Railway braking system for a railway vehicle comprising brakes with at least one pad or at least one shoe, contains body (2), service brake (6) with brake piston (8), lever brake drive (4) and parking brake (7). Parking brake (7) comprises locking device (20) and movable control device (23, 24). Device (20) fixes piston (8) in the working braking position. Working chamber (13) can be powered by several pneumatic pressure sources, first and second. When control device (20) is in its stable position, operation chamber (13) receives power from the second source, the pressure of which exceeds the pressure of the first source, to apply a more significant braking force.

EFFECT: increase in the braking force is achieved.

Each of the modules has body, thrust plunger, screw mechanism located in the body, electric motor connected with screw drive reducing gear. In the inside axial cavity of the screw, electric motor with rotor is installed. On one of electric motor shaft ends, wave former of the first stage of double-stage harmonic reducing gear and wave former incorporating separator of the first stage of harmonic reducing gear are placed. The separator is connected with electric motor body and has the first intermediate rotation bodies interacting with separator incorporating rigid wheel, with inner waved surface. Rigid wheel of the second stage has shaft installed coaxially with electric motor rotor which shaft has wave former of the second stage of harmonic reducing gear, with separator connected with electric motor body which separator has the second intermediate rotation bodies. Part of screw surface incorporating harmonic reducing gear second stage wave former has inside waved surface.

EFFECT: decreased unit dimensions, higher unit efficiency and reliability.

Brake shoe on clamp side can displace both parallel with brake disc rotational axis and with brake disc friction surface. One of said linings on clap side can be actuated by clamp rotary lever. Disc brake support flange accommodates brake cylinder secured thereto to receive compressed air. Said cylinder can act on said rotary lever by cylinder rod and has return spring. Cylinder rod is displaced by spring back into free state to abut on the flange or on bottom resting on cover flange. Said flange makes the return spring support. Cover is made of thin-wall sheet of stable-shape metal foil. Concentric hole is made in said cover. In compliance with first version, brake mechanism cylinder has said cover makes form the preassembled assy without cylinder rod. In compliance with second version, brake mechanism cylinder return spring abut on thin-wall cover abuts on brake mechanism disc flange to made its support.

Said brakes serve to absorb energy of press clutch drive part after clutch is disengaged and to retain actuator jointly with drive part in position that corresponds to press slider to position. SUBSTANCE: annular disc brake includes a rotating disc and at least one disc shoe installed on each side of the rotating disc. Brake shoe or shoes on one side are connected to an axially guided load-carrying element of the brake shoe. The brake has a force transfer mechanism creating enhancement of increase in force between the axially driven element and load-carrying element. The method for increasing gripping force of brake shoe in annular disc brake consists in the fact that the first force is generated synchronously with the brake drive; at that, the first force has the direction that is parallel to rotation axis of the rotating disc. Also, rotating torque is generated using the first force; at that, rotating torque has the rotation centre that coincides with rotation axis of the rotating disc. Besides, the second force is generated using rotating torque; at that, the second force has the direction that is essentially identical to the direction of the first force and is higher than the first force. The second force is used for gripping of brake shoes on opposite sides of the rotating disc.

EFFECT: increasing brake compactness and providing uniform distribution of braking force in a circumferential direction of the rotating disc.

Friction unit is composed of radial double-row thrust bearing with medium ring making the brake disc rigidly fitted on mounted axle while two thrust rings make linings. Said linings are pressed to medium ring by levers coupled with brake cylinder. Outer surface of medium ring and inner surfaces of thrust rings have taper grooves to accommodate the balls.

SUBSTANCE: drive mechanism of disk brake of vehicle includes bracket consisting of case and cover, brake drive shaft and screw gear installed in bracket, and also lever mounted on external side of bracket on brake drive shaft. A mechanism of automatic control of the brake including a driving link is installed inside the lever. The driving link of automatic control of the brake is arranged coaxially to the brake drive shaft and is kinematically coupled with the bracket. A movable in circumferential direction packing is positioned between the bracket and a controller of the drive lever so, that internal cavities of the bracket and the lever form a common cavity sealed from the side opposite to the bracket.
