Disinfecting composition

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to disinfectology, and is intended for high level disinfection of endoscopes, as well as medical devices and surfaces in case of infections of bacterial, viral and fungal etiology in medical institutions. In the method, a liquid disinfectant composition is prepared by mixing 50 ml of base and 50 ml of activator and then dissolving in 500–5,000 ml of deionized water. Said base additionally contains citric acid, tungstic acid salt, phosphoric acid, glycerol and benzotriazole. Said activator consists of sodium chlorite. Components are used in claimed amounts.

EFFECT: use of the invention provides high antimicrobial activity, the possibility of using high level disinfection of endoscopes, indifference to materials and equipment, good solubility in water, activity at minimum concentrations of active ingredients and shortest exposure times.

The hatching eggs 2-4 hours prior to placement them for incubation are treated with 0.1-0.2% aqueous solution of the preparation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disinfection and represents a composition of a polymer disinfecting formulation for the creation of films, providing the protection and disinfection of surfaces inside hermoclosed volumes. The composition contains potassium fluoride peroxosolvate in an amount of 1.0 wt %, polyvinyl alcohol in an amount of 1.0-2.0 wt %, polyvinylpyrrolidone in an amount of 1.0 wt %, glycerol in an amount of 0.5 wt % and distilled water in an amount up to 100.0 wt %.
