Frying apparatus
Frying apparatus has charging and discharge units, conveyor, working chamber incorporating rectangular forms, and perforated pipe disposed in moistening zone. Working chamber comprises moistening zone and frying, charging and discharge zones symmetrically arranged in succession to the right and to the left of moistening zone. Working chamber includes two guides and two rectangular forms cyclically reciprocated by cable conveyor and periodically stopped. Rectangular forms are arranged so that one of forms is in charging zone while other form is in frying zone. Each of said forms consists of outer and inner carcasses, with inner carcass being positioned for displacement relative to outer carcass. This is enabled by utilization of pins in lower part of inner carcass, at both sides thereof. During movement of cable conveyor said pins are contacting with immovable planks rigidly fixed on guides in moistening zone. Mechanism for displacement of inner carcass is positioned on end wall of outer carcass, said mechanism being made in the form of "roulette". Slots are provided along the whole length of side walls of working chamber for rolling of outer carcass wheels therein, said wheels contacting with cable conveyor.
