the locking element, and the electrical cable of the control unit and the working power supply connections of the servo-actuator are passed through the holes in the bottom of the means and are sealed in it. |

In addition, the present invention can be used in public transport so that the water spraying is performed behind the machine room, or the control board responsible for the safety of passenger cars, and outside the latter, confirms the fire flashover, so that still taking advantage of high sensitivity of the sensor. The suit with flame retardant properties consists of a jacket with sleeves and a hood with a protective transparent element located in working condition on the front part of the head, trousers with suspenders and a rigid belt, boots of flame retardant material resistant to mechanical stress of seismic nature. At that as the fabric for the combat garment top the heat-resistant fabric of yarns of polyphenylene oxadiazol fibre and filament yarn "Rusar" is used. The suit also comprises a protective helmet of company "Cromwell F600" with a high level of comfort, and a protective vest. The protective vest consists of a fabric lining connected with a protective shell, and in the fabric lining the elastic frame racks are secured by clips on the belt of trousers, and the protective shell is attached to the elastic frame racks and comprises internal and external protective packages between which a gasket is placed, made in the form of a tape with the fixed pleats placed with a constant pitch from the side of the protected object, and is sequentially placed in two outer layers, and the outer package facing the surrounding environment of the operator is made multi-layered. Each layer is made in the form of interconnected rings, in which stainless steel is used as the material. The layers are located with overlapping the lumen of the rings by their articulation, and the inner protective package is made three-layered, at that the layer in contact with the outer membrane, and the layer facing the operator's body, are made of perforated polymeric material such as aramid fibres, and the intermediate layer located between them is formed resilient from elastic mesh elements, at that the density of the mesh structure of resilient-elastic mesh elements is within the optimal range of values of 1.2 g/cm3-2.0 g/cm3. At that the wire material of elastic mesh elements is steel EI-708, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm-0.15 mm. According to the invention, the protective membrane of the protective waistcoat comprises layers of outer membrane, such as aramid fabric impregnated with a polymer binder, hard-alloy or curvilinear or plain-variable inserts and the inner membranes similar to the outer ones, and the inserts are made of elementary cells fastened with each other and with the membranes by adhesive chemically compatible to the binder of the membranes. The inserts are made of isotropic material such as ceramic, with a minimum linear dimension of the cells exceeding their twice thickness, and for attaching them the elastic glue is used based on the synthetic elastomer such as cast polyurethane. Method of inerting for prevention and/or extinguishing fire, in which the oxygen content determined in advance is less, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the initial gas mixture comprising oxygen, nitrogen, and optionally other components in a mixing chamber, preferably in a mixing chamber made in the form of a mixing tube; using the gas separation system at least a portion of the oxygen is separated from this initial gas mixture obtained; and the gas mixture enriched in nitrogen is fed through pipes to the atmosphere of the enclosed space, a portion of the ambient air contained in the enclosed space is extracted from the space, preferably in a controlled manner and fed into the mixing chamber, and the extracted part of the space air is mixed with fresh air, preferably in a controlled manner through the vent mechanism provided in the system of fresh air supply duct connected to the mixing chamber. The inerting system for setting and/or maintenance of pre-determined oxygen content in the atmosphere of the enclosed space, which is reduced compared to natural ambient air. The inerting system comprises a gas separation system that separates at least part of the oxygen from the initial gas mixture, and at that the inerting system comprises a system of supply pipe line for supplying the gas mixture enriched in nitrogen into the enclosed space. A mixing chamber is additionally provided, preferably a mixing chamber made in the form of a mixing tube for obtaining the initial gas mixture. The first pipeline system through which a part of the air contained in the enclosed space opens into the mixing chamber, and at that the second system through which fresh air is supplied into the mixing chamber opens into the said mixing chamber. The housing is connected with at least two arcuate holders that hold the sleeve with the divider attached to it. The divider is made in the form of a diffuser with a belt bent toward the base, with lobes located on the generatrices of the conical surface of the belt. Inside the divider an atomiser is additionally installed, made in the form of a hemisphere. At that the foam generator consists of a sprayer, an ejecting nozzle and the two-phase flow divider. At that the sprayer is connected to the housing of the ejecting nozzle made in the form of a diffuser mounted axially relative to the sprayer on the housing of the ejecting nozzle, at a part located closer to the sprayer at least three windows are made for ejecting air, and at the output the two-phase flow divider is mounted, made in the form of a circle of mesh or the perforated material. At that the sprayer housing consists of two concentric interconnected cylindrical sleeves: the sleeve of larger diameter and the sleeve of smaller diameter. At that in the sleeve of smaller diameter, coaxially to it, a screw is located, rigidly connected to its inner surface, for example press-fitted into it. At that the outer surface of the screw is a helical groove, and inside the screw there is one central through hole and at least two rows of through holes located concentrically circumferentially. At that in each row at least three holes are made, and the diameter of the holes decreases from the central hole to the periphery ones, and in the sleeve of greater diameter, coaxially to it, a fitting is located, rigidly mounted in it, for example by a threaded connection, through a sealing gasket. At that inside the fitting a cylindrical hole is coaxially made, passing into a diffuser axially located, which is connected to the cylindrical chamber formed by the inner surface of the sleeve of smaller diameter and the end surface of the screw made of hard material. |

Coating based on obtained fireproof composition does not require reduction of current loading, does not crack and does not impair adhesion to surface in the process of exploitation. |

In compliance with this invention, said welding assembly is composed by a set of ultrasound converters. Main drive rod is composed by a cylinder with piston mounted at said bed and connected with main rod. Invention relates to a method and device for fire fighting localised in volume and/or area using fire extinguishers in fire hazardous zones of buildings and plants. The invention is based on the object of improving the structural units so that the thermal load in case of fire could not spread to other zones and thus escape routes, openings in the walls and the left technical means such as control means, loaders, etc., with additional minimising of consumption of fire-extinguishing agent and harm reduction in the event of fire while simultaneous improving economical efficiency are maximally protected against the effects of impact of fire-extinguishing agent, and the constructive compensation between the structure and the plant for extinguishing fire is simultaneously achieved. This object is achieved in that around the fire source and/or in fire hazardous zones at least one wall of the fire-extinguishing agent is created of spray mist to prevent the extension of thermal load to other zones along at least one being controlled by means of detecting vertical and/or horizontal plane of sputtering extending between the supports related to fire source, respectively, the fire hazardous zone, and/or simultaneously at least one additional wall of fire-extinguishing agent of spray mist for protection and cooling the escape routes, approach roads, openings in fire walls and technical means inside the building along the spraying plane passing between relating to them supports conducting fire-extinguishing agent.. |

Modular system of fire fighting with vortex unit of formation of gas-liquid mixture In the fire fighting system comprising a vessel in which the fire extinguishing agent is stored, a starting cylinder with the working gas, a pipeline network with sprinklers, the vessel is mounted by the brackets to the building structure of the premise and has a relief device of the gaseous phase combined with the measuring probe for the fire extinguishing agent, and is equipped with a device of forming the gas-liquid mixture of vortex type, which is made in the form of a conical mixing chamber with the tangential inlet in the upper part through a flexible high pressure hose, of the working gas to the vessel from the starting cylinder. The extinguishing agent supply is carried out by the vortex element which is coaxial to the chamber and made in the form of a conical perforated spiral with the perforation coefficient lying in the range of 50÷80%, and feeding the gas-liquid mixture into the central pipeline is carried out from the lower part of the chamber connected to the fire extinguishing agent discharging unit combined with safety valve, at that the vertical pipe of the mixing chamber is connected to the device of filling the fire extinguishing agent and the pressure alarm, and the starting cylinder is located near the vessel for the fire extinguishing agent and is equipped with a lock and release device of electric or thermomechanical start, and each unit of distribution network comprises a distribution device of the gas-liquid mixture, at that in separation of the flow into two directions a standard tee is used, and in separation of the flow into three or more directions the distribution device of a special design is used, for example of a chamber type, and each sprinkler or block of sprinklers is equipped with a positioner in one or two planes. |

Said case has fluid feed channel and includes the sleeve aligned and rigidly coupled therewith and having nozzle secured to its lower part. Said channel is composed by cylindrical two-step sleeve with its cylindrical step being crewed on central core. The latter consists of cylindrical part and conical funnel aligned therewith and arranged with ring clearance relative to cylindrical sleeve inner surface. Note that circular clearance is communicated with at least three radial channels made in two-step sleeve to communicate in with ring chamber. On the housing of the ejecting nozzle in a part located closer to the sprayer at least three windows for ejecting air are made. Inside the ejecting nozzle by at least three spokes rigidly connected to the housing of the ejecting nozzle a dissector of two-phase flow in the form of a truncated cone, made of grid or perforated material is fixed. The smaller base of the cone is directed towards the sprayer, and the larger - towards the cut of the diffuser. The housing of the sprayer consists of two coaxial interconnected cylindrical sleeves. One of the sleeves has a larger diameter and the other - the smaller diameter. Inside the sleeve of smaller diameter, coaxially to it a screw is located, which is pressed into it. The outer surface of the screw represents a helical groove. Inside the screw an opening with a screw thread is made. In the sleeve of greater diameter, coaxially to it, a fitting is located, rigidly mounted in it by a threaded connection through the sealing gasket. Inside the fitting a cylindrical opening is coaxially passing into axially located diffuser, which is connected to the cylindrical chamber.
